Termigone is completely unreliable since they were a no show and did not even call. I had to set aside time and cancel meetings for Termigone's no show appointment. I will never trust any pest control company like Termigone who has unreliable, unprofessional, and was a complete waste of time.

I think we first got them on a Angie's List special. The workers are good.

They came on time and performed their service as advertised. Unfortunately the ants were back within a week. I called them back and they came back right away and sprayed again. They were helpful and professional.

The inspector forgot that I requested spider extermination, and needs to reschedule. That's on top of a previous no-show.

Whenvever we need a project completed, we only reach out to "top rated" Angies List Providers, and these folks had top ratings, so we reached out to them on one of their offers for Termite Treatments. They asked us if we were calling about their offer, we said yes, and then never heard from them again. Disappointed and not clear how they have high ratings with this lack of responsiveness

Very very knowledgeable and careful and attentive to details. He explained the difference between dry rot and termite damage. He also observed a few specimens within my home. I will surely find him again when we need to treat bugs.

The young man was thorough, competent and pleasant. I will use this company in the future BUT, I will limit my contact with their office to emails. The person who handles the phones is very uncomfortable with English. No, I am not xenophobic.

It went well - the cockroaches went away and the person who did the service was very friendly. But now I am waiting to hear back from them as we bought a quarterly service and they have not been back for 4.5 months nor have they returned my calls. I am hoping I do hear from them so that I can receive the full service that I paid for.

There was no service. They called after the appointment to say that the technician had an emergency. This happened more than once and they volunteered to refund and give a gift card for the lack of service. I expect my money to be returned by Angies List.

They never emailed me. I called them - and was assured a supervisor would call. That was two weeks ago. I want the charge against my credit card REMOVED - by you. What a rip-off! You are now advertising termite service. I wouldn't hire them to take my trash to the curb.

It was an absolutely fantastic service. One of the nicest guys came out and explained the types of pests I had and where they were coming from. He took care of the problem quickly and 2 weeks later I haven't seen a single ant in the house. I could not be happier. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. Prompt, good attention to detail, friendly - professional demeanor and we would definitely use again. As an aside, the person who we made an appointment with, although helpful, was fairly difficult to understand, due to accent and ESL issues. Ultimately, and with a little patience, everything was resolved and we are very happy with the total experience. Definitely recommend. Thank you, TermiGONE.
