Description of Work: Cleaning a 30-year-old carpet for the holidays... excellent work accompanied by professional holiday cheerfulness. (I don't remember the exact cost, but it was an "Angie's List" deal, a pre-Christmas gift!)

Description of Work: Tim arrived promptly and went through the details of the process, answered questions and then did the work quickly, thoroughly and neatly. The results were terrific. Tim is the one stop to get grout and tile cleaned and sealed and carpets cleaned and have super service in a timely and cost effective package.

Description of Work: I'm tired of companies offering a cheap deal to clean carpets but they only use water which does not clean. For an extra fee they spot clean but the last time I did this it was no different. Carpet looks great when wet but after it is fully dry in 2 days, there's no difference.

The carpeting outcome would have been better if I lived in a home and non portable would be used. This is standard with carpeting. My carpeting is worn and although a portable system was used, I am pleased with the results

Description of Work: We went with the tile and grout cleaning and opted for the extra strength caustic grout cleaning solution for an additional $49.99. We have lived in the house for eight years and have no idea how long before that since the grout was cleaned. Tim went to work and the results were amazing. In the high traffic areas the grout went from dark brown to light tan. We had a little over 1100 square feet of tile and Tim had it all done in just under two hours. Totally impressed with the equipment, efficiency and professionalism throughout the process from order placement to completion. Will be settting up a time to have the grout sealed with the fifteen year sealant witin the next couple of weeks and my wife has recommended your services to one of her friends already. Thank you!
