The job was started and completed in a timely manner. Eddie was excellent about ensuring the job was done right. Highly recommend and would use again.

Very efficient and they were able to schedule right away. presto! By the end of the day we had a new patio! I was very happy and they were punctual.

The supervisor/salesman, Eddie. and his crew of 3 workers finished a project that I was attempting to do on my own. I had labored for 6 months in my spare time and because of 3 deaths in the family I was severly behind in my time frame for completion. They finished the job in 4 working days and way ahead of time and on budget. They were always on time, professional, agreeable to my requests and pleasent to be around. They always cleaned up after the workday. The finished product was what I had envisioned and the experience was pleasent. I will to use TPL for my future projects.

The first time the "fake grass" was installed was July 2 and 3, 2014. After the job was completed, I contacted the TPL representative and explained that there were "streaks" in the material where the "grass blades" were lying flat. He arrived with a crew and they attempted to correct the problem with more silica sand. That didn't work so a manufacturer's sales rep was called in. She took pictures and recommended another type of product to better keep the "grass blades" standing. That didn't work either. Next the manufacturer sent out an investigator to take pictures and report back to the Phoenix grass company. TPL then contacted me and advised that they would remove the damaged grass and install a new "dye lot". They finally completed the project on November 4th, 2014. Although it took several weeks to solve the problem, there was no additional cost to me and they didn't stop until I was completely satisfied. We all know that mistakes occur and this mistake was at the manufacturing plant in Phoenix. Tucson Professional Landscaping stood by me throughout the entire process and I was extremely impressed with their "professionalism" (its their middle name). If you are looking for a "professional" crew with "integrity", I highly recommend Tucson Professional Landscaping. No more watering..... yea!

I thought that they were very professional and did a good job installing the turf. They were able to come a lot earlier than they had stated which was great because I was leaving and would have had to reschedule for a later date. I appreciate that they were able to get me schedule before my scheduled date. The men who laid the turf did a good job and were willing to answer any questions that I had as they were going along.

Estimate was given, and we accepted it. The crew arrived at the agreed upon time and work began. The work was performed neatly and efficiently. The plan was to tie in to existing underground pipe for the water supply, but the pipe was rusted and proved to be unuseable they stopped work and said that it was up to me to provide a water pipe. I reviewed the estimate and no mention was made of me providing a water source right near the valve assembly. There was a water source about 15ft away, I suggested they tie into to that but the foreman said that doing that wasn't in the estimate. I withheld a portion of the payment and told them that they didn't finish their job. To their credit, the foreman called me the next day and said they had figured out a workable solution and they'd be over the next day to get the water supply hooked up. This they did, and I gladly paid them the balance. So the overall job was done in a satisfactory manner..During the planting of the bushes and digging trenches for the irrigation lines three of my large edging stones were dug up and placed behind a tree. After they left I saw them, in all fairness, they probably forgot all about them, and I never called them about the stones. They remain out of place and I believe when I call them they will come and re-set them.

Eddie was easy to work with and was very responsive to our questions and concerns as we worked from beginning to end on this project. The various workers on the project were also very polite. We had a structure that had to be taken out first and that took a little longer than expected but they were willing to come on Saturdays to complete the work. The patio that we had installed was an exposed aggregate and I'm not sure it has "cured?" properly yet, but there are some minor flaws in it. I'm a perfectionist so when the texture or borders are not completely even, I notice. I do love the plants that I got to pick out and place. I can't wait to see what it will look like in a years time. I'd recommend them to friends and family.

We were referred to this company by someone who was pleased with their work as we were. They are very friendly and hard working. The job was difficult but these guys completed it with ease. We will continue to use them and refer them to others.
