Best moving experience I have had. I have heard all the horror stories so chose Best Moving from both Angie's List and Yelp ratings. They definitely earned all that praise. They were on time, moved my things carefully and quickly and were friendly guys who were pleasant to be around on what could have been very stressful days. Scott was the crew supervisor on both my move out and move in days. The guys on his crew were different for each move but all of them were helpful, careful and sincerely wanted to do whatever I needed them to do to make me happy, including moving a big armoire upstairs, then back down when I changed my mind, smiling the whole time. Not a thing was lost, broken or damaged in any way. Our things were in 8 Vault Storage units at their facility for two months between moves and on the move in day we discovered one patio chair was missing. They had someone check all the vaults and found it in the shadows in the back. They delivered it right away and the office people were great about every aspect of the move too. This company and it's people are well named. They really are the Best Moving Company.

This is a great company! From the initial communication to the final goodbye, they were wonderful. They packed my home on one day, and didn't break anything. They moved me the next day and were so helpful in putting all of the boxes in the right places, and getting everything in the house carefully. They helped me unpack 4 days after the move and hauled off the boxes. They were happy, fun, and conscientious. They didn't break or lose anything. They were great to work with and I would recommend them over and over. You won't go wrong with this company.

It was excellent. They made the arrangements with me and guaranteed me that they use professional movers. They sent two men, who were exactly what you want. They were very professional and careful. They did an outstanding job. They never stood around or goofed off. They packed everything really well into my storage unit. Best moving company I have ever had. They were good quality movers overall.

I called Best Moving Services because of their reviews on Angie's List. They provided enough information for me to choose either a 2 or a 3 man team. We chose to have a team of 3 people move us 30 miles away. We were moving from a 2 bedroom condo to another 2 bedroom condo. Rich, Ruben, and Ronie arrived on time, with plenty of materials and supplies. They first spoke with us about what our needs were for the move. They then went to work. They were extremely fast and efficient about how they moved our furniture and boxes. All the furniture was blanket wrapped and taped up. I was amazed at how well they worked and communicated with each other ? as they told me this was their first time working together! Ruben is a master at packing the truck! They did a great job removing all our items and putting everything where it belonged in our new condo, (even assembling our bed), and asked us when they were finished if we needed anything rearranged. Great customer service from these guys! They worked hard and had phenomenal energy (even when navigating the split level stairs at our new condo), and all had smiles and jokes the entire day! I highly recommend Best Moving Services, especially the three R?s (Rich, Ruben, and Ronie). They are extremely helpful and considerate. If I need to move again, I will definitely request this team! The entire crew was awesome and worked quickly and efficiently. They helped us pack up the miscellaneous items that were still not in boxes the morning of. They were careful with all our heavy furniture and fragile items. Crew was personable and made sure we were satisfied the entire step of the way from packing to loading to unloading. Best prices also compared to other movers. We definitely recommend!

After reading reviews for movers I decided to use Best Moving Service to move my Mom. They drove all the way to Landers in the desert and packed up her stuff and drove back to Mission Viejo. All in one day! They were there when they said they would be, and did a fantastic job of packing her stuff. Not one thing was broken. The guys were friendly, courteous and very respectful. Moving my mother who is 82 and had lived in her place for 40+ years was stressful for her, but the guys made her laugh and smile. Everything was done as they said and I could have not done this without them. If I have to move again they would be the company I would call, no need to look for anyone else. Plus the senior discount was great, cost less than I had anticipated.

The movers did a good job. I had some antique furniture and they handled them with care. My sister hired the same company to move some furniture and she was happy with them, too.

Best Moving was phenomenal! Rich, Sal and David were the 3 guys for my move and they were great. All my furniture was blanket wrapped and taped up for maximum protection, which I was pleasantly surprised about as I have moved many times in the past and this isn't always done. They arrived on time (actually a little early) which was great, Rich and I walked through the entire condo to indicate all the rooms and possessions that were moving. I had indicated a small pile of boxes and suitcases that I wanted to have loaded last onto the truck so that I would be able to find these things easily at the new place. These 3 guys were quick, efficient and made the move out very simple. They worked very well together which attributed to the efficiency of the overall move. The new place was only a short distance away to the next town, so once we all got there, setup of the truck was very quick and all my boxes were labeled and color coded for the rooms that they would go to so it made the unloading process smooth. All of my furniture and possessions were treated well, furniture was placed exactly where I indicated, boxes were stacked in rooms so that I had easy access, and they setup my bedframe and bed as well as dressers. I can't say it enough - these guys were just phenomenal! Moving is stressful enough, but Best Moving made the day very enjoyable and stress-free! I would highly recommend Best Moving!!

