IT took a few attempts for us to contact the company.Other wise while the exterminator was here everything went smoothly.

The first appointment was a little problematic - the exterminator was late and the first treatment was not effective. I called them 2 weeks after the first treatment to let them know the bugs were still around and they came out for another treatment at no charge. That eliminated the infestation. They were on time for the next 3 treatments and we have not seen any roaches since.

We are almost a month later and still no problems since they came. very friendly and no extra costs.

They came out a couple of weeks after I bought the Big Deal and they were excellent. They stayed within the $89 Big Deal purchase price.

This guy was super good, he was prompt and efficient. I haven't seen an ant since. (except a bunch of dead ones for a couple of days).

On December 3rd, I called Termigone to ask for a termite inspection. I left a message on their machine with my phone number and mentioned I was an Angie's list member. Ten days later and I have still not received a call back. This is my first bad review I've given since joining, as I have been very pleased with my previous experiences.

I left 2 voice messages with them and they have not responded. I have getting a refund for the deal.

I purchased the special offer from TermiGONE and selected 3 dates that would work for me. The offer specified that I would get a call from TermiGONE by a specified date. That did not happen. On 10/16/2014 I called TermiGONE and told them I did not receive a call. I scheduled an appointment for the next week on 10/21/2014. They were unable to schedule any sooner than that. When that date arrived I spent a couple hours in preparation for the ant treatment. One hour prior to my appointment time I received a message from TermiGONE that my appointment needed to be canceled due to an emergency. I managed to reschedule for the next day. The next day, Stanley the inspector showed up a little early. That was fine. Stanley turned out to be a great guy. He was very engaging and very pleasant. He was knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. He was extremely thorough. I was really surprised how much time he spent treating my home. It is now 10 days later and I am still ant free. Even though my experience with TermiGONE started out a little rough, it had a great conclusion. I would recommend TermiGone and I do highly recommend Stanley.

I was very impressed with the service. The technician knew where to look for pest problems, and was able to take preventative measures so that's there were no longer be a problem. He was very knowledgeable, and as he was treating my apartment, there were dead crickets showing up! It was working immediately, and he knew how to "smoke out" the little critters. I'm very happy with the service from Termigone. I had a conversation on the telephone with Ariel and he was able to work within my budget, and give me exactly what was needed. Now that Termigone have treated my apartment for the pest problem, I can sleep in peace knowing that the infestation is over! Their help has definitely improved my peace of mind.

The Angie's List side was smooth, but the provider was very difficult to communicate with. Despite clearly indicating the dates I wished to have the service performed (three dates were given in the form), I had to repeat these dates several times, and the last communication the provider didn't even know what service I wanted (even though I purchased a specific deal). If they are this unorganized and difficult to communicate, I can only imagine what the actual service performance is like.

Very unfortunate no show, waste of time due to there scheduling incompetence.

They came to the house the first time and did it right. But the second time i had to call and they said, the sprayed the house on the outside a couple of weeks ago! Did not tell me or left a note that the service was done. Plus they never sprayed on the inside of the house. Not sure if they cam the third or fourth time. So i am not super Happy with this. Will not use them again.

The technician that came out and was very honest, courteous and professional. He did a complete inspection of the property and house for termites and what we thought was termite feces were actually cricket feces. As there were no termites he said the service was not needed and he would not feel right charging me. I was very impressed by this as a lot of providers would not have hesitated to taken advantage of the situation. As a result of this wonderful experience with him I would definitely use them in the future. I have requested a refund with Angie's List as no service was performed.

Prompt, courteous and reasonable!

It went well. Scheduling was easy. They got the job done at a reasonable price. He pointed out the wood damage and I haven’t seen any damage since the treatment.

Zack called ahead and was able to come eariler than scheduled. Sprayed the entire inside and outside for pests, focusing on the sugar ants in my office. Used a non-toxic substance that would not harm my dogs. Took him only 20 minutes. He was very respectful, polite, and professional. I will call MasterTech again. Carolyn S.

We were invaded by the ants on Saturday. We called and was able to schedule an inspection on Sunday. This was not our first time calling TermiGone and as usual Stanley was punctual and professional. He started around the exterior of the house even asked the neighbor to see if he could go in and spray on the side that was only accessible through the neighbor's yard. Price was reasonable and signed up for additional services.

I wish I had more to judge the service of this provider rather than only one criterion being responsiveness to my initial inquiry. I placed two calls to TermiGone to get a quote and was assured twice that an inspector would contact me to set up an appointment to come back. It has been 3 days now and no one has called which sends me a clear message. I find that type of irresponsible behavior absolutely inexcusable and will take my business elsewhere

They are very efficient, and informative. They are always on time and provide a clear breakdown of the charges and treatments.

The service was provided professionally and over time the treatment has proved effective.

The rodents died but Termigone did not come to check - they said they did but I am not sure. There were two rats in the front of the house which were almost dead; there was stench from dead rats in the attic but Termigone did not come to follow up. I made many phone calls but they did not come out. I asked to speak to the owner but no success. It so happens that one morning when I called the owner of the business was in the office and I had a sense that he was so I insisted that I speak with him. He came on line and upon my explanation he said he will send somebody; which he did. The stench did not go away for another few weeks when I had called another company for treatment. One thing I would say that Termigone accepted their non-responsiveness and refunded the amount I had given to them. Still I would not recommend this company for any work and I would do business with them again.

Very professional service. Technicians knew what they were doing. Very thorough job. Termites have not come back, over one year later. One problem: I paid the bill with a $1100 check & a $500 Angie's Big Deal coupon. Big Boss called me the next day and accused me of cheating them out of $500. Never heard back from him after that one call. Despite the drama, they did an excellent job and we no longer have a termite problem. I would use them again because of their knowledge, skill and thoroughness.

It went very well and they were very honest I didn't have termites. What I thought was is just dry rot. Turns out I didn't need the service at this time.

He squirted water around a few places and left. Unsatisfactory.
