Description of Work: I called and requested a quote. We set up a time but I had to cancel because of a trip to Phoenix. Several days later they called while I was driving back to San Diego and we made arrangements to meet at my house. Daniel came by the house first week of July. Looked at what I wanted to do, simpley install sprinkler system in a roughly 20 ft bt 40 ft area. Daniel said they would contact me with a quote. Daniel was very courtous and friendly up to this point this is why I gave a "D" rating. About a week later I got a message saying my quote was ready. I called right back and got the answering machine. I left a message and asked them to email the quote to me or call me back. Niether happened.

Description of Work: I was planning to have a retaining wall added to my backyard. Daniel came by and listened to what I was thinking. He made some recommendations on various designs and a range of where the estimate may fall depending on what I decide. I need to think about the design and options he presented. He was very professional and not pushy to get me to make a decision. We left it that I would think about the options and then get back with him.

 + 4 moreHe is excellent, easy to work with, great suggestions, worked with my schedule and was well priced for what I was expecting it to be. He was always clean and neat and showed up on time. He kept me informed of what future projects would entail.
Description of Work: He fixed my garbage disposal, he put in a smooth ceiling after removing the popcorn texture, he painted over that. He fixed a leaky faucet, took down a cinder block wall, did wainscoting and he also put up an RV gate out of wood.

Description of Work: Performed handyman tasks around my home such as replaced damaged wood on the exterior and interior, sprayed for termites into undamaged portions, replaced wooden doors with metal doors and replaced screen doors.