I am very happy with the level of service I received from Best Moving. They arrived on time and ready to work. After a little bit of paperwork, they jumped right in and did not stop until everything was packed onto their huge truck. Let me tell you, they filled that truck to capacity. They followed me over to the new house, and after a 15 minute lunch break, they went right back at it; nonstop until everything was just as we wanted it. They did all of this in just under 8 hours. I was very impressed! And the final invoice total was a couple hundred bucks below the estimate I received. How often does THAT happen. I highly recommend this company. Let me also note: Not a single item was broken in the move. Again, very impressive!

Overall the move was great. The guys worked fast, were on time, and nothing was damaged. They even put our bed together for us at the new place. I was very happy I chose them.

On time!! Was told they would arrive between 8:30 and 9am. There were there at 8:32am. Dominic and Sergio the two man crew were AMAZING. Fast and cautious. I have interior stairs at the condo I was leaving and exterior stair at the new location. They handled all with ease. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again for future needs.

We hired Best Moving Service to do a move for us on a Sunday. It happened to rain that day, but the movers wrapped the furniture so that nothing was damaged. Alex and David did a great job that day. They arrived at the job at the arranged time and the were both professional and courteous. They were very easy to deal with. I would recommend Best Moving Service to others, and also use them in again the future when moving.

Best Moving was the BEST! They brought 4 movers and 2 trucks. My wife and I couldn't believe how hard the team worked, how careful they were with every item, how respectful they were, and how kind they were to our 2 little boys that kept hovering about. We are moving again in a few weeks to our home that is currently being built, and i will definitely hire Best Moving again and request the same moving team for the job. They were awesome. I will use Best Moving for every move from now on.

The Best Moving Services was very prompt getting back to me when I called to get an estimate, very helpful before the move, checked in before they arrived, and provided the wardrobe boxes. The crew arrived right on time on the morning of the move, loaded the boxes and furniture, including things which I had intended to come back and get (I okayed them doing this) -- they had plenty of room in the truck. They did not have to move anything horribly heavy - no piano, no washer /dryer/ etc. They unloaded the truck at the new place, set up the furniture, bed, fridge water lines, etc. They also helped fix a table that had a wobbly leaf (it had been that way forever), and they organized the garage so the car could be parked in there that night. They were wonderful, and I've already recommended them to two other families.

This company was fantastic. I was told that they would be at my house between 0830-0900 hours. They called to tell me that they were going to approximately 10-15 minutes late because of a traffic collision on the freeway. They apologized multiple times!! The movers were fantastic!! They handled all of my items carefully and nothing was broken! They even had to lift my refrigerator over a counter to get it out of my old kitchen. Then when they moved in my bedroom furniture, they stated that one of the feet on one of my dressers was loose, so he fixed that. He then fixed some loose post on my bed!! OH and for my new house I had 30 keys, and of course, I couldn't figure out which one worked for what. They then checked the windows, found one that was unlocked, and "broke into" my new house so they could unload my items. This moving company is awesome and if I ever move again, (hopefully not!), I know that I won't have to look for a moving company! THANK YOU!!!

My move involved multiple locations all local to Orange County, CA. The origination was Anaheim, where all the boxes, piano, safe and furniture were located. These items would end up in three separate locations plus furniture at the final destination in Tustin, where some furniture was being transported back to Anaheim. The three man crew were great; Scott, Blake and Andrew arrived at 8:30am day of move and were ready to start loading. I had created a map of contents being moved to the multiple locations and colored Post-It's so the guys knew which stuff had to be loaded first. Before wrapping any furniture they examined it and pointed out any issues with the furniture so we all knew the starting condition. They were all very careful removing furniture from the various rooms, always checking doorframes, thresholds and fixtures that might impede their movements. Everything was loaded by 10am and we moved to the first location in Villa Park to drop off some furniture. Then to public storage for boxes and then to Tustin where the bulk of furniture was to end up. They staged the existing furniture to be returned to Anaheim in the garage before unloading the new furniture. This destination was a two story condo and a 74" sofa was to go upstairs. The guys were not sure the sofa could make the curve around the stairs or fit through the doorway without taking the door off. They quickly decided to just move the existing love seat into the hall and see of they could get the new sofa upstairs. They were able to make the adjustments and get the new sofa without a problem other than shifting weight and angle as they went. They were careful going up the stairs and avoiding the stairwell light fixture. At each location furniture and/or boxes arrived without damage or dents. The multiple location move was completed by 1:30pm. Best Moving is really the best. Thanks guys!

