Description of Work: They trimmed a large number of trees, removed one tree, did a certain amount of clean-up and trimming of shrubs. They did a good job, and provided a large crew since it was a big job, so they were able to get it done quickly.

Description of Work: They removed 2 large trees. They arrived on time and were finished surprisingly fast. They did a good job of cleanup. The area where the trees are have several sprinklers and they all worked when the job was finished. I think they did an excellent job

Description of Work: I called for his services and he set an appointment to come and give me an estimate. he said he would arrive in one hour. After waiting for him for an hour and forty five minutes I called and asked if he was close and he said "yes" and then he hung up and never showed up.

Description of Work: Mr. Sotero was very quick on getting out to our home for the initial estimate. We expected to have to wait a bit for the job to be done, but he and his crew were there the very next morning! They worked for nearly two full days to do all the work we wanted and then came back a week later to take a stump down farther than we had first asked them to. Mr. Sotero and his crew were terrific to work with--they were all friendly and respectful, and the site was cleaned up perfectly each day. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Set up an appointment to meet with Sotero for an estimate. I left work early to make the appointment. Sotero NEVER showed, NEVER called. I will NEVER contact him again!
