Called back the same day, made appointment for the next morning, showed up on time. Eddie checked out the problem, quickly realized what needed doing and made the repair. I will definitely give them a call for any & all plumbing issues. I have already recommended them.

I knew I needed to have the plumbing work done, but I wasn't sure if I wanted the plumber to install the vanity and/or the toilet. So, I asked Andy to write the estimate so I could pick and choose. I did get other estimates, but decided to go with Andy since he had experience installing the new P-trap (it's not U-shaped). I also felt he was more detail oriented when he was evaluating the job. Once the date was set, Andy sent his plumber Eddie. Eddie had to cut into the drywall to increase the height location of the drain pipe to align to the new P-trap. The hot and cold water valves were also moved up to minimize their appearance under the new vanity. To save some money, I did the drywall repair and painted. He came back to install the new vanity, vessel sink, and faucet. I'm very happy with the outcome. I would like to think of them as my new plumbers.

Andy provided a complete description of the materials he would use and the work he would perform. He was prompt, professional, and provided quality work. I would use him again for a major plumbing project.

They did an excellent job. He is very professional, on time and very detailed oriented. He finds any issue and fixes it. I like the work he provided to us.

Mr. Castillo arrived as expected and did an excellent job replacing an old leaky connection from the main line to the house and to an outdoor faucet. I would recommend to him to neighbors and co-workers.

The first and bigger job went very well. On 6-12 the old drain pipes were replaced and finished ahead of schedule. Was very satisfied with that. On 6-16 happened to get a call about that job and as it turned out I was doing some laundry. I said I'd appreciate it if someone could come over and fix a leaky faucet next time someone is in the area. Well, they happened to be in the area and someone came over within 15 minutes and fixed the leaky faucet with a simple replacement washer. That took about 10 minutes. I was then very, very surprised when the bill of $80.00 was given to me. Really!!! A simple job was charged so much! A retired person such as myselt did not expect a bill for such a quick and simple job. It's was partly my fault for not asking how much to replace washer would be, but come on $80.00! I'm afraid I will not recommend them again unless there would be a substantial refund. I hope they would do the right thing.

Our water heater stopped working. I had diagnosed the problem myself and the manufacturer sent replacement parts under warranty, but installing them looked tricky. After installing the part for me, it still didn't work so I called for another part. Andy went out of his way to come back on a Saturday and make sure that the new parts worked. I talked to Andy for a while after he was done and it's clear he takes pride in his work. We'll definitely call Andy again if we need any plumbing work done.

Andy and his guys were total professionals and really gave me good, long term solution to my problem. I'm very satisfied how everything went. The bill was double what I wanted to pay for the work I wanted but I never realized how much work was needed to really get it the way I wanted so its all good. They did ALOT of work.

I always like to use him. He is always the person that I go to for plumbing. The job went good. He had put in one and we didn’t care for it. So we got a different one. He didn’t charge us for redoing it. It was very nice of him.

After watching too many DIY shows, my hubby thought he could fix the leaking kitchen sink. Unfortunately, after messing around w/ it, the tiny leak was more of an constant running of hot water. Called Andy Castillo's Plumbing and they sent a guy out on the same day. He fixed the leak in seriously like 10 minutes or less! It was super fast. Then he fixed the broken shower head in record time too! He also replaced the hot water valve and now everything is working just like it should. I am over the moon and def. have peace of mind now. Phew!! Thanks sooo much! Will def. be calling again in the future if something else in this old house should break.

He had to come back because the area that he was working in has a problem but it turns out that the problem wasn't his work it was the previous plumber. He came back at my request to look at an area where he was working and he didn't even charge me. I will always call him first because he stand behind his work. He did a good job. He was polite and courteous.

I phoned Andy and a couple of other plumbers early on Saturday morning regarding an urgent issue with the bathroom faucet. Andy got back to me promptly, arrived when he said he would, and made the repairs quickly. This is the second time I've used Andy and have good experiences both times.

Excellent work was performed . Very clean install w/ quality parts. He ran into a snafu with the water valve, but a quick trip for additional parts & the work was completed with only the additional parts charge (no additional time charge).

The service was great. I initially called to set an appointment and my call was returned promptly and a meeting time was set. Andy was prompt in arriving at the scheduled appointment time. He performed an inspection and found the plumbing issue found in our home inspection, and others actually not found. He quoted the price of $1,400 and set a return date to complete the work. Again, on the date of service Andy was prompt. He performed the work as stated in the quote. I also like the fact that he had with him all the necessary items for the repair. I can't say how many times I've had contractors visit in the past and they end up not having the necessary items to perform the repair. This results in postponing the repair and taking additional time off of work. When the work was completed he was able to accept credit cards, which I find as a plus. Also the amount quoted was the amount owed. There wasn't any surprises like I had to do additional repairs so the amount owed is more than quoted.

The plumber showed up right on time and quickly assessed the problem and got right to work. He worked very efficiently and neatly and cleaned up everything when he was done. Our drain is working fine now and I am very happy with the service. Although, this wasn't the cheapest price for drain clearing I saw on Angie's list, I still think it was a great value because they were able to come out the same day I called at exactly the time I was available and they did an excellent job. Some of the other providers I called want me to wait until next week for service but that is not worth the inconvenience just to save a couple of bucks. I am very pleased with the service from Castillo plumbing.

All went good and without any issues. I first made contact with Andy Castillo to talk about my options in getting rid of an old water heater. He gave me a few options and info on getting the installation up to code as it was not. I decided on a tankless option and he then researched the best tankless option for me taking cost into consideration. We scheduled a date for the install and he and his crew showed up on time and got me up and running in a reasonable amount of time. The quality of the install is very high and everything was neat and tidy when they left.

They were very honest, and I like that it's a family business!

Andy from Castillo Plumbing returned my call promptly & arrived within designated timeframe. He gave us a no nonsense fix for our broken faucet & was honest about timeframe to make repairs. Very satisfied with service provided!

He did an excellent job. There were no surprises. They were very professional. He came on time. I was getting my own person to put the drywall back in the bathroom, and Castillo plumbing taped up the area really well so it was protected. He is now my go to plumber.

Neither job was easy. The refrigerator was not an easy job since we were limited on how the refrigerator could to be brought into the house. He and his guys did a great job! In the past we have had Andy replace a toilet and water heater, install a water softener and replace our gas line which had a leak. I have referred him to friends and he is the only plumber I will use. I once used the "smell good plumber" that is advertised on the radio and they tried to sell me services I didn't need. Andy listens to what you need and goes the extra mile to make it happen. He really knows his stuff and is always respectful and pleasant. I was lucky I found him on Angie's List.

I've used Andy many times and he's always responsive and gets the job done on or before the time allotted. He is also helpful in pointing out any way that future issues might be mitigated. He is my go to guy when anything goes wrong with plumbing. On time, reasonable prices and a great attitude. He is a pleasure to work with . He gets my top recommendation.