I have lots of experience with movers in U.S. and abroad for more complicated foreign service moves (which require much more meticulous packing) so I am both picky and realistic about what is involved in a move. Crew arrived on time, packed garage, then apartment and worked efficiently. The crew was very good, respectful of my belongings and each other. In my opinion, the packing of tools and miscellaneous small items in the garage was a bit sloppy but I was interested in keeping the cost down (meticulous packing = $$$) so that was an ok trade off for this local move. Crew was really good at packing and moving the heavy equipment as well as identifying allowable items in storage (no flammables or compressed canisters). Will definitely use this company and crew again.

They were fast and well organized. I was overall very satisfied. I have used them a few times in the past for moving my parents from their house to an apartment.

We loved this company and especially the four gentlemen who moved us - Scott, Ruben, Blake and Jimmy! They rocked! They were the ultimate professionals, kind, respectful, fast - we will be asking for all four of them again when we finally are able to move into our new home within the next few weeks. (And for me to actually write a review says a lot - this is the first time I have ever done this. This is how impressed we were.)

I called Best Moving Co. about a month before the actual move. The office staff was straight-forward in giving me an estimate and exactly what I could expect on moving day. There were no surprises. Scott and Sal showed up approximately 15 minutes early, and within an hour had my furniture moved and in place. I would definitely recommend Best Moving.

Best Moving called the morning of our move to let us know that they would be able to come earlier than expected. We were a little worried our timing wouldn't work out, due to deliveries to our new home, but it ended up working better than the original plan. They called us in plenty of time for us to get back to our old place and showed up with the right crew (3 movers and 1 truck) even though the third mover was driving his own truck. I was worried that they would charge us for 2 trucks, when we'd ordered only 1. I called them and they were very polite and professional and let me know that having the 3rd mover driving his own truck was the only way to get us the 3 movers we'd requested, but assured us we were not being charged for the extra truck, which we were not. The movers were polite, professional and very pleasant. They wrapped every piece efficiently, which we greatly appreciated because we'd been warned about movers who will take forever wrapping furniture in order to inflate the price. Our new home is fully remodeled and brand new so we were very anxious about the amount of furniture being moved upstairs into our bedrooms and loft and the possibility of scratched walls, dinged banister, etc. Even though they had to take our washer/dryer upstairs on top of all the normal upstairs furniture, they didn't leave a single scratch or mark anywhere. They even noticed a small splinter on the foot of our wooden kitchen island and alerted us that they had done the damage, but we assured that we had done it previously. I cannot say enough good things about the job that they did and would recommend them to anyone. I would almost guarantee that we are the most neurotic, anal-retentive people they have ever or will ever move, so the fact that I look back on my moving day as a fun, exciting day is really saying something.

Movers were on time. Were constantly moving so as he not waste time. No damage done to anything. Arrived to new location on time.

We had recently (in the past year) had a corporate interstate move that went horribly wrong, with many broken and damaged items, so we were very concerned about finding a good mover for our local move into our final residence. We did some research on Angie's List and also called several providers, finally settling on Best Movers. James came out to do the estimate and listened carefully to all our concerns and did all he could to put our minds at ease. The movers, Scott (driver), Ruben, and Arturo arrived punctually on the assigned day and got right to work. They carefully wrapped everything that needed wrapping and were very courteous to our suggestions on how to handle certain things. They worked very carefully and heeded our desire for them to take enough time so as not to damage anything. When it came time to move the large exercise unit, they took the time to disassemble the equipment so as to make the move safer and easier. At delivery, they were very respectful of our new house, taking plenty of time to pad the entry and banisters. They executed the move of the 300 lb universal weight system up the stairs without even touching the walls. Everything was done with a very professional character and extremely courteous service. I highly recommend Best Moving without reservations.
