It was a Big Deal offer. They did what they said they would do and they did a thorough job. The people who came out to do the job were professional.

TermiGONE Exterminators Inc. were pleasant. It was easy to schedule an appointment with them.

It worked out fine. There is no more termite activity. There were additional costs because my house was a larger square footage than the deal advertised for. Their costs were reasonable to me.

My purchase had expired by a couple of months and they still honored it. They accomodated me, cam on time ,did an inspection in a professional manner and treated the perimeter and then some with insecticide as they said they would. The guy came and didnt rush. In fact he performed additonal inspection in my guesthouse that I was re finishing and also treated that at no additional cost! I would reccomend them and use them again and again!

They called me immediately after the purchase wanting to come out the next day! However we told them we wanted to wait a bit. It was a very good experience. Stanley came out & he went above & beyond. They were only supposed to go around the peremeter of the house & he did a little extra around the fence & even notice that the fence was slightly damaged & fixed it!

Everything was done timely and results seem to indicate no further termite activity.

Initial inspector was friendly, prompt, polite and gave us an accurate description of the problem. Service was delayed by rain but they called to warn us and promptly rescheduled. However, when they did come, they parked on our driveway and left a transmission fluid or oil stain on the pavers, which we have not been able to scrub out, even with driveway cleaner. We re-did all that nearly 6 years ago and it's our first stain. Boo!

My experience was average. It was easy to set up an appointment. They were able to let me know what needs to be done in the future.

They were pretty good. The employees were very friendly.

A pleasant person came out and inspected the house diligently. Later, I had some difficulty securing a written estimate of the costs. In the end, all worked out well, and they came out and tented my house while I enjoyed a brief vacation.

I first tried to schedule an appointment for a termite inspection in November of 2012. Spoke with Shiziel, who took my information and told me that a technician would call me back to schedule an appointment. Nobody ever called me. Life sidetracked my plans at that time, so getting an inspection "took a back seat" to other things. Fast forward to March 2013, and I started from scratch to schedule inspections from a couple of companies. Once again, called and spoke with Shiziel, who took my information and told me that a technician would call me back to schedule an appointment. Nobody ever called me back. Deja vu. Both times, Shiziel was nice and polite on the phone. So, I am assuming that Termigone is just too busy to take on new customers. PS Shiziel asked me, both times, if I had purchased the online coupon. Both times, I responded, "No". Maybe they only will do a free inspection if you buy the online coupon????

I think they could have been more thorough, we recently renovated our house and noticed that they missed a few places and there was evident termite damage. Overall they do provide a great service but as a customer you need to ask them a lot of thorough questions and oversee them to make sure they do not miss any affected areas on the property.

This deal worked out very well. They even came out at no charge for a second time to respray an area for me. Great experience.

It worked pretty well for about 6 months, they got rid of the rat that was there. The rat did end up coming back. I think it has to do with the wooded area around the house.

Overall it was an excellent experience. HARD TO GET THAT FIRST APPOINTMENT I'll start with my one complaint but don't let that dissuade you from using TermiGONE. It took me three emails and a phone call to get the inspection scheduled. Normally, if I were looking for just an estimate I would have moved on to another company, and it seemed strange that it took a week to just schedule the appointment, especially since I had paid for the coupon in advance. SMOOTH SAILING AFTER THAT Once Stan Sr. called me I had an appointment 2 days later. Stan is both very charming and a good inspector so although I thought I would mark TermiGONE no better than a B because of the trouble setting up the appointment, all other aspects of my experience were A+ so they deserve the overall A I gave them. Plus once you see how busy Stan is you'll understand why it takes a while for him to call and schedule. NO HARD SELL or UPSELL I had multiple colonies that had to be dealt with.and we talked about fumigation at the inspection but I was not given a hard sell. I have a tile roof and no termite company I've met will take responsibility for damage done to the roof during fumigation so I avoid doing it. Although I am tempted with TermiGONE because they are the first company to offer to replace broken tiles if I provide the tiles. My house is listed at just under 2000 sq ft so there was also no problem with the fine print on the coupon (make sure you read the fine print). I do have a patio and an attached shed and it wasn't clear to me from the fine print if they were covered or exempt but they took care of both of those as part of the coupon. They get the highest marks from me for honesty and integrity. The two man crew showed up early worked hard for several hours and did an excellent job. I asked a lot of questions and they were very willing to answer and explain everything. After spraying and foaming, they patched and painted (I provided the paint) and when they were done everything looked great. They also did the attic which I didn't look at but I'm confident it was thoroughly covered.

