They were great . Came out and fixed the problem , plus install new unit all in a few days...

On a Friday I discovered my A/C was not cooling at about 6pm. After checking out HomeAdvisor, Wildcat called me immediately and said they could fix my A/C the next day between 10am-noon. After looking at my A/C unit, Devin explained in detail the options for repair. He was very knowledgeable and professional. It turned out that a brand new unit was required. I checked with another reliable company and they told me that I received an excellent bid from Wildcat, and that the other company would not even be able to match the bid that was offered by Wildcat Heating & Cooling.

Devin made a professional effort to get to our house quick. We live 1 hour away from town, and their prompt service was very much appreciated.

The first technician I hired could not fix my issue, and the diagnosis was that I needed an entire new system. In the process of gathering multiple quotes for such a large job, Wildcat was one of the other businesses I contacted. I asked for them to provide an estimate, and Devin asked if he could take a second look. He thought It was odd that the unit was not working, but was not tripping the circuit breaker. He dug a little deeper and fixed my existing system instead. Saved me a ton of money vs. system replacement. Wildcat will get first crack at any future service or repair.
