Very well. Couldn't find anyone to install in such a small space. But they did s great job.

They did an excellent job! They worked very hard to take out all the ripples in my master bedroom carept and cleaned it like new. they did the same with our office carpet. I am impressed with their customer service. They were easy to schedule an appointment with after giving me an estimate. They arrived on time and were very careful with my furniture. They used a low water cleaning system that dried quickly and was easy on my sub floor. I like the fact that they can fix my carpet and then clean it on the same day. My carpets look great.

These guys did a fabulous job cleaning the carpet throughout our house. The three brothers arrived on time and spent most of the day working on our very dirty carpet. They were able to stretch the 26 year old carpet in the upstairs game room that I was sure we would have to replace. They warned us ahead of time that due to the age and condition of the carpet backing that it might not be salvageable, but they worked very carefully and now It almost looks like new. We couldn't be happier with the results and would definitely recommend this company.

they used the Host method. This method is a bit more pricy but worth every penny. My stairs and hallway, and landing were extremely dirty but they went to work and the turned out very nice. I suggest you google the Host method as they instructed me to do before you go with them so you are able to see just what is done. Your carpet will not be soaked with water or soap as other companies do carpets. Again I would use them again, it saved my carpet from being replaced

It went downhill from there. Sorry to say, but Todd was rude to my wife; he said this was a restoration project and they didn't do that. The pulling back of the carpet was not restoration. The opening of the seam was far from where the carpet was wet. We did not need them to restore our carpet. We needed a carpet pulled back, a seam opened, the carpet eventually stretched back into position with all seams reattached. This is the service they advertise and what they do. We have used them to provide exactly this type of service. Unfortunately, Todd was defining a project before he had even seen what was required. His attitude was unjustifiably awful and he exhibited a singular lack of customer service, especially given that we had used him and his brother twice before. Maybe he was having a very bad week.

Came out to give me a quote several days in advance. Called the day before to confirm appointment. Arrived on time. Explained why carpet had stretched and what they would do to prevent carpet from stretching in the future. Very professional and polite. I have using this company for 3 years now, and have always had a positive experience.

I contacted the company and spoke with Todd. He came by, gave me an estimate and a few dates of availability to schedule the job. My carpet needed desperate repair. It had shrunk from previous water damage remediation. Todd and crew were able to power stretch the carpet and repair it to its originally condition prior to the water damage. I could not be any happier with their service. They were prompt, provided fair pricing, and were complete pros exceeding my expectation. We have been remodeling our home for about a year now and I can't tell you how frustrating it has been dealing with so many contractors (even ones sourced thru Angie's List) that lack the skilled labor needed and professionalism. Todd and crew are passionate about their work. It is very refreshing to see this within an industry filled with mediocre providers. We will definitely hire Todd and crew again to not only clean our carpet but also do quality repairs as needed. Don't bother wasting your time searching for a carpet pro in south OC...Carpet Care Specialists are the best!

It was a very positive experience. They did an exceptional job in cleaning my carpets, which included an area rug on my wood floor and 13 very dirty carpeted steps. I noticed there were some members who thought the price was too high, I disagree, they did an exceptional job, were very neat, clean, courteous and the Host method dries in 1/4 of the time of other methods. They were OUTSTANDING.

I was a little skeptical at first that the Host system they use would really clean. But it did an amazing job. The high traffic areas looked great. And it was dry very quickly. It was a little more expensive than the average steam cleaners but they did next day service for me as I was in a jam and was trying to get my house on the market quickly. So I appreciated their working me into their schedule so quickly. Very professional and excellent results.

Very pleased with their service. Easy to work with and results were very satisfactory. We were curious about how the dry cleaning method would work, and it turned out very well. There were definite light and dark areas where we had plastic desk chair mats in our home office and these are no longer visible...better than we expected. They also repaired a hole in the carpet where our cats had scratched trying to get into our bedroom at night, and tightened up some looser carpet. We will use their service again.

I called carpet care specialists Todd and Brad to see if they would come out to do a small job which was a doorway where carpet merged with ceramic tile. Many times difficult to find anybody who come out for such a small job, but Todd and Brad indicated there was no problem they would come out and do the repair. They came out on time and did a excellent job of merging the carpet to the ceramic tile. It was very impressed with their professionalism, they were quick and clean and finish the job in short order. They've told me that they also clean carpets. Consequently I plan on using them in the future were both any carpet repairs or cleaning.

The work they did was good, but the total cost was close to double the cost of the estimate they gave me. It may have been because of the process they used (host dry carpet cleaning), but I wish they would provide an estimate closer to the final cost.

I couldn't have been more pleased. Todd came out to provide an estimate. He was upfront about the condition of my carpet and was willing to tell me if it was not cost effective to clean the carpet but rather the carpet should be replaced. Fortunate for me, the carpet could be stretched and cleaned and it was well worth it. I have received at least another 2-3 years out of my carpet. I also like that Todd and his team is willing to come out to help maintain the carpet in about 6 months, which will not require everything to be picked up and moved. Overall, Todd and his team were great to work worth. They are friendly and professional.

Starting with the phone call I made to the Carpet Care Specialists, they were very friendly and very informed about the carpet repair I needed. I was very pleased with the amount of experience and information he gave me and what they would be able to do to repair it. I felt like I hit the jackpot in finding a qualified professional to fix my carpet. They (Todd and Brad) arrived on time, they gave me options and a quote and they had my carpet repaired quickly and it turned out just as they said. And they were friendly, neat and clean. I was very satisfied- two thumbs up. I will use them again.

Our carpet was in bad shape after an bathroom remodel, it was filthy and we needed carpet tucked and transitioned to tile floor that was about 1/2" higher than original floor. I was impressed with the job they did with the tile to carpet transition as well as the cleaning. The carpet actually looks better than it has in years. They also clipped and glued loose carpet threads which really improved the appearance. Very professional and knowledgable about carpet. Highly recommend.

So glad that I was able to find Todd & Brad here. They came over and gave me a bid and came back to do the work. Note: THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT I COULD FIND TO DO REPAIR AND RESTRETCHING!! I had an area where some carpet had been removed to make a small entry strip for a bar area and the edges needed securing with "Z-Bar" and the room re-stretched to be right. Then it also needed cleaning. My 25+ year old carpet came out just wonderfully! They did a thorough job--treated small areas for stains etc worked quickly and efficiently. The job was done in a couple of hours and because of how they clean it was almost dry when they left! Well Done!! Nice, friendly gentlemen....I will call them again--especially because they can repair things too..... Thanks guys!!

Todd and Brad were very nice, informative, and gave a thorough walk through before they started so we knew exactly what to expect. They were finished in about 2 hours and very professional throughout the entire process. The type of cleaning they use doesn't require days to dry so a definite plus. We definitely will keep them in mind and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for carpet cleaning. Definitely recommended!

Everything went great. They are very organized and on time. The carpet turned out beautiful and I am now on a regular cleaning schedule. Very happy.
