I am retracting my previous November review. The furnace was not properly serviced. No heat. Not a problem until cold weather kicked in. Hired and paid to get issue corrected. I understand mistakes, but I was very disappointed to get NO response, acknowledgment or apology from company.

They were fantastic the first time I called them back in 2019. The technician that arrived -- Francisco -- did a thorough assessment and I was so impressed with his work that I signed a two-year service agreement for $399. The same technician came back for the fall inspection and recommended replacing a part and I agreed. Then everything went downhill. I received notifications that someone would be contacting me to schedule my spring and fall service appointments during 2020, but I could not reach anyone to actually schedule them, and nobody ever reached out to me. I let it slide because we were in the midst of a pandemic and I just assumed that times were tough for them as they were for everyone last year. This past spring, I received another reminder to schedule my next service and I decided to try with them again since I still had the service agreement in place. I was able to reach someone and scheduled an appointment for April 19, 2021 between 3pm and 5pm, but when the stated appointment time arrived, no one showed up. I waited at home for the entire appointment window and the next day I called to find out what had happened. The person I spoke to was super apologetic and promised to follow up, but I never heard another word from them. Last month, I received an email inviting me to renew my service agreement. I have since sold the house that the service agreement was for but I have no intention of signing on with Wildcat again for my new house. In fact, I think they owe me a refund of about $300 since I signed a two-year contract for twice-yearly inspections (four inspections total) and only received one. We will see if I actually get it. I am not holding my breath.

Luke helped make the best of a bad situation from a previous installer. New AC works EXCELLENT, we had minor issues with the heat when winter hit...but it was corrected ASAP.

This is the 3rd time I've used Wildcat for air conditioning issues. Each time I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the technician and the charges were lower than expected. There have been no repeats of the problems after services and Wildcat is my first choice for heating and air conditioning maintenance.

Pleased with all service aspects. We no know waayy more about HVAC than we did before. This crew is topnotch, imo. We believe we have quality equipment, properly installed. Can't really comment on price, as the quotes we got didn't compare the same equipment and service.

Technician was highly professional, experienced and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in a very short time. He also made several recommendations for items needed but not immediately necessary which made very good sense and the work has been scheduled. I will go to them for all of my furnace and air conditioning needs in the future.

I would use them again for any of my heating and cooling issues. Thank you for all your assistance.

Technician performed services that were incredibly overpriced without prior authorization by me. Customer service initially failed to respond to my compliant. However they later did make acceptable adjustments to my bill but only after being contacted by my credit card company.

They also contacted me within 10 minutes of putting in my request through HomeAdvisor. I will definitely be using them when I have any other issues or need to replace my system.
