Description of Work: Installed a new Water Softener system

Description of Work: The installer did a great job. We got a water softener and a carbon filter for better tasting drinking water. It was quite a complex installation. They had to drill under our sidewalk and install the units in the garage. They actually used one inch copper pipe. I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: After search, researching and many hours of study I decided to start looking at water softners. I was very skeptical after hearing all the horror stories about these things. I chose three companies to come out and give me an estimate on a system. Water Tec was the second to arrive and then I cancelled the third. Right from the start Lee made a no pressure sales pitch and basically left it up to me. He did not try and sell me the most expensive unit they had, but rather asked how many people lived in the house and various other questions which would determine what unit would fit our needs. The first fella really tried to over sell his product and seemed not to know much about it until it came up to adding the numbers then he was on fire. After I called Lee and made an appointment for installation the called to verify that the date was good. Wow they followed up. On the day of installation George arrived on time and went right to work. Ran the drain line so it would not be seen and made a real effort not to drill to many holes. Total installation time was about 1 hour and he cleaned up afterwards. The total experience made me relize it was not that bad. Saved me at least a thousand dollars to boot. I recommended this company to some family members and they are pleased as well. Highly recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for a water softner.
