They left my house exactly as they had found it and even did a few little repairs that weren’t part of the rooms I had originally intended to be painted. As a single woman, I felt very safe with them. I had 5 rooms that needed to be painted back to white due to leaving my rental, and didn’t have the exact shade. They color matched and went to the store for me to get the right color. They worked fast and were quiet and kept things very tidy. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone!"

I selected Brett due to the thoroughness of his assessment of my house and the work required considering the last time the home was painted was 1990. It is paramount to me who comes on my property to perform work and as Brett is the proprietor with a California contractor license that greatly appealed to me. Brett made solid recommendations on how I should handle the wood rot. Brett was spot on with his assessment on the time and materials required, he and his employee were on time and only missed days because of rain. "We requested estimates from four painting contractors before selecting Aurora Painting & Decorating to paint our exterior and a few interior rooms. Aurora’s pricing was a little higher than the average pricing from all of the estimates, but we really felt that the value was above and beyond the other contractors. The crew really seemed engaged with our project and this is a very noticeable quality when you have worked with other contractors that seem uninterested in the client or the client’s project. Aurora was also able to set up a meeting with a color consultant for the project and, fortunately, they are also connected to an excellent carpenter – our house had some serious wood dry rot issues that needed to be addressed during the work. The carpenter (Antonio) was equally amazing and was able to handle all of the dry rot issues before the painting was completed. Dean was very helpful with explaining each phase of the work, answering all of our many questions, and connecting with the crew (and us) if there were additional questions or concerns.
