Stan came out and was great. He described the problem and treatment process. He answered all of my questions, going so far as to explain the termite life cycle, best practices for prevention, etc. I have already recommended TermiGONE to a couple of friends.

Hard to get in touch with the company and thus hard to schedule. Once, scheduled service was timely and professional.

Came early to treat, but patiently treated outside and helped me search for my cats before he could complete the inside.

The service was excellent. I was highly impressed with the service provider. He was very detail oriented. He was professional and easy to communicate with. I have had bad experiences with contractors and handymen not completing jobs they were paid to do. He was honest and let me know that I did not have any termites. He did not try to upsell me on additional services. In this instance, I cannot praise this service provider more. The job was completed, timely, professionally and above and beyond. Thank you!

Outstanding work. Stan was extremely professional - performed the inspection, explained his findings and proposed a reasonable solution. All work was completed quickly and in a very professional manner. Highly recommended.

Not sure what they sprayed with, but it must have attracted more roaches, my problem is much worse than it was before the extermination services. I have called back to have them return and so far no return phone call.

They came on the date agreed upon but did not notify me when they were on the way. They were let in by a family member. I was unaware when they did the service so no idea on how thorough they were. Seemed to be pretty good except for the removal of cobwebs in various rooms and what appeared to be drip lines in some places. The product did work and I assume was non-toxic as none of us died but I would have preferred to be there when they did the work. 1) to see the chemicals used 2) to observe what was done and 3) to ask that they clean nests or cobwebs that were there before they left. Overall an A-.

Everything went well. Stan arrived on time and was professional and pleasant. He explained the fumigation process and walked me through each step. Stan also provided me basic information pertaining to termites in general and I now feel more informed. The experience was great and I have already recommended Termigone to my family, friends, and real estate contacts.

They were great. They were very punctual. They did a very straightforward job and they came out and executed without any issue.

A great experience all the way around. Erwin was extremely professional, courteous and prompt. All services were rendered as promised in timeframe promised. Very happy and would use them again.

Not responsive for a return to treat termite reinfestation.

Worked like a charm. We recently bought a home and upon moving in found a number of unwanted pests living with us. Mostly roaches, but some spiders. TermiGone came out an got rid of the bugs in the first treatment. We purchased a whoe year worth (quarterly) to make sure we get rid of them.

Termite Inspection from Stan really covered it all. The windows, gararge and inside and outside inspection for termites. Treatment was simple and easy. Person was very honest. I had only seen dropping on one window frame and in the end that was all that was found. I was so pleased that would like to now schedule a routine inspection with this company since they made the process so easy. Highly recommend them.

The exterminator sprayed the exterior areas of the house for ants and other insects. He also inspected the house for termites. Using a long pole, he also removed some wasp nests. Before TermiGone came, we had ant problems starting in February and despite using store-bought anti-ant remedies, we kept on getting ants infesting our two bathrooms and also many trails of ants outside our home. Ever since the exterminator came for the first visit--and it has been over a month since that visit, we have no ants at all in the exterior or interior of the home. We still have 3 more quarterly visits left for the package price we paid and we are very satisfied with the results.

They were fine. The price was fine too.

Stanley was patient, informative, and very helpful. He went under the crawlspace to check for any signs of termites or moisture that would attract termites. He spent about an hour scanning the interior and exterior of the condo before he determined I was termite free. He pointed out a few areas of concern that I should address in the guest bathroom and even though I prepaid for a termite treatment through Angie's list, he offered to refund my money. I definitely plan to call on TermiGONE in the future.

My husband dealt with them. They were in and out. I didn't see any problems with clean-up. Their responsiveness was fine.

Termigone treated our house back in January 2013 for termite and gave a two year warranty. When we discovered termite in garage this time, we called them. Stanley came and told us they would still honor the warranty even though it expired two weeks ago. He inspected the whole house and treated the garage and some other areas he found termite activities and did not charge us at all. He was very friendly and even helped us to repair a small dry wall damage. We are really please with the service and his professionalism.
