Shipley & Sons Construction is a family owned and operated business. We like to meet new customers and listen to the dreams they have for their home or business. We always provide free estimates on work to be performed at a later date. We are happy to help in emergency situations and have a $150 trip fee for any repairs needed same day. Chris Shipley is a seasoned contractor of more than 20 years. He has an extensive background in all areas of contracting services, If he can't personally do the work he has a team of professional subcontractors that can. Chris has worked in the valley for over 15 years, all while building relationships with people that he trusts and can rely upon. With our services you will see the difference that experience can make.

Description of Work: Shipley and Sons Construction built a garage on my property. They took care of everything from the blueprints and pulling the permits all the way to the finished project. They cleaned everything up and when they were done, we were ready to move our belongings into our new garage. Top notch all the way!

Description of Work: We had a water line break in the wall between our master bath and bedroom. Chris and his team had to repair the walls, ceiling, floors, etc. We decided to make some changes while they were working and his team, Corey and Ernesto, we wonderful. They were on time every day, worked very hard, friendly and accommodating to additions/changes as we went. The work took a little longer than we expected but it was well worth it. We will definitely be using Shipley & Sons for future projects!

Description of Work: I hired two people for 4 hours each at a cost of $299 to remove an old vanity, move the plumbing about 1 foot for a new vanity, and install the new vanity. The quality of the work was good. It took longer than I thought it would. I had to pay $75/hour for 2.5 additional hours.
