They were right on time and had a full crew (3 people). They took measurements and provided an estimate first which we approved. They were very professional, thorough and efficient. They were also thoughtful and courteous, answering any questions we had completely. The carpet was close to dry when they finished but completely dry to the touch by the same evening. While we were completely satisfied with the job they did, the cost was higher than a competitor 18 months previously. They indicated they use the best process in the industry which is more expensive.

Would hire them back in a second. Considering how much effort they put into this job I can only imagine what a thorough job they do when it comes to cleaning carpets. Great guys. You won't be disappointed.....

Todd and Brad were very punctual, arriving at my home as schedule. Both went though the home and measured the carpet area to be cleaned and went over the features and benefits of using the Host Dry carpet cleaning system. Upon agreement of the price, they proceeded to clean my formal living room, stairway, three bedrooms and a small hallway, by vacuuming, pretreating and cleaning the carpets using the Host products along with some state of the art equipment. The cleaning process took approximately two hours. The carpets turned out marvelous. I was extremely pleased with out outcome. I also like the fact that I am using the Host system that is Eco friendly. While I paid a little more than other companies, I am sold on the outstanding service and professionalism that was provided to me. I was also provided some tips on maintaining the carpet until the next required cleaning. I absolutely recommend using Carpet Care Specialists and will definately use them for all my future carpet cleaning services.

Todd and Brad arrived on time, measured the area to be cleaned and gave me a quote that was very close to what was estimated over the telephone. Todd took time to explain what they would do and what kind of results to expect. They spent 3 hours working which was an hour longer then Todd mentioned on the telephone and the carpet looks great . After the job was completed Todd gave me input into how to keep the carpet clean and what to look for when replacing carpet. Todd and Brad are honest and do great work. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again .

In the last few years, our carpets have been bunching up and stretching out. Todd and Brad came to hour home and assessed our carpets, frankly explaining where they could fix the problem and where they could not. Then they went to work and repaired the carpet in two bedrooms. They were very professional and would would hire them again.

Provider was a bit late but did call and keep me informed of their schedule. Once on site, work was professional, complete, and team was extremely friendly and personable. Work was completed quickly and my area rug looks great! I will definitely be using them again for carpet/upholstery cleaning needs.

Todd and his crew showed up on time, explained the process and within two hours they had cleaned and completed all the rooms. they have done a great job. i highly recommend them.

Moved all furniture, cleaned carpets, and moved furniture back in place. Good carpet cleaning system as it dries quickly and doesn't leave a musty, wet scent at all as many carpet cleaners equipment does. Also did a terrific job at getting stains out in high traffic areas, etc. Would use them again!

I would highly recommend them to anyone. They set themselves apart from other places I have used in the past. They use a unique method HOST and it works wonders everytime they come. They are very careful in working around my home.

We couldn't be happier. The carpet looks like new though it is 14 years old. They were professional, personable and did a great job.

I have a white couch and a red dog...for some reason whenever we leave he sleeps on that white couch! It was very dirty with the oil etc...from his coat. Todd and his partner explained that the sofa would never be perfect but that they could do a very good job and get it as clean as possible. They also cleaned a white chair that was not as soiled. True to their word the sofa came out very well (not perfect but I don't think a white sofa needs to be perfect) It looks very nice as does the chair. They were punctual and cleaned up after themselves. The sofa dried in a few hours. I am very happy with their service and would use them again.

The process was very smooth. I called and explained what I needed and was told that that type of service is what they do. The possible problems and pricing were outlined and we scheduled an appointment.

I had carpet care specialist come to myt home ( have used them for over 10 years) they are two very professional men that does a fantastic job on our carpet. i would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

EXCELLENT service! Very good communications - on time, carpets turned out sparkling even though they looked like they should be replaced. . .loved the product as well, dried in two hours which has kept the spots from coming back. This company is the carpet cleaner we will use for our new house going forward. A++++++

They were extremely professional. They were on time. They were thorough and high quality. All around a very good experience. I would refer them in a heartbeat as well. They gave me good advice on cleaning my carpet as well. I thought I was going to have to replace it. They said absolutely not. It is high quality carpet. Just stretch it and get it cleaned every couple of years. I paid less than 300 dollars and had it stretched and it looks practically brand new.

I had them do my carpet a year ago, and it was beautiful. So, this year I hired them to do my upholstery. I had older furniture and I was worried that it wouldn't turn out very well, just because of the age of the furniture. They cleaned all my upholstery and it turned out beautiful...just like new. They did a great job and were clean and neat about it and very professional. They also cleaned my mother's carpet, and again...it was beautiful!

They arrived on time, gave me a quote, we discussed the ends and outs of carpet, they did the work in a quick and thorough manner, they were respectful of my home, polite and knowledgable. I definitely will be using them again, and have referred them to a friend.

As usual, the carpet cleaning was scheduled promptly, Todd and Brad arrived right on time, and did the work extremely well and very professionally. I have been using Carpet Care Specialists for about 20 years and have always had an excellent experience. Todd fits my cleaning into his schedule when I need it done on short notice and I trust him and Brad completely. I have often not been home when them come to clean my carpets and I have no reservations about leaving a key for them to come and do the work while I'm gone; I know they will do a great job. I found Carpet Care Specialists in the Yellow Pages. I was having a difficult time finding a "Good Carpet Cleaner." At this time, I am not a member of Angie's List. We used to be members when we had our home in the desert. Anyway, the job was not a large one; just 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, water closet and walk-in closet, most carpet cleaners do not want such a small job. When I called Carpet Care, they were very professional and assured me they would show up and do an excellent job. They asked me to check out their references on Angie's List. So the day came. Wouldn't you know it? The power was off. Our "move" had taken two days instead of one, so I had requested the power be turned off too early, and of course, I had forgotten I had done that. I was frantic. I called Carpet Care to alert them; they said, "No problem; call when it was on, and they would try to accommodate me." So I did manage to get the power on in approximately one hour and a half. When I called Carpet Care, they had done another job, but they could still work me in. Hooray!!! They came and got to work, while the movers were finishing up. Again, I have never seen a better job. They use Host cleaning supplies. The carpets look absolutely great. I am very happy.

The company did a wonderful job at a reasonable price.
