Andy was on time and quickly went to work. He cleaned out the main line to the street and under the house. He was very professional and took the time to explain what he was going to do and later what he found during his work. Outstanding experience..

Came home to find the clean out at the end of the yard had popped off and sprayed sewage everywhere- lovely! Looked for a local plumber and found Andy. He answered on the first call, and was able to come out within an hour. Quoted price was reasonable, and he found the problem quickly. He also offered to snake out via a second clean out to be sure. Very happy with the service. Will use again!

He did a really good job on that. He's very reasonable. Because he's so good, he's busy and it's sometimes difficult to get him. He's good about calling. He always calls back very quickly. He comes when he says he's going to.

He only had to tighten it. He said when it was installed, they did not tighten it enough and it worked it's way loose. We've used Andy Castillo before for unclogging a bathtub drain and it was done quickly and efficiently and the price was right. Andy is a really nice guy and I highly recommend him.

I contacted Castillo Plumbing after reading positive reviews on Angie's list. I first called them on May 5th 2013 and left my phone number along with a short description of my problem on their voice-mail. I waited a week and did not hear back. So I called again on May 15th and left the same message. It is now 3 weeks after this last call and still have not received any call back from them. I am disappointed. I would have at least expected a phone call from them to decline if they were too busy to perform the job. But not returning the calls is not professional.

Everything went well and everything works just fine.

Andy called me back first thing the next morning and apologized for not calling me back that same day, even though it was a holiday, which I totally understood. He arrived within the hour as promised and he and his son took of the rusted pipe and replaced my cold water pipe with copper. It looks great and I am so happy to have my water turned back on! They both tried to get my water pressure to improve but we have an old house which means old galvanized pipes. Would not hesitate to call them back. Really nice guys.

Mr. Castillo never followed up with the quote. After he took apart the cold water handle in my bathroom it no longer controlled the waterflow. I went from a slow drip to a constant stream of water and was forced to turn off the water source to the faucet. I called him again and asked him to at least call me back and let me know that he wasn't interested in bidding on the job. I never heard back. This is inexcusable.

I was very pleased with the service and would use Castillo Plumbing again, if needed.

Andy is awesome. We were incredibly happy with the work he did a year ago in repairing a pretty big leak we had underneath our house. When we started remodeling and needed professional assessment from a plumber regarding our new piping, installing a tankless water heater and filtration system, we immediately thought of Andy as our trusted plumber. He called back the same day I left a message, spent a long time explaining to me my options, and stopped by a day later to provide me with an estimate and helpful advice. We look forwards to having a long relationship with him and his son and would happily recommend him to anyone.

Before I could have my new refrigerator installed, I needed a shut off valve installed on the water line. I called Alex and he came the same day, installed the shut off valve and was done in quick order. I never used Alex Castillo before, but will definitely use him again in the future. He's is very professional.

Discovered a leak coming from above front entrance door on March 31, 2013. The leak was important to find and fix ASAP because of the damage of rotting wood. On the morning of April 3, 2013 I called 5 plumbers from the list and Castle Plumbers called first within 2 hours. He couldn't come but mentioned that his brother, (Castillo Plumbing) who I had also called was in the area and could possible come the same day and check it out. He was available to come to see if the repairs could be done that same day. I was very grateful because the other plumbers never returned the call. Also because I had heard positive comments about these plumbers from a co-worker. On April 3 Castillo first recommended replacing the wax seals on the toilet in the master bedroom were the leak was coming from, to see if that would work. It did not and he returned on April 5 to open the ceiling and repair the pin hole leak. My 2 bedroom bath had not been in use for a couple of months because the toilet tank leaked. The toilet tank was rebuild. The work took approximately 5 hours to complete and was to my satisfaction.

Andy has the kindest demeanor. He got me the part for my water heater. Home Depot would've just replaced the whole thing, even though it still has several years to go. Andy saved me hundreds of dollars. He arrived on time and finished the work as promised. He was patient and explained what had to be done. It was such a great relief to get hot water back. Whenever we have need for a plumber, I'm so glad to know a great one to call back.

Nothing was draining in the whole house. He spent more than 5 hours on 2 different days. He had to work in 3 different bathrooms. He worked hard and made sure everything was working. (The only thing I would change is that he probably needs to check up on his helper. The bathtub, sink and toilet were pretty dirty in one bathroom. And there was plumbing trash and a cigarette butt in my driveway.) He is very good at his job and gave me a written warranty on the drain cleaning and repairs.

Andy showed up on time. Listened to my description of the leak problem and told me what he had to do to find the problem. That involved cutting through the drywall. Once the drywall was opened up, he pinpointed the problem right away and went to reinstall the upstairs toilet correctly to eliminate the leak. Before cutting through the drywall, he laid out a tarp to keep the garage clean. Once the toilet was reinstalled, the leak stopped and he gave me a name of someone who does drywall work. My wife & I are breathing again thanks to Andy.

Andy Castillo came out that same day. Within minutes he found the problem which was two washers in the facuet handle where there should have only been one. While he was at the house for about 15 minutes he didn't charge me for fixing the problem even though I should have been crarged a minimum service call. We did look at some other work I need to have done in the near future He gave me a reasonable estimate and I will be calling him soon. Andy was very professional and he could not have nicer. He exuded honesty. Not a wonder why he has all ?A? ratings?

This is the second time I used Andy's services. He is very friendly, and very clean and organized. He takes care to protect your home and leave it looking like it did when he arrived. His prices are very reasonable and he was available for the service call quickly. Like last time, he completed the agreed work, and then gladly helped me do a couple other small items for an extremely reasonable extra fee. I had a new microwave whose power cord had to be run behind the stove to reach the outlet. This required pulling out the securely mounted oven, drilling holes, etc. This was not something I had the time or patience to do myself and would have required calling another contractor. Andy quickly knocked it out and I was thrilled. The day he came, I forgot to ask him also to cut about 8" off the bottom of stainless steel piping at the bottom of 10 tiki torches I recently purchased. I figured plumbers cut pipes all day. I needed that done for them to work properly in the desired location for a party the next night. Andy gladly returned the next day early in the morning to get it done and basically only charged me for the gas. Andy really is great. He's a nice, honest, hard-working guy with reasonable prices and I highly recommend him.

Andy Castillo arrived at exactly the time he said he would, found the source of the leak and gave us a more than fair estimate. He repaired it quickly. He worked cleanly and was very professional and friendly. Before he left, he took the time to answer several questions we had about other issues we had been having in our home. We will definitely have him back to address those other issues. We give him an A+

Showed up first day on time to give quote. Rain delayed work because he couldn't haul dry wall.Took one week to complete the job after it rained.

It went very well and we were very happy not to have to replace any tile. The repair of the wallboard in the closet was quick, easy and cheap compared to trying to retile. Shower works fine now, no more annoying drip, drip, drip.
