The only issue was that they put in a hole in the exterior of the wall that I called about and they said they would come fix. Unfortunately they never came, and I had to call someone else to fix it. As far as the service, they did a good job.

After purchasing a Big Deal from Termigone for quarterly pest elimination, we were so happy with their services that we now call them to come spray whenever we have isolated issues. Most recently, my husband was noticing spiders in our trash cans, on our fence, and all around the exterior of the home. Our trusted technician, Stan Sison, came and took care of the issue. I can't recommend Stan highly enough. He is so personable and honest. (Once, we'd been told by another service we had termites in our attic and would have to pay their company to tent the house, and Stan came by for us to confirm. He told us that was nonsense. No termites in our attic!!) I can't speak to the whole of Termigone, but Stan is great!!

They had to come out about 3 times to finally seal all the points of entry. I insisted that they could not use kill traps and poison, so they used non kill traps and natural products that keep rodents away from the home. I was very happy about that. The rodents stayed away and no animals were hurt in the process. :)

They scheduled an appointment with us to do the work. My wife sat all day waiting for them to come out and do the work. They tried to say that they left a note at our home and they were there. My wife said she was at the home all day and nobody was there or called the house. They said they would get back with us, but never have called us or returned any of our calls. I am seeking a refund for this Big Deal.

I would definitely use them again. Easy to schedule an appointment, punctual and pleasant to deal with.

All went well. The workers arrived on time, placed the poison, and covered the holes. The termites were killed. Also ants are killed by the poison and I have not had any ants in the house since the poison was placed. One bad side effect was that three rose bushes and one fruit tree died from the poison placed around the gazebo. I was told that this might happen by the workers. So if you do not want anything to happen to your plants dig then up then replant them with clean dirt.

They arrived on time, were friendly, asked about the problem, made their investigation, gave an estimate and left. I decided not to use them.

They were fine, just located far away so they didnt get out here particularly promptly. They would probably be better if they were local to you.

There is no evidence of anymore termites.

They did a great job. Very thorough, polite, and tidy. Completed the job in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend them!

Great people, family run business. Came out on time, were friendly, did the job promptly, and ask me to call them if anything was missed or other problems arose.

My only complaint was no follow-up; perhaps none needed..

The service its self I had no problem with that. Scheduling at some point was confusing. The first time I bought a one-time treatment and then I bought an annual one, with four quarterly visits. The first one they called me to schedule the appointment, so I thought okay they will call me in three months and schedule, they did that the first quarter. The second quarter, they did not call and I had to call them and schedule it. Twice I had scheduling issues. One time they came on the wrong day, then the other one they did not show up. They have a bunch of different numbers. I was not able to talk to one person who knew everything. I had to call another number and talk to another gentleman. The technicians themselves are great, no problems or issues. I just did not like the staff and the way they do their scheduling. I had to talk to two different offices just to schedule one appointment. The service and price were fine. They did show up when they said they would. The techs were professional. I would not use them again.

They have been right on time and they do an excellent job. They killed all my termites, I had subterranean termites in my garden that I didn't know about and he got rid of those. He was like, "you have got subterraneans,...he says I'm going to do the rest of it. I will just go ahead and put those chemicals around those areas to get rid of those" and he did for free.

We did not call or request their service. Got a knock on the doors on a Saturday afternoon...a representative tried to upsell a package to spray around the perimeter of the house at a discount since he will be in the neigborhood for another job coming Monday. The representative did all the talking and pressured us to sign a contract on the spot. After hearing him pitch for about 15 minutes on the "BIG DISCOUNT" package that is offered, we asked that he leaves a card and let us think it over. Sensing that we were not going to sign on the spot, he abruptly changed his tune and left without leaving us a card. Overall experience left us feeling very suspicious about the rep and the company. These guys may be legit but their dealing and approach make the hair on the back of my neck stand, intrusive and rude. Keep up your guards when dealing with these gumbas.

On time the three times the workers were at the house. Totally professional - the three workers knew what they were doing and worked with precision. Cleaned up after themselves each time they were there.

I have not had any issues not problems with insects.

Unfortunately this has been a very bad experience. Stan Senior came out to bid the job and was very nice. He suggested spraying every square inch of the walls and ceiling of the garage with Termidor. I did not want so much poison in the garge so I decided to just do the 2 most exposed walls. His son, Stan Jr. came out a did the application. He was also very nice and seemed to do a thorough job. Now here's THE PROBLEM-- several people in and around the garage and the railing above began experiencing a numbing/burning sensation on there lips and as well as their hands. I have turned out to have the greatness sensitivity to the product and have been unable to use the garage for the past two months. If I touch the rail above the garage I soon experience an odd burning sensation on my hands. The frustrating part is that I have called the company twice and begged the receptionist to have Stan or someone experienced call me but they have never called back. I would love to know how much of the product they used. The invoice says "1602" but I have no idea what units that refers to. I would also love to know what the half-life of the active ingredient in Termidor is. Google has provided a large range of answers-- not sure what to believe. I hope someone at Termigone reads this and follows up by contacting me. If you have any experience in this matter, I would sure appreciate hearing from you. My advice if you choose to use this company is to be very cautious about the amount of Termidor they propose spraying in areas with which you will have conact. Other exterminators tell me that Termidor is primarily used in subterrainian sites, so I question the practices of this company. I hope this information is on some help to you.

Unsettled by them coming to my house without appointment. Would not recommend .

We purchased the big deal. A representative came out with his wife. I guess they work together. She was the one who did all of the work in the attic injecting the foam and around the perimiter of the house. They wre very nice and friendly, but I question the accuracy of the chemicals used and how it was injected. It may be complete fine, but they have not called back to follow-up and see how things are going. But they were on time, friendly and did what was expressed in the deal. It is just odd that she did all of the work while her husband sat and talked to my husband.

Went well! The technician was very nice and knowledgeable!

Was not able to contact the company using the phone number on the Angie's List.

Overall, we we're pleased with the puchase. The company came on time, performed the service efficiently, and all of the employees I spoke with were extremely nice and professional. We have a major spider population, including black widows, and the treatment very effectively controlled spiders around our house. My only problem with the company was that it was often hard to connect with them on the phone to schedule a treatment. We would play phone tag for days, and on at least a couple of occasions, it took them 2-3 days to get back to me.

Original service seemed fine but then when problems showed up later under warranty, the company did not return phone calls.

When I called to make the first appointment everything went well, but the day of the appointment the technician that inspected the house said that the price that I paid cover only specific areas to be treated not the whole house as stated in the coupon, and that I had to pay an extra 251.00 in order to get the whole house treated with foam. Then on the next appointment when they were going to do the service the technician didn't show on time or called to said that he was running late, so I called the company and a lady said that he had to do another job before me and forgot to call and let me know. Finally he showed up 4 hours later.
