I would hire them again I had a cement pool and all the surrounding concrete broken up and hauled away and Eddie went to the city and had all the permits and inspections taken care of and thoroughly explained the process and wrote on the contract everything that was going to be done I wish all contractors were this easy to work with

The owner is a consummate professional. He got to the job when he said he'd be there. He always followed up to see what the timing was, and he and his people did a good, clean job from the beginning to end. The prices were also very reasonable. Finally, I can say that at the end of the job, you trust this company and the work ethic. Not only did he ensure the workers came and did what they were supposed to when they were scheduled, he came by and checked it out himself to make sure everything was okay - and then added some extra safety precautions. This day and age, you can't beat this company's customer service. Thank you for the nice work, and kudos!

Edgar contacted me after I completed a request and was professional and timely. He provided me a quote same day and was available to start work 2 days later when he had an opening. He removed my shed and its contents to the dump for the exact quoted price and it only took him 2 hours to do. I had a 10â x7â wooden shed and they handled it perfectly. I would highly recommend for others to use.

I had a patio removed and they cleaned up very well afterwards. They even removed some extra trash and got ride of a build up of leaves too! Eddie also fixed a couple things around the house too! Highly recommend!

Clean Slate was OUTSTANDING. Eddy was very communicative and his team was amazing, super professional and super nice. Great price to demo my pool and it was done timely and exactly what he had indicated in the price. The inspectors were the ones that delayed the process and Eddy's team did not stop working. Eddy's team left everything clean everyday and I have never seen workers like his team, they did not stop and again were super professional and nice. I only wish that other companies would be like Clean Slate, efficient, effective, professional and the right price. I truly thought the project would take longer and mom and I are incredibly pleased and grateful for Eddy and his team. I will hire Clean Slate again if I need anything to demolish.
