Did not like "by law" this person could not put freon only in my system if he suspected that their might be a leak. Why was'nt there an insturment to test for leakage instead of arbitrarily putting in an expensive "leak stopper" which was declared about 90% effective?

Devin was here pronto and his dispatcher brought me a portable a/c on her way home the day I called [Thurs.] He was very knowledgeable, professional and kept his word on everything he said. I had a/c the very next day and with a 10 yr. warranty! My new best friends!
