Todd was excellent from start to finish. The tenant that I had evicted would not give back the unit when they said they would, so we had to reschedule the cleaning at least 4 times. Todd was great throughout the ordeal, which included after all that having to clean the carpets after the new tenant had already moved in (and move her furniture around). They did a very thorough job, with the soiling that was present it took them more than twice as long as Todd bid it for. Not only did they satisfy my new tenant, but Todd honored his original price. If you're looking for a guy who actually cares about the jobs he does and honors his word (and bid), don't call any other carpet cleaning, call Todd!

First, let me start by saying this is my fourth time going with Carpet Care Specialists. I have used them twice at a previous home and twice at my current, over a 15 year period. These guys are very good, very careful, very sensitive to the customer, and very skilled. They were on time, as usual. They surveyed the work, gave me a very reasonable estimate up front - even suggesting I do some additional work that was needed, but not do some work that was not needed. They went immediately to the work, were sensitive to my pet, worked swiftly, and worked carefully. They were extremely clean and cleaned up everything very well. They moved all furniture that was necessary. They were very careful in my home as well. As usual, the work was completed well above expectations, as these guys are excellent and know what they are doing. Payment was easy and the job completed without incident. I've been using them for years, and they have consistently been professionals. They are very knowledgeable on carpet fixes and cleaning and great insight, even on techniques they do not do themselves (such as carpet cleaning that is not the HOST process). They are more concerned with the client's well-being (and carpet), rather than an extra dollar in their pocket. Lastly, a note on carpet stretching...have it checked every five years. Carpet naturally stretches out, especially if not installed properly. For a few hundred bucks, these guys will insure many more years of wear out of your carpet, staving off installation and cost of a new carpet. They are like carpet insurance and will ultimately save you money. Also, if I ever had a devastating carpet accident, such as a bleach spill, etc I am confident that these guys could make it disappear. They are like carpet surgeons and are capable of nearly any fix, no matter how technical. Your home and carpet are safe with these guys.

Todd and Brad showed up on time and were very concerned that I understand the method they were using to clean my carpets. They used the HOST method on my older carpeting, which worked out very well. The carpet was not really wet, only slightly damp. They finished up in the late afternoon, and the carpet was perfectly dry by the next morning. Since I was home during the cleaning, I really enjoyed the banter between the brothers....in fact, it cracked me up. All in all, a very good experience and I would be happy to use them again and to recommend them to my friends and neighbors

These guys did a great job on our carpets and even got out most of the stains my kids left on the carpets in their rooms. We would definitely use them again!

It was great to know that the guys doing the work are also the owners of the company. They are very knowledgeable and truly care about doing the job right. I felt very comfortable having them do everything, and I will certainly call them again when I need their services.

I was pleased with everything about this company. I called during a holiday weekend (Labor Day) and they called back first thing Tuesday morning. I needed the job done ASAP for an open house and they moved around some things and were able to do it that day because the job was small. The work was great and I especially appreciated their not trying to sell me extras. They knew I was just cleaning the carpets to sell the house so didn't try and talk me into scotch guarding or other things that I ususally get presssed to do by other carpet cleaners. They guys were very nice, got along well with my dog and there was no issue of not speaking English which I struggle with with a lot of vendors who come to look at the job and then send someone back who doesn't speak English. These guys came and did the job themselves. They also offered me a $10 discount as an Angie's List subscriber. Very happy with everything about this transaction. Highly recommend.

They cleaned my mothers and my own carpet. It is the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. The past carpet cleaners I have hired used too much soap and too much water. The carpet is absolutely beautiful. I would love for other people to try them. Both, Todd and Brad, are professional, respectful, neat, and clean. It is nice to have a company show respect in your home and they took care of every little thing. They have sold me for life.

I was dismayed to find a 2-3" diameter bleach stain on my one-year old carpet after my cleaners left on Thursday. I searched on Angie's List and sent an inquiry to Carpet Care Specialists about repairing the stain that same evening. Todd, the owner, sent me a text message within an hour or so telling me that they repaired bleach stains all the time (this was at 9:30 at night!). What a relief! Todd called me the next morning and was able to come out the same day (Friday). So less than 24 hours after I found the horrible bleach mark, he had repaired it! Hooray! He was so professional, prompt, and everything I could wish for in a service provider. He did a fabulous job repairing the one huge stain and three other small stains. He even found a small fourth stain that I hadn't noticed. What a relief to have my carpet look like new again. I highly recommend Todd. What a great company. I will definitely have him back for upholstery and rug cleaning. Wow! Todd also took the time to explain different carpet cleaning methods to me, which I really appreciated. My husband and I had the great pleasure of having Carpet Care Specialists clean and repair our carpeting. Because of a deadline with company coming we had a small timeline to have the work completed. Our first call was answered by an answering machine; that call was returned within an hour and a appointment made. We had our service done and completed on July 4th, and still were able to use the rooms the same day for 4th of July festivities. The time of our appointment was late morning; and one half hour before the time we were called to let us know that they were running on time and would be there as scheduled. We had such good service with great professionalism on the part of both of the gentlemen that we felt confident from the time the entered our home that we would get excellent work. Each area of the home that we wanted cleaned was explained as to what they felt would be able to be cleaned well; and some areas that might not be able to be cleaned to the degree that they (or we) would like. We were informed that some spots could return quickly as to the type of stain or amount. We also needed a small area of carpeting repaired at the entrance to the family room; an area that is seen upon entering the room. They assured us this could be repaired and would blend with the original carpeting and not be noticeable at all. The carpet was dry in about an hour, faster in some areas, and was perfect. No spots that they were concerned about have resurfaced at this time and it is a month later. The carpets are fresh and clean and we are very happy with the work and professionalism of Carpet Care Specialists. We will definitely have them again, confident that the work will be of the highest quality. Oh, yes; the repair is so good that we do not even remember where it was. What a great job!

I joined Angie's list 2 weeks ago. My husband & I needed several referrals, one being for carpet cleaning. We decided on Carpet Care Specialists. Wow. We are really happy with the results. These guys were on time, professional & friendly. Our carpets look wonderful and very clean in every room, including the stairs. Our carpet was nearly dry by the end of the day. The system they use does not soak the carpet as other cleaners do. I highly recommend this company. Really great job.

I met Todd 16 years ago when I had him repair my carpet. Did a fantastic job, and he guaranteed his work. I was so happy with the job that I have had him clean my carpet since then. He cleans by the square foot, not by the room. You will not be disappointed!

After a month long construction project, our carpets were in need of a deep cleaning. I saw a review of Carpet Care Specialists on Angie's List, liked what I read and decided to give them a call. Turns out that they are really specialists offering many services related to carpet and upholstery. They explained exactly what they were going to do along with advice on the dos and don'ts of carpet care. As a customer, I can call them for some helpful hints on what to look for in purchasing a new carpet! I thought that was a great srevice and intend to take them up on it. The two gentlemen that performed the service are also the owners of the company and it showed. They obviously took pride in the work and our carpets look great. I really lilked the fact that the charge is by footage as well as condition of the carpet. In addition to total rooms I had them clean just the walkway areas of others. It was like having customized carpet cleaning! Prices also include spot removal so there are no hidden costs. (I have had experience with some companies that add charges for every little thing.) We were very satisfied with the outcome and would use this company again.

Two years ago Carpet Care Specialists came highly recommended by our hardwood floor installer to restretch a portion of our carpet to meet our new hardwood floor. They did an excellent job then, and this time again we are very happy with their work. We will have them back to clean our carpets soon.
