Shipley & Sons Construction is a family owned and operated business. We like to meet new customers and listen to the dreams they have for their home or business. We always provide free estimates on work to be performed at a later date. We are happy to help in emergency situations and have a $150 trip fee for any repairs needed same day. Chris Shipley is a seasoned contractor of more than 20 years. He has an extensive background in all areas of contracting services, If he can't personally do the work he has a team of professional subcontractors that can. Chris has worked in the valley for over 15 years, all while building relationships with people that he trusts and can rely upon. With our services you will see the difference that experience can make.

Description of Work: I purchased a duplicate deal on accident and need a refund on it. The company came out today and he said I do not need the second deal for another 5-7 years, otherwise I would have kept it until next year. They did an excellent job on the cleaning in my one story home with one A/C unit.

Description of Work: The man that cleaned the carpets was very polite. He said he would get spots out of carpet and charged an additional fee to get pet odors out. |The next day I checked for pet odors and spots and found that they were still there. I called him and he said he would let the office know. I never heard another thing from this company. I will have someone else come in and reclean carpets.

Thank you for providing your experience and feedback on the services you received. Unfortunately, our office was not notified by the Technician that the member requested to be re-serviced. We work very diligently on providing the best service and quality possible which is why we offered the 30 day warranty. Had we been properly notified, the member would have been re-serviced promptly as with any other customer we've serviced in the past. I contacted the members immediately after receiving the review and informed them that the office was not made aware of their initial request and that we would be more than happy to complete a re-service.

Description of Work: I used them to clean my rugs after I moved out of the house that I was renting. They left the tiled portions of my house wet and dirty from what was removed from the rugs. They did not clean it up so I had to clean the tiled floors again. Then we he cleaned out his machine on the side of my house by the water spout he left all the dirt in a pile that I had to clean up after him. I spoke with Melissa Shipley and sent her pictures of the mess. Het reply was 'the floors looked great'! I could not believe it. I would never use this company again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. It is our goal to provide the best service possible under all circumstances. Unfortunately, there are times when expectations are not met due to situations that are out of our control; such as this one. The member owned 12 cats which had heavily soiled the carpets and had a massive amount of cat hair throughout the home. The Technician informed the customer that due to the large amount of animal hair there would be residual hair throughout the home that would need to be vacuumed once the carpets have fully dried which the member understood at that time. The member contacted the office the following day complaining about the amount of hair that was remaining and was asked if they could send photos to the office that could be examined. Upon studying the photos the office determined that the remaining hair was within a normal range for having numerous cats in the home. The office confirmed with the member that the Technician's professional recommendation for the member to vacuum the floors in order to remove the remaining hair would be necessary to achieve the desired results was precise and accurate. Unfortunately, Technicians do not wait for carpets to dry as this could take several hours, however this is why our Technicians take the time to inform members of any maintenance that may be required, such as vacuuming wet pet hair left behind once it has dried. The office noted that observing the floors beyond the remnant hair, the floors looked fantastic and in great shape! The Technician was able to remove large amounts of pet urine throughout the home which the member was ecstatic about since they were attempting to retrieve their deposit on the rental home they were vacating. After the Technician completed the service, the member signed off on the work order contract that all work was done to their satisfaction. The Technician also notified the office immediately that he had to take the van to the car wash to drain/empty and hose down the equipment due to the excessive pet hair. I would assume that any pet hair in the front of the home was a result of the hair falling off the equipment and not a deliberate or careless act. We take pride in our work and believe that the carpets were cleaned to the best of the Technicians ability.

Description of Work: Three rooms, stairs, 4 sofas & a recliner chair were cleaned. He did an outstanding job on everything, especially our family room sofas and chair, which look new. Have already recommended this service to two friends. I would happily use again.
