Weâ ve never demolished a pool before, and Eddie walked us through the entire process! Wish we had more structures to demolish (lol) because they were so great to work with!!!

We hired Clean Slate Demolition to remove a patio that was attached to our house. We are so pleased with the care the workers took in the removal of the boards so as not to damage any existing structure of the house. Eddie and his crew arrived on time, completed the work, leaving our patio swept clean of all debris. We recommend this company, Eddie is a man of his word. We are so happy with the care Eddie and his crew took to demolish and remove our old patio.

We has some storm damage to our stucco fence on our house and we needed to replace it with a new fence. Eddie and came to give us an estimate. He was courteous and prompt. Eddie was very friendly and professional. He went above and beyond. We scheduled a day for a demo of an old cement pond, but I needed to change it. He and his team quickly adjusted and made accommodations for me. He even brought extra help to finish the project ahead of schedule!

His work quality and personal treatment were fine, he hired a subcontractor to fill in the whole where the pool had been; these people brought good looking dirt until the inspector came to check the quality, after that they brought dirt full of roots and small rocks and also after the heavy rains we had, just one night, the dirt started to sink below level. Very unhappy!! I am having to pay extra to a landscaping contractor to correct the work in addition to the landscaping I need. As far as the value for my money from the demolition contractor it was lower than other quotes, but the end work was definitely no.

Needed a deck demolished and an old hot tub removed. Clean Slate had the lowest quote. They showed up on time and completed the job lightning quick and exactly as needed. I would definitely hire them again.
