Description of Work: They came out to change my RO filters. It only took about 30 min and I had new filters and good tasting water.

Description of Work: They repaired our water softener by replacing a microswitch. They were prompt, courteous, worked quickly, solved the problem. My husband says, "They sent my favorite kind of repairman--a crusty old guy who knows exactly what he's doing. If I could give them a rating of 11 on a scale of 10, I'd do it." We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They redirected the soft water system in our house so that it provided water only to the house water system. The original system had the system providing soft water to the outside irrigation system, causing me to purchase very expensive potassium salt. Now my irrigation system has regular water. They were on time, reasonable in cost and as usual did a fine job.

Description of Work: I purchased a water softener and whole house water filtration system. They did a great job and when a small leak appeared, they immediately came back to take care of it. I'm very pleased.

Description of Work: Company installed a water softener/conditioner system replacing a Kinetico system that Kinetico would not/could not service any more. The Water Tec system is electric, not manual like Kinetico but provides the same quality water at a MUCH lower price. Sales & installation personnel were friendly and good. I've had the system for almost a month now without any problems. The company did a 90-day same as cash sale for me to allow me to spread out the initial purchase cost.

Description of Work: Technician installed a basic water softener. He installed it exactly where I wanted it and did a beautiful job on the plumbing. He installed a new improved whole house shut-off valve and rewrapped my outdoor pipes much better than they were wrapped. It took about 4 hours total.

Description of Work: They installed a water softener/filter system in our rental, which went very well indeed. They consulted over the phone first and we then set up an appointment, which was the next day. They gave us a window of time and showed up promptly. The installer was courteous, professional and efficient and instructed us on the unit's operation at the end, even setting us up for salt delivery till we decide how we want to manage it. When we finish building our new home they will transfer the unit to it for an installation fee of $250 which we consider very reasonable.
