All went well with this appointment. The work was satisfactorily completed and the garage door is quiet and works much better. I would recommend using Rolling Garage Doors and Gates and will do so again,

The service was outstanding!. Can't say enough good things about this business. Our garage door stopped opening. I searched Angie's List for a recommended business to service the garage door. I found that Rolling Garage Doors had several good reviews so I gave them a call. Shane came out the next day and did a complete evaluation of our garage door opener, rails, springs, etc.. He strives to come up with the best, most efficient, and cost effective way to make the repair. Shane thoroughly explained the situation with the opener and components, went over several options and his recommendation based upon our needs, age of the door, and our budget. We agreed on a course of action and the door was purring like a kitten in about an hour or so. Had no idea how out of whack our garage door was until he aligned everything and got it back up to speed. Honestly, I don't think it worked this well when it was brand new. We could not be more pleased with this result.

Before contacting Shane I knew my garage door would need more than an adjustment and replacement of the rollers. The door is twenty years old was showing its age. From the initial contact with Shane through his on-time arrival at my residence Shane kept in contact with me via email and phone. Although my garage door required additional replacement parts and adjustments, Shane and his associate Paul came well equipped to handle my needs. Shane's attitude towards his work is stellar. He believes in going the extra mile to make the repairs not just adequate but superior. He is not satisfied with good enough. He takes pride in his work and will take the time to do it right. He isn't satisfied until his client is satisfied. It's only then that he puts his name on the door. Another plus to his service is that after a thorough inspection he explained the repairs that were needed, provided an ironclad estimate, and finished the job neatly and cleanly. Whenever my garage door finally gives up the ghost Shane's Rolling Garage Doors and Gates will be the first company I call for a replacement.

Very satisfied with the services performed by Rolling Garage Doors & Gates, Inc. ! Shane was quick to respond to my inquiry for service and was able to get a service appointment scheduled within a couple of days. Our garage door was extremely noisy when opening and closing. This, I know now, is primarily due to the replacement motor that I installed a couple of years back. I went with the cheapest option for a lift motor and you get what you pay for. Still, the tune up and replacement of the central spring set made a big difference with the noise and really helped to reduce the loud vibrations when the door opens and closes. When we decide to replace the lift motor with a quieter unit I will be sure to call on Shane to come get it set up for us. Thanks again for your great service :-) RP

My garage door is about 15 years old and has not been serviced since it was originally installed. I normally don't think about a garage door until and unless some catastrophic failure occurs. I have always suspected that the original installation was not as good as it should have been, but having it inspected never quite got to the top of my priority list. And then I saw the Angie's List big deal Garage Door Tune Up and Roller Replacement offer and thought it was probably a good idea. Shane came to do the service today. Shane is awesome. He is big on educating clients about how garage doors are supposed to work, and what he is doing to tune yours up. He pointed out tensions, stress points, balances, what to look for in springs, cables, rollers, pulleys, mounting hardware, door framing, etc., (he clearly paid attention in math class!). He's been doing this for a while! So bottom line on the garage door - it is time to replace the springs and properly balance the door (it is off almost 3 inches side-to-side). And, the door was not installed in the center of the opening....I actually knew that one. The opener was installed too low, and has been rubbing on my door as it is raised. Good to know. No pressure. No selling. He laid out the maintenance/repair options, pricing and priorities. He was pleasant and efficient, very helpful and knowledgeable. When I am ready to focus on the garage door, I will absolutely call Shane. And, I highly recommend him to other Angie's List subscribers.

Went extremely well. The garage doors did not operate properly and were dangerous as they would not retract if an object was in the way. The whole repair process and the rationale were explained in detail. Doors work silently and safely now. Very satisfied.

The chain on my garage door fell off. I was able to contact Shane right away. He came within 15 minutes. He explained what happened with the old system with great detail and knowledge. They installed a new opener and 2 two new springs very quickly. He adjusted the door and explained how it should operated properly. About 2 days after installation, i was having a few issues with the remote not responding. I called Shane and he came back the next morning to investigate. He explained that my door bell could be causing interference with the remote frequency. He told me I should get a cover for my door bell transformer. If this does not work he offered to re-install a DC model that should not have issues with any other electronic devices and only charge me the difference in price between the openers. I am very pleased with Shane's professionalism and attention to detail, he really knows his stuff! I would absolutely recommend him to everyone!

Shane did and excellent job. Door was so noisy and now it is smooth and so much quieter then before. Shane was very thou tofu and knowledgable. Will certainly us this company again.

Shane arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. I've just found someone that will do all of my service for now on. Very happy with his approach and honesty.

Spring broke Friday evening. We had two cars in the garage that we were unable to get out, so we' were concerned that the cars would be stuck in the garage until Monday. Rolling Garade Doors was open when I called at 9:30 pm. Shane was very good explaining what we had after a little conversation. Not only was he available to do the work the next day, he put us first on the list since we had to the two cars stuck in the garage. He also explained the short comings of a one spring garage door, which I experienced when I tried to lift the door manually. Told me his recommendations and did exactly what he said he would. He was on time, courteous, informative, gave advice for me that I could do to prevent future problems. Would highly recommend this company. They were open late on a Friday night, were out the next day-on time, made the repairs and installed an upgrade, made helpful recommendations and was very courteous.

My spring broke on my double hung door, so i made several calls to replace the door spring. After I called Rolling Garage Doors, Shane came to my house in an hour and had both of my garage door springs replaced in an hour. Shane was friendly and helpful. He had to make numerous adjustments on the original door since someone else from another company did a sloppy job installing it. I would recommend Rolling Garage Doors to anyone looking for help with their garage doors. I cannot say enough GOOD things about this company. Fair, high ethics, detail oriented, very friendly and truely appreciated my business.

We had Shane repair our garage door and replace our opener. I have known him for a number of years and I can tell you that he loves this line of work and it shows. He doesn't cut corners but does a thorough job and goes to great lengths to make sure that everything works the way it's supposed to. I wasn't sure if we were going to need a new door but Shane was able to make the repairs and save us money. I am very pleased with how smoothly my garage door opens and I love the new opener. My favorite part is the ability to open the door from the keypad. I know that's a pretty standard feature nowadays but I had never had one before. It makes things a lot easier and actually came in pretty handy just recently when my wife was locked out of the house.

They took there time to make sure everything was level and properly functioning to avoid problems down the road. I couldn't be more happier with the end product. It was installed properly the first time which was a nice change and goes to show the type of quality work that was performed. If you need any garage door or gates this is the company to contact.
