Our Water Softener malfunctioned and send all the resin beads into our water pipes. After hasseling around with the company that our service contractor on the unit send to our house we called Water Tec. They knew right away what the problem was that we were talking about. They came out after a couple of days, had all the right parts with them and fixed it in no time at all. They were punctual and very professional and a pleasure to deal with. These are the people to call when you have problems with a water softener or reverse osmosis filter. The unit has been running fine since.

I can not even begin to explain what a first-class, professional company that Water-Tec of Tucson is. I recently purchased a new Reverse Osmosis unit from them. I received a great price on it that was literally hundreds of dollars less than similar 5 stage units on the market or online. The quality of the water is better than the previous unit I had. The unit was also designed better and has increased the water pressure to both the faucet and refrigerator ice maker and dispenser. And the quality of the filters that came with it are better than after market replacement filters because Water Tec uses higher quality materials. I'm extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend that anyone else in the market for one of these just call this place up and not waste their time shopping elsewhere or surfing online. Also, I purchased previously a replacement faucet from them as well. It is a beautiful satin nickel finish made of higher grade material. It's awesome and the price beat the lower quality faucets available online or in the vast home improvement stores. Onto their water salts: They have pallets of various salts right in front of the store and their prices are lower than the home improvement places. The salts are cleaner with less debris in them as well. I think the most impressive aspect of doing business with Water-Tec of Tucson is the level of service that you receive from everyone who works here. In my experience everyone has been polite, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. But I can not say enough about the owners of this company. This is a locally owned business with both the owners Jennifer and Leigh sitting just inside the front door. Jennifer has always taken the time to come out and talk one on one with the me. She has also talked to me on the phone about my water related issues or concerns and via email. She is incredibly responsive which is even more impressive as I get a strong hunch she is a very busy woman. She has helped me properly set my water softener (a softener I purchased elsewhere before I knew about Water-Tec of Tucson), provided me with small fittings and extra tubing for my RO system at no additional charge, and answered numerous questions. I take the quality of the water in my home very seriously and Water Tec of Tucson is the best company out there to be a partner in this battle over low quality water in the Tucson area!

I never have to worry about the water softener. They automatically come out to fill it with salt and leave me the bill. They call a couple of days before and if I am not home, they come in the garage, put the salt in and leave the bill by the garage door. It is incredibly easy and convenient.

The owner, Leigh, came out to my property to provide an estimate and walk me through what would need to be done to install a water softener. He was very detailed in exactly what would be done for an installation and answered all of my questions. The estimate was quite a bit lower than what I was expecting, which made the decision easy. I also spoke with the individuals staffing the office several times regarding the estimate appointment, questions about the installation ad the installation appointment. Each time my questions were answered thoroughly and everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful. The installation was scheduled for exactly one week after the estimate (service date listed). The technician, George, did an excellent job. He arrived as scheduled and the install went smoothly. Initially the plan was to dig under the wall to the backyard and run the line under the wall, but that proved to be less than optimal given the depth of the foundation. When this came up, George explained the issue, explained the options, and went ahead with what we thought would be the cleanest install. It turned out great! The pipe sits just below the ground surface, out of view and free from possible damage, and you can't even tell it's there unless you go digging for it. the tank and bin are in the backyard and not visible from the street which is exactly what we wanted. We opted not to go a garage installation because the location of the water main would have necessitated a lot of digging to run lines. Leigh was happy to provide an estimate for a garage installation so I could compare, but I opted to not to. The entire installation is clean and low-visibility, which we are very happy about. George returned as promised the following day to install the cover to the salt bin that he left at the warehouse the previous day. He also left a note in the front door to let us know he had come by and contact info if we had any additional questions.

I spent $160 for them to install it, I pay them $30 for the monthly service and I would have to pay $160 for them to take it away, when I cancel. They put me on a schedule and they stay with it. I don't have to call them or anything; they automatically take care of it.

Currently renting a water softener. Will buy soon. They came out and installed softener, made sure everything worked. Would recommend them.

Receptionist was friendly, efficient, and very informative. Confirmed date and time for the owner/ salesperson to hand deliver an estimate, gave me more information. Price was very fair. Setup installation time and day. Installer was prompt respected my suggestions about placement and drain line. Worked quickly cleaned up and left. All were very courteous without being overly chatty. I have referred WaterTech to friends already.

I am a long term customer of theirs for about 20 years now. They treat me right and they are top quality. Their professionalism is also the best.

We had the water softener installed by Water Tec two days later (what service!). The plumber did an excellent job and the equipment seemed to be first class.. Water Tech is always on time and they are very professional. They actually come out in uniforms and they work very fast. We actually had to change our appointment at the last minute and they changed it without a problem. I would highly recommend them.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY OFFERED US ONE THE BEST PRICES. THEY DID NOT HESITATE AT ALL IN COMING OUT TO INSTALL THE NEW SYSTEM. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD.

I FOUND THIS COMPANY TO BE VERY EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. THEY ARE THE BEST WATER COMPANY IN MY AREA. THE WATER TASTE SO MUCH BETTER SINCE I HAD THEM INSTALL THE SYSTEM.

THEIR SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY GOOD. WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO INSTALL IT THEY WERE VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT. MY WATER IS BETTER NOW THAT I HAVE THEIR SYSTEM INSTALLED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
