Big Blue Plumbing

Description of Work: Big Blue was a lifesaver for a plumbing emergency that occurred on Columbus Day. That morning I got a flood of water from under my kitchen threatening to fill up the house and had to shut off my water completely.I inadvertently paid for another plumber from Angie's List only to learn that they were not available because of the holiday. A search for someone open that day produced Big Blue which was absolutely the right choice! The friendly receptionist promised a visit from Danny following morning and then was able to book her for the very same holiday afternoon. Danny arrived on time and quickly located the problem and rerouted in water from a old broken filter. Dealing with her and the receptionist,was such a positive experience that I will continue to stick with Big Blue for future plumbing needs. (*I am a little unsure about the ultimate cost of the service given my earlier payment for the plumber who couldn't make it)

Description of Work: Capped a small leaking copper pipe. Total 15 minute job. | |The price was outrageous for the service rendered, but when I complained the owner adjusted the price to a more reasonable level. He was very nice and ultimately accommodating.
