great service, I called and got service in 30 minutes

Devon was exceptional fixing my A/C. It was during the three weeks of triple digits that we experenced. My technician knew his business and I appreciated his knowledge. I now have his cellphone and their office phone in my cellphone. Good company.

Superior in every dimension. Immediate response, prompt arrival, comprehensive estimates, did not leave till job finished. Fair pricing. OEM firm more expensive, misrepresented options, time of repair completion by 3 weeks. Wildcat is truly awesome.

First of all the assigned techniciam came on time was knowledgeable & explained our problem to us. Wildcat's tech Luke performed sevice on the AC unit and charged what I considered a bargain price. I highly recommend Wildcat Heating & Cooling and their tech Luke. I will use Wildcat Heating & Cooling any time I need HVAC service.

Luke ,my technician went out of his way for me ,stopping two different nights on his way home to put in my relay board after being given the wrong one Tuesday night and replacing it with the right one Wednesday night .Great customer service ,he was out the same day that I called in my a/c problems and worked diligently to find the problem

Technician was very polite and helpful, they were able to come out within 24 hours of our call (especially important since we were in a record setting heat wave and I'm sure they were inundated with calls). The technician was able to diagnose the problem, obtain the needed parts and come back to complete the repairs within a few hours. The service agreement that was offered paid for itself immediately with the discount on that days' repairs, and we are looking forward to using Wildcat for all of our heating & cooling needs going forward.

They responded immediately on one of the hottest days of the year and fixed the problem within 90 minutes. With elderly people in the house, they literally saved lives. Fantastic first experience with Wildcat Heating and Cooling!

I did not want to rate the "value for my money" area because I have nothing to compare it to so I just gave it a 5. I will say my appointment was for Tues. the 27th in the AM and they squeezed me in at the end of the day on Monday the 26th. We were so pleased because it was 110 degrees outside and our air conditioner wasn't working. The gentleman that showed up was very friendly and informative. He also was able to find and fix the problem that evening. He also offered some ideas in order to maintain the life of the unit without having to purchase a new one. My gut told me this was an HONEST man so I am scheduling another appointment to have some things replaced.

I hired them to fix my A/C , Devin fixed the part that burnt out but didn't recharge the refrigerant & tried to sell me a new HVAC system. I still don't have A/C & it was an expensive house call.

The technician went above and beyond what I had expected from a routine annual maintenace. He reduced the noise output which I thought was a failing compressor and warned me about a potential fire hazard with my particular brand of surge protector as shown on the internet. He promptly disconnected it at my request. I expected to be billed for the extra time and effort, but was not. I will definitly recommend and use this Co. for all of my AC needs.

Tucson is a tough market to find some-day-service for AC in June. For my home, it was a health issue for one of my children. Although I am not happy that I have to part with such a large chunk of change to fix the issue, I am happy it will be resolved so quickly and at a competitive price. I will have a new unit a week before anyone else could even establish an initial appointment. Luke was very kind and presented several options and even showed me all the the problems. He guided me without making me feel like I was not in control of the outcome despite my lack of knowledge in repair.

Fast contact and fast scheduling. It was a first visit, so ratings are based on that. We did buy a maintenance contract, so we will see how that goes. The rep, Luke, explained what he found, gave a good explanation for the need to replace a capacitor(?) Since a previous provider said the same thing, we were comfortable paying for the replacement.

I entered my issue on Home Advisor around 6pm on a Thursday. I was expecting to receive a call the next day, but less than an hour later Devin called from Wildcat and said he could come out right away. I said it wasn't an emergency because I didn't want to pay the extra expense. They don't do that. What he did do was evaluate and advise. Also there was no pressure to buy. The best thing was he temporarily fixed our old A/C that night, he was working till 10pm to help us. We stayed cool till the new unit could be installed only a week later. The installers were great too. Knowledgeable, professional, and completely trustworthy. Both the customer service and install has already had me tell my coworkers about my great experience with Wildcat. Thank you so much for making this easy for us. I am your newest fan...no pun intended. lol

Luke was prompt and professional and worked hard to find the most economical solution to replace our system. Jon Sr and JON Jr were right on time, polite and professional, and did a very good job on the installation. I recommend Wildcat highly.
