Description of Work: Awesome job. Moved 3 bedroom apt to a two story 3 bedroom house. Got a 5 man crew because I wanted the job done quickly and the team did not disappoint. Everything arrived in one piece and the whole move was completed in less than 5 hours. Had them pack the kitchen as well. Nice guys, very efficient. I rented piggy boxes and I think it made the job easier for us packing and them easier for moving.

Description of Work: I had packing and moving. I couldn't have asked for better service. Scott, Blake and Richard were professional, efficient and extremely courteous. I have moved quite a bit. This experience was, by far, the best!

Description of Work: Went well, I only had 2 person including the driver but they are so experienced that everything was moved efficiently. We did 5 hours loading, travel and unloading and I lived 14 miles away. They are very reliable and definitely know what they are doing.

Description of Work: Three guys moved the contents of my Huntington Beach 2-story condo to my new 3-story Costa Mesa house. It was a lot of stairs on both ends. They were cheerful, worked quickly, and did not damage either the house or the furniture.

Description of Work: I called Best Moving Services because of their reviews on Angie's List. I hired them to pack our home and moves us just four miles away. They did a great job overall. On the initial phone call they asked me lots of questions and helped me understand my options. I chose to have a team of 3 people pack us one day and a team of 4 people and two trucks moves us the next day. This was a clever option to maximize their time and keep the hourly cost reasonable. | |The team arrived on-time, with plenty of materials. We chose to use our own boxes, but they brought extra for support. They took just 5 hours to pack a large home because we prepared really well. However, they were fast and smart about they way they packed, knowing we were just moving 4 miles away, but still wouldn't want any items to get damaged. I could tell these guys were experienced. | |The actual move (load, unload) took about 9 hours. They did a great job getting everything where it belonged, asking us when something was unclear. They assembled the beds, dressers and mirrors, were very careful and considerate, and made sure we were settled before they left. | |I know there are mover horror stories out there, this is the exact opposite. I got exactly what I expected (which was great!) and paid a little less than I budgeted. The fact that we were well prepared helped, which I must highly recommend. But I can also highly recommend Best Moving Services. They're a helpful, punctual, considerate and experienced team and that just what I needed on moving day!

Description of Work: The reason I didn't grade them higher was because the scheduler promised wardrobe boxes & didn't provide them. I called after the move to try to schedule a time the following weekend to move my clothes & try to get satisfaction. They couldn't accommodate me, so I hired another mover who actually provided better service at a more reasonable price. They were not on Angie's List.
