I am very pleased with the quality of the work and service provided. I highly recommend their services.

Punctual, professional, courteous. Job took 3 days. Was on time every morning. At the end of each day advise what they would be doing the next day.When job completed cleaned up area and hauled away waste/debris.

He did get back to me quick and emailed a written estimate. He worked fast. I am going to get a couple estimates before I make a decision. He was professional.

We never received the estimate. After a week I called. He said he had some emergencies come up, that he would get it right to us. It never did arrive. I didn't call back. We moved on and located someone to do the work. Mr. Verdugo was very prompt on coming out to look at the job, he came out the day I first contacted him. Seems very knowledgeble and had some very good suggestions on ways to do what was needed.

Sergio arrived on time. He was extremely polite. He started the work the first day and continue right on until the work was completed. He and his team worked very carefully. He used extraordinary care in all his work. The stucco work was fantastic. After we painted it, there was no way to tell that the stucco had been patched. We were extremely pleased with Sergio. Words cannot convey how pleased we are with his level service. His work comes from his heart. Amazing. We are planning to have him continue with repairs around our home in the near future.

Mr. Verdugo provided a same-day estimate. He scheduled the job promptly after I contacted him, arrived on schedule and completed work the same day. He and his assistant were very professional. The quality of the work was impressive, and I am already consulting with him on another project.

It went fine. He called us back right away and showed up on time. We really liked him. He seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing.

He wrote the estimate. He was on time and polite. He doesn't speak very good English. However someone came out here with a lower bid, so I decided to go with them. I would call him again for an estimate.

Great! We are building a courtyard in the front of our house. Sergio Verdugo was the only mason that returned our call and did it that night! He came out to our home 2 days later, and provided a written estimate. He came out again 3 nights later to show us slump block color choices, since we live in an HOA and need to be mindful of approval. He and another worker spent most of a day 2 days later building a 13 foot long wall 5 blocks high. They also built in drain holes at the bottom so we don't get flooded. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves when done.

I had a very difficult time getting any masonry contractor to even call me back. Sergio called me back the same day I left him a message on his phone. He then came the same day to look at the job, gave me an estimate that was reasonable and worked with me to schedule the job around another contractor that was hired to remove the tree. Sergio was courteous, professional, and punctual. The job was done well. It was a pleasure to business with him after having had such a challenge with many other masonry contractors not responding.
