They were great. The fountain was not running and had a terrible algae problem. They arrived as scheduled and quoted me a price. The returned when scheduled and got the fountain running perfectly. The were great.

This small family owned business was very good to deal with. They saved us a bit of money by suggesting a re-built pump. All work was completed satisfactorily.

Silvestre and his wife originally came out to my house on 8/23/2014 because my fountain stopped pumping water. They originally thought it was just going to be a flush to remove debri in the pipes and quoted me $150 for the job. After they flushed the pipes they realized that wasn't the problem. He attempted to diagnose the problem and in that attempt took apart my pump housing/motor. He came to the conclusion that my motor wasn't working correctly anymore. He took my motor information down and told me the following week he would look into a replacement. I also was going to have him replace the automatic water leveler in my fountain and backyard pond at the same time. We decided on $50 for the job and that he would return and finish things the following week. After he left I decided to try one last thing and replaced the O-ring on my pump lid. Once I replaced the O-ring my pump worked fine again. Apparently my old pump O-ring got old and wasn't creating an airtight seal anymore. However when I turned my pump back on there was a leak coming out the back of the pump where Silvestre separated the motor from the housing. I called and told Silvestre that the pump was working so he didn't have to look for a motor but that when he took apart the motor and housing something didn't seal correctly and now there was a water leak coming out the back of my pump. Silvestre told me he would come out and fix the problem and replace my water levelers the following friday 8/29/2014. On 8/29/14 Silvestre said he was going to come over but wanted to charge $140.00 to change out my water levelers (they are the $15 dollar toilet levelers you get at home depot). When I questioned him he said he needed to pay for buying the levelers, installing them, gas, and child care while he did it. I told him just to come fix the leak he made when he opened the motor up last week and that should be fine as I wasn't really worried about fixing the leveler but have been waiting to turn my fountain back on. This is when things got ugly - Silvestre's wife (he doesn't speak English) told me that it was a waste of time to drive out there and they didn't cause the leak in the pump. She started babbling about the fact that I didn't have a pump warranty with them so it wasn't their problem. They were not driving out to my house (an hour away) because it was a waste of their time considering they weren't going to get any money for it. In other words they opened up my pump and put it back together when they were trying to diagnose my problem. I fixed the problem myself but had to deal with a leak that Silvestre made and then decided he didn't want to fix. I consider this horrible customer care and not a way to run his small business. Steer clear from them - I'm completely disappointed in what they did. If you open a motor and put it back poorly then come out and tighten the screws you didn't tighten down well. My pool man immediately came out and told me that the housing gasket wasn't tightened well and it was an easy fix. Just horrendous business practices - I told him did they really want to act like this to me because they rely so heavily on Angie's List - Silvestre and his wife could care less and didn't want to get in their car to drive from Cave Creek to Chandler to solve what they were responsible for. I also think they were trying to gauge me financially - I have to pay for their gas and child care?? Just come out and deal with your mistakes so you can grow your small business, keep your clients happy, and let your clients spread the word about you. Well the words I spread about them are steer clear and don't let them touch your fountain!

Our house was on the market and I needed to get the fountain repaired the same day I called for a showing the next day. they were very flexible with their scheduling and made time to come out the same day. it was clear he was an expert and knew exactly what he was doing. He did a great job with the repair work and checking all the other equipment. Fast, quality work, and affordable.

They did a great job. Our fountain was leaky and needed new paint. They scrubbed off all the hard water scale, repainted and waterproofed it so it looks new. They were also able to level it so that it runs much more smoothly. Asked for an upfront deposit for materials which was reasonable. The price was a little higher than we expected but completely worth it for the quality of work. 6 months later it's still running perfectly. Thanks again!!

Sylvester and his wife, Ariana were wonderful to work with and work very well together. I was very pleased with their service and follow-up. I would not only definitely use their services again, but I plan to recommend them to my neighbors who also have aging outdoor fountains in need of repair.

Great--see above. He and his wife came early Sunday AM as promised. They were very quiet. By the time I got up Sunday AM, it was almost completely finished. They clearly take pride in their work and aim to please.

We were so impressed with their professionalism and knowledge about fountains and repairing them. We had already wasted almost $400.00 on previous contractors who did terrible work, and the fountain continued to leak. They were prompt, found the problem, told us what needed to be done, and gave us a price. The fountain looks like new, does not leak and the pump runs fine. I only wish that we had found them sooner. If you need fountain repair, call them, it's what they do, they know their business well. To Arrianna and Sylvester, I apologize for not putting this review in sooner. I had an unexpected surgery, and am finally recovering. I'm so happy that you were able to fix the fountain before I took ill. I have enjoyed having it running again and looking so beautiful! Incredible experience. They were prompt, helpful and did an amazing job. We just moved in and the water fountain outside was disintegrating. We thought it would have to be replaced. Jared Water Fountain repair came out, gave us a choice of stains, suggested matching the outside fireplace to the fountain (which was an excellent idea and looks wonderful). They also suggested sealing the interior because water was going through to the outside and causing the disintegrating. We were truly impressed with the job they did. It far exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs. We will continue to use them if anything comes up with the operation of the fountain.

