Shipley and Sons is also Az Xtreme clean. I talked to the person who came out and cleaned the carpets. He was extremely convincing that he could clean my air vents so that they had no dust in them. I couldn't tell any difference afterwards although he insisted that they were as clean as they were going to get. I had him put in trim between my hardwood floors and carpet. This was tricky because my cat had pulled up the carpet there. He told me that he needed to cut a piece of carpet out from one of my closets to glue into the worse areas. He cut out a very large piece, much bigger than was necessary and it is unsightly in that corner of my closet now. That wouldn't have been a problem if the carpet was place professionally and with care but it was sloppily done with pieces of excess carpet sticking up everywhere.The trim looks nice though. Also he stripped all of the travertine tile and saltillo tile in my kitchen and the saltillo still looks very dull even with repeated attempts to add shine to it. He also promised to come back to assist me in adding some polish to the travertine but never returned my calls after repeated attempts to get ahold of him. I finally gave up and did it myself with what he suggested to use and it looks better. The price for the work is decent but this company promises better results than what is delivered at least in m case

They came on time and got right to it. They asked if we would like a pre-treatment and we said not at this time and they respected that and proceeded to clean our home. Great job...we couldn't be happier.

I was very impressed with the communication between me and Shipley & Sons in working our the best timing for my carpet cleaning to be done. I had to reschedule the first appointment I made because I was out of state visiting a family member that was ill. It was a very pleasant experience working with Shipley & Sons as they were very understanding about my issue of need to reschedule. The work was done my Az Carpet Cleaning a company that works with Shipley and Sons. and it was done very well . It took two days to the carpet to completely dry which I thought was a long time but I have no complaints. The tech that did the carpets was very nice and professional. I would use them again for sure. And I recommend them to others in need of good carpent cleaning services. !!!

I was concerned at a construction company offering carpet cleaning. I should have passed on this offer. However, I scheduled, he arrived on time. I pointed out the areas to be cleaned. The guy started telling me it would be extra to spot areas of high traffic and increase the costs approximately 50%, but I could go with a $15 additional option but he wouldn't guarantee the outcome. I argued that carpet was no more soiled than 8 months ago when it was cleaned by a different company, and no additional charges were added, nor mentioned. I agreed to the extra $15 fee and he cleaned the carpet, calling his boss who then called me and reluctantly waved the additional fee. I did notice after the first room was cleaned he only went over the other agreed on ares with steam, and did not shampoo them. He was out of here in under 45 minutes! Five weeks later the carpet looks as if it hadn't been touched. I will be contacting my previous cleaner to do cleaning. This seemed like the airlines with multiple add on!! Update......I see they are now now using AzXtreme Clean to advertise on Angie's List, rather then Shipley and Sons Construction. The "Clean" name was on the receipt I received.

Very professional and great work! Called to confirm appointment the night before and then called the next day when he was on his way. They did a beautiful job and wanted to make sure I was happy with their work prior to leaving.

Tim Spaulding did an excellent job. He was able to remove dog stains and food stains that we could not remove ourselves. He worked really hard to make our carpets look brand new and he succeeded! I've used many carpet cleaners in the past and it never fails that a week or two after the cleaning, the stains reappear. But not this time. It's been a month since our service and our carpets still look brand new! I will definitely use Tim from AZ Xtreme Clean the next time I need to clean my carpets.

I don't remember the date of the service but the gentleman was VERY professional, caring, I did upgrade for the deodorizing - we have 3 cats and 3 dogs, (and 3 kids). There was a warranty/guarantee with the upgrade, which we did not have to use. Most other times by the time the carpet is dry you smell pet again, but it lasted the full 30 days and he was quick, he did his own clean-up, didn't leave anything for me to do. Very courteous I was very impressed, and I am hard to impress.

We were contacted by Shipley right after we purchased the offer. They were courteous and very professional. We set up a time and a date for the services. The day before we were contacted by the vender. They arrived on time, and discussed the needs of our carpeting. The cleaner, Tim, was courteous throughout the process. Since we did not have a lot of carpets to clean, he was finished in about 75 minutes. He told us what to expect with the drying process. His words rang true and we were able to proceed with life as normal. Based on the entire process I would recommend Shipley to my friends and family.

Phil cleaned 3 room and the stairs. The rooms looked like a baseball field with all of the patterns. They looked great and he was very quick and thorough. Oh, they smell so fresh!

The project went very well. Chris is very forthcoming, honest, and has excellent skills. Jim was also primarily on scene and did a fantastic job. Once started, the construction pretty much went as planned. Obviously with construction, a few hiccups along the way, but Chris really did a nice job keeping us informed. The workmanship is excellent. They do a great job, just like it was in their own home. Clean-up was good as well as flexibility with our schedule. It took a while for the work to get started, but well worth the wait. I would highly recommend Shipley and Sons for your future construction needs.

I bought a big deal and it was okay. They came out a couple of three weeks after I bought the deal. They did a very good job of cleaning. I missed an appointment and we did not get back in time. So they called and we rescheduled. Then they came out and they wanted to upsell me with something else. They said the standard cleaning was the $59 or whatever it was. They said if I wanted the upgraded cleaning then it was another $40, or so. I told them no. Then they said they wanted to charge a $40 cancellation charge. So it got kind of weird, you know? The thing is they cleaned the carpet very well. It is just that I did not like all the BS that they were pulling on me. I liked the quality of the cleaning, but I did not like all of the other stuff.

The service provided called and provided his estimated arrival time and arrived on the dot! Clearly explained what was included in the service I purchased, and gave me information on other services I could add - but no hard sell. I appreciated the clarity of the explanation. Performed the cleaning quickly and efficiently; had me review the results and touched up an area or two I pointed out. Very satisfied with the result and the professionalism of the service. I'll call them again for carpet cleaning next year.

The only thing that was the problem with that was you don't know ahead of time that what they want to do is spray something first that costs more money. And they say, well it really isn't going to be effective unless I do this first, so it was more money than I expected. It seemed like whatever the initial price was, it like doubled. The price was fair even though they doubled it. It was a great Deal before they doubled it but it wasn't a rotten Deal where I wouldn't have paid it. It was not a bad price.

I bought the 4 rooms for $69.00 promotion, then added additional rooms and sanitizing. They were able to schedule the work right away. They managed my expectations very well. The technician was polite, professional and helpful. He provided advice about what is ok to use when cleaning carpets on your own in between professional cleanings. There were some stains that did not come out all the way, but given their original state, that was not a surprise. The difference for the carpet in general was striking as it is light in color. Overall, it looks MUCH better. I am very happy with the service provided by Shipley and Sons.
