It went very well. They are a local company and have great customer service. I would highly recommend them to others.

Came on time. Did the work quickly and neatly. Explained what he was doing clearly.

It took a little longer for the install but the man was very nice. I think George was his name. He worked his butt off alone to dig the trench and hook up the new pipes. I'm a satisfied customer.

Job was done but I felt they overcharged for the simple fix that was necessary.

It was difficult to get an appointment and when I did the tech showed up without the parts that were necessary. I decided to replace my system with a new one, but wanted it installed as soon as possible since I had already spent three days waiting for them to show up. The tech assured me that the system would be installed on Monday. I called on Monday to find out what time they would arrive and was told that they could not install until Wednesday or Thursday. I told them that was unacceptable and contacted another plumbing company who responded on Monday and fixed the problem.

It went very well. Service technician was on time and very knowledgable.

He did a great job and walked me thru how to opperate it.

Everything went well and as described. It wasn't a high pressure sales pitch, he just came to our house, found out what we wanted, described their product, and provided a cost after taking measurements and picking a location for the softener. I think the cost was a little high, but they did excellent work. I don't regret using them over doing it myself.

From Rick's excellent product presentation (no dramatics or drawn out 'experiments'), through Gary's install work, a very professional and pleasant contract experience. The total price was one-third of that quoted by the EcoWater (Costco) and Kinetico reps and I'm confident I have the appropriate system(s) for our needs. I have contracted for the quarterly servicing and look forward to a long-term relationship. I wish all of my recent contracting experiences had been this effective!

When I bought my house the water softener had no salt and the previous owner did not leave the manual. I could not find a manual on the Internet but luckily there was a Water Tec label on the system. I called them and Greg, one of their technicians, emailed the manual to me in PDF form plus took the time to advise me how I could get it working again and what to look for if it needed service. It worked fine so I did not need service but you can be sure I will go to these folks when I do.

From the initial time I called these folks to when they left after the install everything was top notch and professional. I called their office, asking for someone to come out and look at the old system that was in place. We just bought the house and the water softener that was there looked like it was abandoned. Larry the sales guy came out and explained what I had, how it worked, and how to get it started again. We didn't know if the system would work because it had been non-functional for at least 6 months and we did not have any salt to add to the salt tank. Larry told me to go get some salt, regenerate the system a couple of times, and see if we had soft water. While he was at the house he explained the options I had if I decided to but a new system. All very low key. Not a hard sell at all. He went over prices and I told him I would think about it . After he left I had another local firm come out and look at the system. They wanted 4 times the money Water-Tec quoted. As it turned out the old system did work and we hade soft water in the house, but the old system looked like **** and I wasn't sure how long it would last before it broke down. It also leaked like a sieve. After a few days we decided to have Water-Tec install a new system. We called their office and they wanted a 1/3 deposit and said they would be out in about 10 days. The day prior to the install they called to insure we would be home and they said George would be our installer. He would be out the next day between 8 & 10. The following day George arrived on time and installed the new system. He did a total workmanlike job and wwas very congenial. We couldn't be happier. This company is run by professionals and I wouldn't hesitate to call them for anything. A+ experinece.

Everything went perfectly. Rick came out explained the systems provided by their company. I had already done extensive research on water systems. Rick made the same recommendations as numerous websites and reviewers. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We gave a deposit and scheduled installation. The usual installer was out suddenly, so Rick installed the system himself. After installation, he explained how the system works, what we needed to do and their follow-up service. The system is small and fits perfectly in the location provided when we purchased the home. It took him about two hours to do everything. He cleaned up all materials and debris from the installation. I'm a very happy client. Water Tec will call once a month, when their tech is in the area. They will check the system at no charge and add any consumable supplies needed for a nominal fee. The fee is for the supplies only and is slightly higher than I could buy for in a home store, but I would have to get the supplies, test the system and add the supplies myself. For a few more dollars per bag of supplies, I'm happy they'll take the burden on themselves, all while insuring the system is functioning optimally, as designed.

Everything went perfect from the time we visited their showroom right through installation. We felt that everyone associated with this company was honest and professional and cared about their customer. They sell a very good product made in Tucson.

I interviewed two companies, one national with local franchises and Water Tec, locally owned and operated and manufacturers (really assembliers) of the equipment. The bids varied remarkably, with the franchise operation much higher with a slick presentation by a very knowledgable individual. The franchise business had equivalent hardware, albeit proprietary to the company, while Water Tec uses industry standard equipment such as Clack valves, etc. Ion exchange (I'm a biochemist by training and am very familiar with the process) is neither magic nor rocket science. Basically youi are exchanging one cation (Na+ or K+) for another (Ca++) thus removing the Ca++ from the water. The other approach, facilitated crystallization) while appealing conceptually doesn't have a good track record in Tucson. The installation was thorough and professionally done, including replacing a gate valve with a ball valve on the inflow circuit. We chose KCl to avoid pumping sodium into our septic tank and the aquifer. Very pleased with Water Tec and offer my endorsement. If you wonder about the "B" grade in responsiveness, it was because I had to call once to confirm a phone request for a quote and another time to ensure an installation was scheduled. Worth a couple of calls.