I called each day for about 3 days in a row. I left messages each time as no one was ever there. I finally got a call back late in the evening the first day. After that I never got a call back again.

The offer was misleading! I was able to get them to come out and do an initial inspection; however, after that I was never able to get in contact with them. I tried calling them numerous times and everytime I left a voicemail nobody got back to me. They are the most unresponsive comapny I have ever dealt with. One day I noticed one of their employees on my property, but he never came to knock on the door and inform me on what he was doing. When I tried speaking with him, there was a language barrier because he barely spoke any English and to top it off he just disappeared without notice. I have yet to hear back from them and no work was ever performed.

They were super good. Always on time and very polite. They were professional and absolute experts on droppings. Good at problem solving.

I made the call to Termigone to inquire about a yearly service because of an issue with waterbugs. They came out on time and took some time to explain to me about a wet area that could be a feeding ground for termites and to explain and answer any questions that I had. They also provided me with a discount for getting their name through Angie's list. They said they would do a follow up call about 10 days after the spraying to find out if the spray was working and how everything was. Unfortunately they didn't and I never heard from them until I called on January 21st and they had sprayed at the end of August initially. When I called the 714 number and the 800 number I got a voicemail. I figured I would give them 2 days and if they didn't call back go from there. They did get right back to me and set up a day on January 24th to do a second spraying. I asked what had happened as to why I wasn't called and Shabille told me that they were trying to catch up with the holidays and everything and apologized for the inconvienence. I asked how frequently they would spray and she said every 4 months...so that is 3 times for the year. So they will spray one more time this year and I hope they contact me and there is more communication.

accross the street are two sets of railroad tracks now instead of one. last five years the ants because of two trains going by at the same time, come up from the ground. sometimes in droves. at times we can't even eat dinner at the table. not just one variety of ants, every type that lives arpund here. an not one chemical agnet has worked to rid them. even the most caustic ones didn't work. two years ago two families living on this same block down the street moved because of the ants. wakig up in the middle of the night from a baby screaming, only to find the baby covered with ants. terrible. spiders also we're popping up where they never we're. especially the brown recluse. we never even saw one before, till the second rairoad track was put in. saw your ad for 99 dollars for extermination spraying. figured what the h***, i've tried everything else. one spray outside an inside. no smell either. that day day, there we're no more ants. Anywhere! not even spiders. no type off bugs we're seen anywhere. i even looked under the house an didn't see any bugs. For one full year we didn't have any problems with ants or any bugs. so i cal them up every year to send a guy to spray one time outside, an that does it. doesn't have to spray inside anymore. it's amazing, they used to pop up in droves. now theres not one. even tried doigging down in some areas an nothing. am i happy with Termigone? You d*** straight i am. Once a year i call them an hve peace of mind from any bugs. Even the bad guy brown recluse.

I'm currently having a problem with them because they are exterminators but they didn't exterminate. I just contacted them again. They came out twice for termites and there are still termites on the property. The price included a cabinet repair that wasn't really a part of it and they just found somebody to repair the cabinet. They are very nice people and I'm trying to work with them. My problem is that they did the treatment and I had a repair person out there doing some work. She found new infestation and they came back out for those places. While she was doing her work she found a swarm of termites so they are not thorough. I thought they did treatment for subterranean termites and for the dry wood termite which is supposed to cover everybody but there is still a swarm of termites so I probably have to try to call them back again today. The price was good that I got because each treatment was separate and on one of them, I got like half off because I got them through Angie's List. They are not that responsive. They come when they say they are going to come. They are very nice people. I would only use them in the future if they resolve this problem. I have a four year guarantee.

Received a verbal estimate, however, Service Provider did not follow-up with written estimate and has not responded to e-mail message and several phone calls.

Everything went better than I ever thought possible, I spent many months trying to eradicate the rodents but with little results. The total time for Termigone to set up my home's defense's was a couple of hours. I would highly recommend TermiGone as a very reliable and honest company.

It worked. I have had no problems with insects in my home as yet - almost 2 years later. They did a thorough job and were informative as to plants that should not be sprayed or if sprayed should not be used as a food source for a number of days that they indicated.

I like that they do not require me to sign an annual contract. Services performed either same day or within a day of each call. Once the bugs didn't go away they came right back To perform another service at no charge.
