the service tech knew his job and went about it in a very professional manor. explained what needed to be done and how our unit was functioning. He was very polite and very well "customer orientated".

The young man who came out was courteous and educational. While I was not able to resolve my problem (it has to do how the vents were built into my home and cannot be fixed without major work), he was helpful, thorough and was able to install a programmable thermostat for me.

This is an excellent company with great customer service and a reasonable price. One negative is the ducts were not vacuumed out thoroughly prior to installing the new furnace so there was a lot of dirt blowing into the house for the first few days. Still, I would hire this company again and would recommend them to others.

They are efficient, prompt, personable and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was explained. There were no surprises. Expensive? Sure but this is my first time so have nothing to compare. I assume replacing heating and air conditioning units is something worth the investment. I am looking forwards to many years of trouble free service.

The company recommended the replacement of a part and quoted $336.00 for a $30.00 part that per the forum takes 20 minutes to replace. I belive that the part truely needs replacement but to charge $336.00 is taking advantage of the customer.
