Description of Work: They cleaned 4 small rooms/areas. Additional charge for pre-treat which I declined. Carpet felt hard from the water and there was no good smell. I like for the house to smell good after the carpets have been cleaned. It was what I expected for the price.

Description of Work: They had a special for $69 to clean 4 rooms of carpet and deodorize. They did a fantastic job on my off white carpets - I have been using the same carpet cleaning guy for years but the special they were running made me try them and very glad I did; would definitely use them again and again! They do a great and very professional job. Referred them to my niece for her house and she plans to use them as well. Thanks very much!

Description of Work: Hired for carpet cleaning with no major furniture moving. A slight delay to schedule due to a death in their family, but beyond that everything went smoothly. Punctual, worked with my condo's maintenance guy to secure a water source, efficient, good results. Did some unholstery cleaning as an apology for the original scheduling delay. No long waiting period for carpets to dry, ready within 12 hours or less. Would use again; really nice people.