$149 dollars just to come out and look at my problem with my fountain. I had to call them twice just to get the $149 visit fee. No thanks.

Jared's is a husband and wife team. They came out to provide an estimate and select a color for the fountain on the same day I called. They came the next day to do the work, and did a great job! My fountain is no longer an eye sore!

Our backyard fountain had always run well until the last year or so. We had other companies come out and had very limited success. The water barely dribbled out of the top tier and eventually would stop completely. Jared Fountain came out to give an estimate of the work needed and ended up finishing the job within hours to our complete satisfaction. Slyvester knew what the problem was and had the professional equipment to get it done. Along with his wife, Arianna, they did a thorough cleaning of the three-tiered fountain, cleaned out all the blockage and debris in the line, examined the motor and pipes, refilled the water to the proper level and everything started up again beautifully. They were not ready to leave until they were satisfied that the job was complete and all problems were resolved. We had paid over $400 with another company to repair this fountain with little results. Jared Fountains does a terrific job in a timely manner at a very reasonable rate. Would recommend them highly!!

The fountain looks great. We are very happy with how it looks. They are extremely efficient. As I mentioned above, they had the entire fountain pool cleaned of the rocks (a very considerable amount), cleaned up the fountain and pool, and had the fountain pool and the fountain painted in four hours. Super nice people to work with. They told us to call them if we had any questions after the fact.

I had contacted one other company before I found Jared Water Fountain Repair based on a neighbors recommendation. This person would not even come to the house but provided me a very high quote and said if he came out he would not want to waste the trip so would expect to do the refurbishing and repair right then. When we notified him that we were going to go with another company, he cut his quote in half. We don?t care for this type of service so we went with Jared based on the consistently good review on Angie?s List. We were not disappointed. They came after hours on Friday to drain the fountain so that it would be ready for their work on Saturday. They came on Saturday and worked diligently for about 5 hours removing the water deposits, restoring the fountain back to its original color and luster. They painted the bowl and rim with the accent color as they promised and even painted the underwater light fixture to match. The light was restored and by cleaning out the fountain tube, they were able to restore the bubbler action back to the way it was when we moved in. Because of the work they did, there was no need to replace the pump. We?re very pleased with the work they did and the care they took. We would gladly recommend this company to anyone that needs fountain repair/refurbishment and wants the job done properly. Within a couple weeks the paint all peeled away. We contacted them and they came back out to drain the bowl and repaint. However, within a month, all the paint peeled away again. We appreciate the effort and time they put in, and their willingness to help, but we won't hire them again.

I had contacted several companies before I found Jared Water Fountain Repair. For the most part, I could not even get those companies to return my phone calls. My initial conversation with Ari in which I described what I needed done was very professional and she assured me that they could do the job. Jared and Ari showed up at my house at the agreed upon time the very same day. Before any work was performed I was already impressed by their promptness and obvious desire to get my fountain refinished. Jared had to take the fountain with him in order to do the work properly. I was given a very fair price before he left. He did an absolutely fantastic job. I could not be happier with the way my fountain looks. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone that needs fountain repair/refurbishment and wants the job done properly. This is an A+++ company.

Contacted Jared fountain and set up a time for them to stop over and look at the issues with my two fountains. They came during the week to look over the problems and gave me a cost estimate. They arranged a time on Sat. morning to do the work. They came just as promised and worked for several hours to get everything done. I had them out last year for other fountian issues and I'm glad they are still available to come and service my fountains.

Everything went well from start to finish. No problems were encountered. Jared Water Fountain knows what they're doing.

Excellent, professional, clean and worth every penny. The company is the best. I am so thankful to having the work done right. They called each time before they came out. Returned my calls immediately. They cleaned up with each visit beyond what would be expected. Worked until it was done right and the water flowed out perfectly. Prior to this I had contacted two other contractors who had been in business for years and one I had to fire as he was messing things up and did. The other took weeks to retun my call then came out and never returned. I am so very pleased with the work I had done. I will forever use them to take care of my fountain.

I had contacted three other fountain companies before I found Jared Water Fountains. None of the other fountain companies were interested in doing the repairs that I needed for the two outdoor fountains at my home. I called Jared Water Fountains and spoke to Maryanne. She set up an appointment to come out the next evening to look at the fountains. She and her husband arrived just as promised and did a thorough investigation of both fountains to determine the type of pumps/levelers needed. They offered to paint the fountains as both were badly in need of repainting. Fountain painting is one of their specialties and they use a special paint and coating to minimize calcium deposits. They were able to do the job that Saturday. They arrived around 10 am with a crew of three. They scraped off the old loose paint prior to painting. They worked for about 5 hours and completed the whole job which included painting both fountains, installing new pumps and one new leveler. They tested the new equipment and we kept the fountains off for 24-hours to allow the paint to continue to dry. Both fountains are as good as new. They offered to stop over if any adjustments were needed, but everything was working well so there was no need. They specialize in the following services relating to fountains: Painting any color, repair of chipped or cracked fountains, fountain installation, new water pumps, filters levelers and water lines.
