Called Wildcat Heating and Cooling after dealing with another company, that I was not happy with, to repair an AC unit on our office. Wildcat came out the very next day and assessed the problem and the technician came out the on the next day and our AC was up and running within a couple of hours. Very nice people and excellent service. Pricing seemed very fair also. I would definitely recommend Wildcat Heating and Cooling for business or home service.

Company was very responsive to homeadvisor query, the tech was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. Repairs completed in a timely manner. A bit pricey I thought, but would definitely use again.

My Technician was Matt he took his time going over my entire system inside and out. He was thorough and straightforward about the problem and my options. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately we need a new system, but we have thankfully found a company we trust tomorrow do so.

Probably the best we have had in Tucson & we have been here since 1976.

The technicians were experts in their field. They found that the electronic air filter had been off since the last time a different contractor had serviced the air conditioner. They also informed me that a filter at the intake vent in the hallway was unnecessary and was blocking air flow. The company that installed the air conditioner never told me that and in fact recommended the use of an external filter at that position (intake vent in hallway). The technicians were also very accommodating in giving discounts on materials and service. Highly recommended!

There are so many things to say regarding Wildcat Heating and Cooling, LLC. From the fist phone call made to me from Devin, to that last handshake from Matthew and follow-up call from Devin, the experience was outstanding! I figured that what was needed was going to be big, but I never imagined the customer service and professionalism that these two gentlemen portrayed would be as fantastic and courteous as it was. Alot of companies realize that once you are going to need the repair and/or replacement, they have the sale and therefore the customer service takes a backseat. Not with Wildcat Heating and Cooling, LLC and Devin and Matthew in the field. They see and understand that even though the sale is made, the customer service is ALWAYS forefront. This is becoming less and less understood by many companies today. It was a comfort and and joy to see that there is still that call to great customer service - and that Wildcat Heating and Cooling, LLC upholds that standard! I do want to extend a personal thank you, once again to Devin and Matthew for being professional, honest, and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend Wildcat Heating and Cooling, LLC to anyone who may need cooling or heating service. You just may be lucky enough to have Devin and Matthew on the job.

I hired Wildcat to do routine maintenance on my air conditioning unit. The gentleman arrived on time, explained all of his inspection points, along with details on the state of my air conditioner components. He gave me the peace of mind that everything was in good working order!

Called me back in minutes and set-up appointment the following morning per my request. Would have sent tech out that night, but told him a.m. was fine. Matt showed up at about 7:30, Had me up and running in about 40 min. Explained what was wrong and showed me the meter readings on bad capacitor. Very professional and courteous.

Prompt troubleshooting, within 90 minutes of hitting the submit button on Home Advisor. Loaned us portable A/C unit for our bedroom. Constructed the most transparent, and appropriate full HVAC replacement system (Condensor, Cooling Coil and Furnace). Started installation within 36 hours of being awarded the job. One Day; Everything done extremely well. Happy to recommend, would re-hire (but don't expect to need to).

We were so thankful that we looked on Home Advisor and immediately received a call from Wildcat Heating and Cooling. It was late at night around 9 pm and was not expecting them to come same night. Matt came and not only fixed our problem, but installed our new "Nest Thermostat." We were quoted over the phone a price and was reasonable especially since they came at night in less than an hour. Matt recommended a maintenance plan and by doing so it gave us the service tonight free. This company is great and has professional employees.
