Description of Work: I paid $98 for the service but had to pay more, $17.50, and the only problem was that the cable was off track. The $98 should have covered re-rapping the cable. I did not have change for the odd amount of the additional fee so I gave the guy $20, which was probably his plan.

Description of Work: They took the old opener off. They installed the new opener and fixed a few problems that needed to be corrected. I paid extra to have a stronger metal bar installed on the garage door for safety reasons and I purchased an extra door opener.

Description of Work: Installed two double garage doors with heavy duty motors. It went very well except we with we understood that it would be almost impossible to open the garage doors ourselves in the case of a power outage. Now we are awaiting the rather pricey back up battery system. Anaheim Door referred us to an excellent garage door finisher who stained the doors for an additional $1000 (?). The doors are beautiful and several neighbors stopped us to tell us how much they liked them.

 + -1 moreThe sales experience was great and they had the window I had been looking for, however, there was some confusion in establishing an appointment but everything worked out and the scheduling staff worked with me. The installer arrived at 9:15 AM (I was first told between 8-10 am and then told 7-9 am) and was finished by 2 pm. He was very pleasant and helpful.
Description of Work: I had my old garage door and opener replaced with a new belt drive opener and an insulated steel backed door with frosted windows. I looked at Wayne Dalton, Clopay and Martin doors. For what I got, Anaheim Door was more expensive than Clopay but less expensive than Martin and Wayne Dalton.
