ANAHEIM DOOR

I am so pleased with my new garage doors, they look great. Anaheim doors installed my garage doors and opener 20 years ago so when I decided to buy new doors I looked for a new design. I love the look and the installation was excellent. Pleasant installer and professional. I got 2 other quotes from other companies but Anaheim was the least expensive and I know from before the quality is durable and last a long time. I would recommend Anaheim doors to all my friends.

I couldn't have been more pleased. I believe the pricing was probably pretty average for this type of work; however, the service I received was exceptional. The staff, from measuring to installing, did an awesome job (punctual, thorough, knowledgeable, personable). I highly recommend Anaheim Doors!

After a major repair of our garage roof and supports, we required major repair on the garage door tracks. I called Anaheim Door as they supplied and installed the doors originally (about 12 years ago). The tech came out, took a good amount of time looking over the issues, making notes about the required parts and repairs. That's the last I've seen or heard from Anaheim Door, absolutely no follow up over the next 3 weeks.

Everything went great, the installer arrived on time, and completed the work in less time than he estimated.

Great- Chris, the mgr at the Van Nuys store helped get the install scheduled within my 'tight" schedule, and Eddie, who performed the install, was excellent

On 09/12/17 Jose Acevedo from Anaheim door arrived at my home a little late, but he apologizes. He was very friendly, professional and did a quality job installing my new garage door and fast too, Price was very reasonable, I would highly recommend Anaheim door. Thanks again Jose.

They replaced my old Genie garage door motor with a new LiftMaster unit. Everything was done as expected. Not a big deal but the tech forgot to take the light bulbs from our old unit and place them in the new opener but I did it when I returned home. To wow the client, I would suggest to them that while they have a tech on site that they clean and lube the track and rails if needed.

In summary, every step went very well.

They are seamless. They really know garage doors and everyone you speak to knows what they are doing. They follow through in everything they do. No upsell.

I have used them more than once. They were really good. It was seamless from the first call to set up the appointment to him showing up. There were no hiccups. They did the job and they did it well. They answered any questions we had about it. He knew what he was doing and didn't take very long. They were easy to deal with. They don't try to sell you more services.

When i decided to replace my wood garage doors, I asked friends for referrals and everyone recommended Anaheim Door. I got estimates from a few other companies (one which i hear has gone out of business!) and decided to go with Anaheim Door. From the minute i called the company, they were polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about their products. I was able to schedule an installation time at my convenience and not theirs! The other companies didn't know much about their products nor did they seem to have a caring attitude towards me. Anaheim Door make the decision and installation process so easy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, reputable company who have been doing business in Orange County for many years!

From start to finish this was a fantastic experience! Victor came and went through options with me and then held my hand as I agonized over which door to get and nailing down the details (this took weeks). Then his manager Chris stepped in and expedited the custom order for me so I could have it installed before we left on vacation. The installers were fabulous as well. Super professional, answered all my questions and walked me through anything I needed to know. Definitely an A+ experience from start to finish and I LOVE my new door!

Anaheim Door came highly recommended from family and friends whom had previously utilized their service. When our garage door broke, we called Anaheim Door to replace our broken garage door with a new one. We were very pleased with the service received and with the quality of the new door. The eventual installation went fine. What I am angry about is that the initial information about the original door opener was WRONG. If they had been honest about whether the Angie's list door opening could replace my broken opener, I would have shopped further. Bait and Switch. This is a terrible business transaction! Hence, I am rating the entire experience as an "F"

No return call from Anaheim Door

I called Anaheim Door on the afternoon/evening of 4/16/15 hoping to get some advice about safely opening my garage door since I believed I had a broken cable and I needed to get my car out of the garage. After speaking with the service manager he helped me realize that I actually had a broken spring. I really didn't expect to get service that evening but they rerouted a technician on his way home. Amazing!!! I was so grateful. Dave was very polite and helpful and put a clamp on my spring so that I could operate my garage door. He would return with the spring that we needed for our door the next day. I had no problem scheduling my appointment to replace the spring and they called me to tell me he was on his way. Dave arrived promptly and had my new springs in place (I went from 1 spring to 2 - safer that way) within 45 minutes. My door is working great. The whole process was such a pleasure and honestly something that can be so frustrating was a great experience. It is wonderful to work with a company that still cares about customer service and quality of work. Thank you Anaheim Door.

They were nice and on time. They were reasonable. They fixed it and they didn’t tell me that anything else need to be done. I was happy with them.

Did not use the provider as they did not carry the type of garage door I wanted.

I wasn't home at the time, but my girlfriend said everyone was pleasant and when I got home I was very excited about the work that was done. My old garage door was awful and needed to be replaced badly. I found the big deal for a new one and am so glad I did! The man that came out to measure and check everything out originally was great. Very nice and helpful. Will definitely have them install a remote opener sooner than later!

We were referred to Anaheim Door by our friends. Everyone we dealt with from sales, measuring, ordering, installation etc. was TOP NOTCH. Marc, the installer, put in the french doors. His finish work is beautiful. He is one of the best carpenters I have ever seen. He installed french doors all along the back of our house. He was very friendly and left both the dining room and kitchen immaculate. Nathan installed our sectional garage door. Again, nice guy, friendly and tidy. I love the additional frosted glass at the top of the doors. It gives extra light in the garage. Needless to say, "WE LOVE OUR ANAHEIM DOORS!" Thank you.

Called Anaheim Door on Tuesday, our garage door would not open. They installed the door 2 years ago. Left a message on their answering machine that it was an emergency. We never received a response. Called 3 times on Wednesday looking for Martin in charge of service. He failed to return 2 calls and finally on the third when he answered 3 hours later, he gave a weak apology and said they could come out in 2 days while we can't get in our garage. I told him the severity of the problem and he offered nothing. Very poor customer service, I would never call them again.

Provider came on time. It took him 1.5 hours to complete installation. When he finished installation he explained how the product works, and was on his way. The opener works just fine 95% of the time. However at times it stalls when opening. I just hit to button to close it and again to reopen the door. It then opens with no problem. I am a little worried that this happens being that this is a brand new opener. Hopefully I wont have any problems with it in the near future. Overall, I'm happy with the services and installation.
