Description of Work: Can't remember when it was done...several months ago at least. They were very busy that day so kept calling to inform me of delays. I didn't have a clue what they would do. I wanted a 2nd garage door opener which I didn't get because it would require a new opener. I wanted a new rubber strip on bottom of door which I also didn't get. By then, it was late, so I gave up. The visit was reasonably priced I guess for the simple tuneup....which I'm not sure if it was even needed. I am a widow now and I don't know beans about upkeep, etc. Hope this helps.

Description of Work: Shane Dalton arrived to perform the garage door roller replacement job. As we talked,he explained nuances about the quality of the garage door system in total. I agreed to proceed on Friday, 07/31, to upgrade several related items (including a new opener motor). Shane then mentioned that the rollers were of a good quality and that I should ask for a refund of the $89.00 quoted in order #2159791. I'm confident that the work will be completed on 07/31. Description of Work: They installed a new rollup garage door. They showed up the morning after my call to measure and provide the estimate. The work was scheduled 2 days after the estimate as the old door still functioned, and was done neatly and on time. The office staff and the estimator were both knowledgeable and courteous. There was no request for payment until the job was done.

Description of Work: Shane and his trainee Paul did an excellent job getting our old garage door (1989) rolling smoothly again. We knew that many parts had to be replaced, just about everything but the door itself. He installed the safety elements we did not have before and also programmed our vehicle that the door could be opened using the buttons in the car.
