We live 12 miles from the end of pavement and about 1 hr 40 min from Tucson. Wildcat Heating & Cooling was willing to come and check out our old heat pump. Luke was very helpful and gave us some options. Devin was wonderful with answering additional questions and with financing. Matt and his assistant drove the bumpy, unpaved road and installed the heat pump. They were personable and thorough and answered all of our questions.

Client service rep, Krystal, was able to schedule the AC service the same day. Luke, the HVAC tech, arrived on time. He was professional and efficient. Very happy with Wildcat Heating & Cooling.

My tech Devin was very thorough and knowledgable. He came to diagnose my air balance and rooftop AC condensation leak. I told him my budget and he was very willing to work with it, giving me suggestions to save money.

Be a bit leery if the technician wants to replace your serge protector.

I wish I got the correct quote over the phone for R22 collant, once explained to me why so much higher because of my 1994 A/C unit, I was okay with it. Tech will recommend a price listing for admin, if someone should call and ask.

I hired them to install another return air. The install team did a great job. They used drop cloths to catch the drywall dust made from cutting the celling. They treated my house as if was their own. Installing a new heat/air conditioning unit and hot water heater. The cam to look at my 24 year old unit. Did a complete check of the system and then presented to estimate to repair. When I asked about replacement, they provided that estimate too. The work is scheduled for next week, so I can't speak for quality, but so far I am very happy with the service. No pressure to buy the new system and they worked on my schedule
