Description of Work: Worker showed up on time. He cleaned the air ducts efficiently. He said we could pay an additional price to have the ducts sprayed with an anti-bacterial. We did that and he finished and left. The air is much cleaner since the cleaning. We have indoor dogs, so this was needed.

Description of Work: They arrived on time. We agreed to the upsell at 49.95, but was charged 59.95. Told that drying time was 4 hours oe less, and some places were damp the next AM. Spots were not treated, and some were visible before carpet was dry. Hoses marked up some walls and baseboard. Truck left oil stains on the driveway. Won't use again.

Description of Work: They cleaned tile in my home. There was some miscommunication about the services they provided, in that there wasn't an exact detail of what they provided. I selected tile to be cleaned in my home, as I thought they would also do grout cleaning. They had informed my wife that would be an extra cost, and was not included in the price. If I had been made aware of that, I would have opted for carpet cleaning in place of tile cleaning. They did a good job of cleaning the tile, but it wasn't what I had expected. I'll take the blame for that, as I don't recall specifically asking if they did grout cleaning. My wife informed me they were professional and showed up on time.
