For my project I chose to complete demolition myself and purchase most of the new materials prior to selecting a contractor to install.  I had a specific plan in mind to replace a combo tub/shower with a whirlpool tub and move the shower next to the tub.  I knew that it would be tight to fit this in my room but I thought that it would be doable.  I met with a few contractors before Shipley & Sons and received some bids to do exactly what I had in mind.  When I met with Chris (Shipley & Sons), he took the time to make detailed measurements and showed me exactly where the tub deck and shower would end up.  He was able to illustrate the end product that I was asking for, and I realized that I was not going to be happy with the size of the shower.  I appreciated the honest feedback and attention to detail.  Everyone who bid on my bathroom had the same opportunity to view the room which was already demo'ed down to the studs and slab floor as well as the actual tub I wanted to have installed which was sitting in my kitchen, but I do not feel that anyone did a better job than Chris of thinking about the end product up front before bidding.  He made some suggestions based on comparable projects that he had done, and I ended up changing my plan to not install the tub and instead to do a huge shower and extra bathroom storage (and no tub).  I hadn't even considered this as an option but I trusted Chris and I am very glad that I did.  I received a detailed estimate shortly after our meeting on same the day that I was told I would have it, and received answers to each of my questions about it.  Because of the detail, I had confidence that all of the work was covered and I would not get stuck with a bunch of change orders. 
Chris did an excellent job at communicating with me throughout the course of the project.  I always knew when there would be workers in my house and they did a great job of keeping everything neat and clean.  On the first day, Chris introduced me to his workers before I left for work.  For the most part from there on, other than the progress made in the bathroom, I didn't see any evidence that they were there.  There was one Saturday that they worked while I was at home, but I was asked about it in advance and I did not have any issues with it.  There were no major issues that came up during construction and any decisions that I needed to make were brought to my attention right away.  As I was inspecting the work each evening, I had a few questions and concerns but Chris always got back to me right away, whether by phone, text, or email, explained exactly what was going on, and took care of anything that needed to be addressed. 
I was a little anxious about picking tile going into the project but it ended up being easy, painless, and right at my budget.  I went to ProSource North Phoenix, met with Chris' account manager, talked about the project, showed her some photos of the room and the vanity/trim pieces, and within an half an hour had coordinating floor, shower wall, and shower pan tile picked out from samples in the showroom.  I got a ballpark price based on rough square foot measurements provided in the project estimate before I left and that was all I had to do.  Once I picked the tiles, ProSouce called Chris to give him the tile specs that I had picked, he gave ProSource the order quantities based on actual measurements and all of the bullnose pieces factored in, and then ProSource called me with the actual order quantity (which ended up being very close to the ballpark price) to approve my credit card charge. 
Overall, the project went very well.  The schedule and costs that were communicated in the contract were met almost exactly.  There were no major surprises along the way and I am very happy with the quality of workmanship and the end product.

Great!! The carpets look new, pet stains completely gone, dirt removed from traffic areas. I'm thrilled with the results. I highly recommend.

Excellent company.  I have carpets throughout my 1500 sq ft condo.  I also have 2 dogs who will sometimes pee on the carpet.
Tim did an excellent job - I will be hiring him again and strongly recommend his company,

I was very pleased with the final result and would use them again. Tim was polite and professional and when the storage tank on the truck was full, he asked if it was OK to release it in the driveway, but when I suggested he go down the street about 100 yards to release the dirty water into a street drain he did so and returned quickly to complete the job.

Scheduling was quick and easy.Tim with AZ Xtreme Clean came out. On the day he was scheduled to come out to my house he called and explained that he finished up his job earlier and asked if he could come out 30 minutes early. That worked out great for me. He did a great job explaining what he was going to do before getting started on the job. Properly pre-treated the carpet and then went to town. He even cleaned extra carpet area without any additional charge.
Since he was already here I got a quote to clean my tile floors and stand up shower. He give a very reasonable price of $100 to clean and seal all the tile in my house. He ended up staying another hour and did all the tile and shower work that same day. 
Tim is very professional and did an amazing job on the carpet and tile. I will be using them again .

bWere on time for scheduled appointment.    Completed work.   When finished there were lines in the carpet which I thought were due to being wet.   Next morning they were still there so I thought it just need vacuumed after 3 vacuums they were still there.   I call to have them come back.   I talked to the technician  who said he was on the road but would call me back that day to schedule return.   I did not get the call I call back the next day and was told the tech had had car problems.   After several attempts I was able to get it cleaned 4 days later.   I was told that a lot of customers like the streaks as it look like it was just vacuumed.  I was then told it need to rinsed.  The carpet look fine now but it was a hassle  that I feel could have been avoided

My experience with this company was great. I explained my situation regarding what was needed and was given the opportunity to take advantage of a new special that would be in effect on the day of my service which gave me additional services. I did appreciate that I was given that choice which saved me money.