Two man crew arrived on time. Quickly dug trench to unit location. Routed drain line through crawl space under house and into exposed sewer line, designed new water manifold to direct incoming water and plumb for existing irrigation valve, installed all components, tested and back filled. Both guys were very professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up afterwards and provided a brief education on how to maintain the system. Discovered a leak a few days later, a bad copper fitting, not an installer error. Called office for a call back service. One guy returned that same day, fixed/replaced the problem. I was very pleased with prompt response and quality of work performed. I had him leave the hole open so I could verify no leaks after a few days. Glad to say the line is solid. These guys rock! They did not hard sell their product. It speaks for itself. The material provided was easy to read and understand. The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. The quote for installation was the final price. I found the price to be reasonable and within my estimated ballpark. The installers (Gary and Joe) were very quick and caused a minimum of disruption. All work looked very professional. They took the time to explain what they were doing. I like that they offer delivery of pellet bags, although I will likely buy from a local hardware as needed. I would recommend this company and product for someone considering a water softener installation.

I chose this provider upon the recommendation of a neighbor. Water Tec takes their business very seriously. They were prompt, responsive and extremely polite and professional to deal with. An estimater first came to give us a detailed, written estimate which did not vary from the final cost. The day prior to installation we received a phone call confirming the exact time (no four-hour window of time when someone might show up). As expected, the installer drilled through our granite counter top with no issues. The job was neat and he cleaned up after the installation. Finally the installer erviewed the system before leaving. These guys are good. They take their business seriously and do it well.

John showed-up for the job a half hour earlier than the time frame that was given, but a neighbor let him into the garage while I raced home from work. Even though I had unplugged the unit and plugged it back in, hoping it would reset itself, it didn't. Yet, when John from Water Tec unplugged the power at the circuit board for the water softener, the system reset and began to operate correctly again. Since the job took a matter of a few minutes, he gave me a discounted price. Thank you Jon and thank you Water Tec. Customers please note: If you have a Culligan, don't believe that they are the only ones who can work on it. So can Water Tec and at a better price with faster and friendlier service. My unit is less than 2 years old and already giving me fits. Consider another brand if you're thinking Culligan.

I was impressed with this company from beginning to end. The price was very good and they scheduled the installation just two days after I signed the order. The company has excellent customer service as well. They confirmed the installation appointment the day before and the tech called when he was on his way. He was professional and competent. The water is delicious. Thank you!

It was excellent. I had quotes that were tremendously high but I was able to save alot of money with them. They were courteous and quick. The system works great.

I have no complains about the service. The "visit" fee however is very high. Is the highest all of other companies that I've ever used here in Arizona or in other States.

The estimate process was informative and accurate...reasonable price on their 5600 System. Installer, Joe, was absolutely great. He was super friendly and courteous and did the job superbly. He added valves for the irrigation system that would allow non-softened water for our plants. It was a very hot 102 degrees today and that did not deter the installer in any way. I would Hooghly recommend this company...and ask for Joe. A

cepI contacted Water Tec and scheduled them to come out and provide an estimate to install a GE water softener and reverse osmosis system that I was providing. The person that came out to inspect the premises was on time and very professional. I explained that I intended to order a GE water softener and reverse osmosis system and have them install it. He explained that they are very familiar with the installation of the GE products and install them quite often. I looked at their web site and was lead to believe based upon some product listings that they sold their own products as well as other commercial products. I asked if they sold any products besides their own, and he indicated that they did not. He did mention their reverse osmosis system as an alternative before providing me a final quote. I indicated that I felt their reverse osmosis system looked as if it was made in a garage, and would prefer to go with a commercial product. He accepted this answer and did not talk further about the Water Tec reverse osmosis system. After receiving the quote I informed their on-site quote provider that I wanted to go ahead with the install. The Water Tec office contacted me the next business day to schedule an installation. At the time of scheduling they were very accommodating to my needs regarding a specific date in the future. I ordered the GE components in preparation for the installation. The technician that arrived to perform the installation was on time and professional. While installing the reverse osmosis system. he did indicate that they performed alot of repairs on the GE brand products and that the Water Tec reverse osmosis system is a better system. This frustrated me, and I wish that this type of conversation had happened at the time that the quote was given and before I purchased the GE products. I do wonder if they are just pushing their own products of whether this is a realistic statement. Time will tell with the GE systems that I had installed. I have not had any problems thus far. The work was completed in a timely manner and the technician left the site clean. My only complaint are that the technician did not fill up the salt reservoir of the water softener to the "full" line.

The gentleman who did the work was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. fixed it in an hour and explained what the problem was.
