All of the people that I dealt with were amazing, and I was overall very happy with the job that they did. The price was okay, it was not a deal, but at the end of it, I felt like I got worth my Dollar.

Their estimate is two times higher than other estimates. The guy is very professional, but nothing stood out to me. He was nice and professional. He just came out, and did an estimate. He didn't give any optional work for me.

was not interested in a job that small because of the price they would have to charge so forth. told me to wait until there was more work to be done, as that would be more cost effective for me. Very professional. I would def call them beck in the future Rose

Miguel showed up EXACTLY on time the day he came to provide an estimate. He was so professional and had so much confidence about his company that I ended up cancelling the two other companies I had booked for estimates. They made the appointment to do the above mentioned work for the following week. The crew was outside waiting for the clock to strike 8AM (our appointed time) and began moving furniture and cover protecting the walls and other surfaces. I took my dog and scrambled out of their way. I checked back in around 3PM and they were nearing completion. A crew of four had been working hard all day. I came back at 5PM and they were gone. Everything had been put back with an impressive degree of accuracy and my floors look brand new.....honestly. I had let them go for 8 years and didn't think it possible for me to "love" them again. But, I do. Miguel told me that they could come back every two years for around $1000 to maintain them in their current state and I will certainly do it. They truly look remarkable......the color matching on the holes is remarkable.....I've looked and I can absolutely not find them.....vanished. Outstanding contractor! Thank you!

From the day they came and gave us an estimate... to the day they did the work... everything was first rate. On time, professional, courteous, responsible, and efficient. The work done was really high-quality. We had other companies and individuals come in the past... and we felt we were getting scammed... and, in fact, we did. Some guy game and threw a bottle of acetone on the counters... and nothing happened. All the stains remained. when Stoneshine came they were completely thorough. From sanding the counters to polishing them... they did it all the way it was supposed to be done. We couldn't give them a higher recommendation.

A very professional individual came out to the house to review what I needed to be done, and then to submit a quote. I explained that I have had the outside hardscape cleaned and sealed in the past, but that after one month the slate surface would have a cloudy white appearance. The contractor explained their companies cleaning, sealing process, and that this would not happen. The following day a quote was dropped off, the amount requested was too high, and I declined their services. He then offered to reduce the price, and additionally threw in to clean & polish the bathroom floor. A crew of 5 people arrived on time, and for five days worked inside and out which was the exact time frame they promised. Any questions I had were answered, and they were very polite and cleaned up daily. The inside bathroom travertine, and black bathroom marble came out shinny and beautiful. The outside slate came out nice but unfortunately the cloudy whitish color has come back on the outdoor slate, after two months . I have called them, and they have come out to assess the situation. Another layer of sealer color was applied to a small area to see if this procedure would help the appearance. I am disappointed that the outside is not staying the deep color it was initially, especially after I paid top dolor for their services, but they are still working with me to correct the situation. I gave them a "B" because of their high price.

It was a great experience, on time , profession and very clean. My kitchen counters looked better then new.. and my bathroom looks like I put a new floor in it.. I would give StoneShine A++++ for the great work ..

It looks great. When the faucet came loose a week or so later, they came out and tightened it up for me, and re-caulked the sink like the bid said they would do (but apparently forgot). I will say that even though they covered much of the surfaces around the work area, the cutting of the counter top was VERY dusty and left a layer of dust all over my entire downstairs. I wish they could have hung some plastic sheeting around the the cutting area to minimize the mess because the dust was just everywhere and a real pain to clean up.

Staff of 5 men were prompt and started early taping all my the areas around the flooring and countertops. Began to polish all the surfaces and were very efficient. Then they sealed the floor and countertops. Were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. The floors and countertops never looked better. I recommended them to my neighbors across the street who need to have her 10 year old marble polished and sealed and they were happy with their project as well. I'll consider them for the future when I need to polish and seal the floors again.

Look no further! If you want your marble floors to look like brand new, these are the guys to call. I have had Travertine marble on my floors for 20 years and only had them polished and sealed once. It was an expensive job for something that barely made a ifference. Because of that, I hadn?t bothered having them finished again. But now after 20 years of wear and tear from 3 children, 2 dogs and a cat, the floor looked horrible. My once beautiful travertine was dull, lifeless, dirty, full of holes that collected more dirt and I was ready to rip it all up and start over. Then I read the reviews on Angie?s list and decided to call Stoneshine. Sergio, the sales guy, came to our house and explained in detail how they would restore the floors and shower, clean the grouting and bring back the shine. He promised me I would be happy. Stoneshine had recently worked at a neighbor?s house and they gave me a fantastic reference too. Reading the reviews and speaking to the neighbor was all I needed to hire Stoneshine. THESE GUYS ARE PHENOMENAL. Ramon, Royer, Gerber, Jaime and Roberto worked tirelessly for 8 hours to complete the job in one day. The carefully protected all the woodwork, cabinetry and adjoining flooring and set to work. By the time they were finished my floors had been transformed into brand new floors. They are beautiful. Shiny, clean, the holes have disappeared; it looks like they are brand new floors. I can?t get over how fantastic the floors look. I walk around admiring them and looking at my reflection. I didn?t think it was possible to transform something so awful looking into brand new. They also refinished a marble shower and polished and sealed granite and marble counter tops. My bathroom marble was dull and lifeless too and are now shiny and new. It feels as though it is a newly installed bathroom I can?t say enough good things about Stoneshine. You won?t regret it if you hire these people. They really know their stuff.

Couldn't believe that what the promised was reality...marble floors shined like new, countertops clean and shined like new..timing was exactly as along as they said, extremely professional and on time and on task.

They are very thorough. The bid was very detailed. He was able to print it all out instantly and give it to me.

I called. They came out quickly to provide an estimate. We set up a time to do the job, but we had to postpone due to rain (some of the work was outside). They arrived and did the job in the time promised. They were neat, clean, and professional.

This was my first time using Angie's List. Sureshine did an excellent job. My floors look new again! The guys were very courteous and professional. I will definitely use Sureshine again.

The cleaning crew consisted of Aldo and two other gentlemen. They were on time, very courteous, and professional. They immediately prepared the area to protect the cabinets, walls, doors and appliances. Watching these guys work with precision and care was amazing. Our floors and counters were so luminous you could see the reflections from all angles. They appeared as if they just got installed. We were completely satisfied with the work and would HIGHLY recommend StoneShine for any of your floors or counter tops restoration.

When we agreed to the quote, we worried it was high but THESE GUYS WORKED THEIR TAILS OFF!!! Honestly, we were here the entire time they worked on the patio and so we know that we got a tremendous value! The Stone Shine guys were also completely professional. They wore clean work uniforms, protected all surfaces and cleaned up even between the two days of work. They were quiet and very nice, too. In the future we will NEVER try to shine the patio ourselves. The products we used contributed to the dulling film. Now we will call the Stone Shine team to keep our patio looking as great as it does now.
