I highly recommend Wildcat Heating and Cooling. I had to have a new heat pump unit installed. Devin was here to quote on Tuesday and Matt was at my house at 6 a.m on Friday with his crew to install the new unit before the Christmas holiday so I would have heat. Very professional and prompt. The pilot light had gone out on my water heater and they were out the same day I called and Matt cam and lit it for me at no charge. Great people and I will use them in the future for any heating and cooling needs. Thank you Wildcat!!

Wildcat gave me options to either replace my AC unit or but a new one. I had other quotes to replace the unit which were significantly more. They did a good job on the installation. Nothing to complain about except I had to keep calling them. They were probably busy. In the end, I got a good unit at a fair price.

I had a breaker that kept popping so I changed the breaker before I called. They arrived checked the ac and said the breaker was the problem my ac was performing as it should be they checked the freon level which was my main concern and in formed me of a minor repair that was not pressing, 110 dollars and it could wait another couple of years before it starts giving me problems. No pressure and very polite and on time. I would highly recommend them.

Matt communicated when he would arrive, listened to me about the heat pump issue and got right to work on the problem. He disclosed what he found wrong with the heat pump and gave me a fair price to do the work. He had the part on his vehicle and completed the repair quickly. He checked the system after the repair and made sure the inside air was blowing at an efficiently cold 55°. The heat pump area was cleaned up and no mess was left behind. Matt did not try to upsell me or suggest any unnecessary services. Excellent service job and I will use Wildcat again for my heat pump repair or replacement needs.

They scheduled me from 8-10am. 10 min. to 10am they finally called and said they would be there. I had to have my ptrap cleared and they did that service very well.
