They even coordinated and got quotes to extend the gas line from the house to the firepit. The crew worked everyday until the project was completed. I will definitely hire again for any landscaping needs.

They had done one half of our circular driveway a couple years ago and now we wanted to complete the circle. The transition from old to new is transparent. We can't tell the difference between the old and new parts! Eddie Lamdan is our contact and he did an excellent job at designing the shape and keeping within our budget. He added curves in the transitions between driveway and sidewalk that look great.

+ -1 moreRude and unprofessional is how I would describe the women who returned my call from their office, after I left a message with the answering service. She obviously didn't want my business and indicated that they only take medium jobs with a minimum of $2,500. It would have been better if she would have asked questions to narrow down what I needed to do and stayed calm during the process! I was trying to figure out what she was so angry at a customer that was talking to her very calmly! I was interested in working with them and also thought $2,500. was reasonable for the job I had however she didn't want to listen to what I had to say. She was sure from the beginning of the conversation that the job was not what they wanted!

+ 0 moreI used TPL to install pavers on a large back patio over the summer. I loved the job they did from start to finish. It was a priority for me to get it done quickly and they finished a two-day job in one day by bringing an extra crew. As promised, Eddie was there at the start of the day to make sure everything was great and back at the end. In terms of price, I had bid the job with a number of other companies and the price from TPL was in the middle of the bids. Given the quality and professionalism, I feel I got a very good deal. I wait on home repair jobs for about 6 months before I review to make sure that the job holds up as well as it seemed to look on install; I am as pleased with the job today as when they did it this summer. It really transformed my backyard and I am so glad I took Eddie's design suggestions. I very highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreThe question is, how did it go. It can't go! They showed up to bid the job but will NOT return a call with simple, relevant questions about the bid. It is mystifying! The bid seems fine, but we are wanting to know about warranty, materials, questions about locating parts of the system. Two weeks of calling and no reply. Maybe its dealing with a 70 year old woman that makes them think they can just unplug... Who knows...

+ 3 moreGreat! The crew worked hard every single day to get the job done, and done extremely well. Eddie Lamdan, the owner, really listened to what I wanted for the yards. He made recommendations and explained the reasoning for his recommendations. He explained the work as it was being done. He checked in almost every day and was easily available for questions. I will use this company again for any future landscaping needs.
Description of Work: I needed a complete overhaul of my front and back yard. This included: For the front yard -- decorative gravel in front yard, tree trimming, bush removal, new plants, new drip-system in front and back. Back yard needed old playsets removed, 10-12 wild growing trees removed, new patio added which attached to my side and back patio, new firepit, new pergola, 16 decorative plants/vines added, a grapefruit tree, moving and arranging many, many rocks for better water drainage, and moving existing pea gravel.

Description of Work: We purchased a house with an unfinished backyard and asked within the neighborhood for landscape recommendations, and we got a lot. We wanted to extend the patio for more seating area, install artificial grass that would stand up to kids, dogs, and the Arizona sun, and we wanted the rest of the yard filled in with rock.

+ -1 moreEddy knew exactly what I was trying to explain to him. Love the design. When they laid the flagstone bar it was beautiful except one piece was uneven. Then they tried to sand it to make it level. Even I knew that wasn't going to work. Finally they cut out the piece, and that added another seam I didn't really want. I will say that it does look beautiful now. The only other "issue" was at times I felt he was trying to B.S. me because I am a women. That attitude is insulting. I'd like to add that I answered yes to hiring them again because there wasn't a maybe or I don't know.

+ 1 moreEddy was excellent. Showed up (every time) as scheduled, on time! Pleasant and knowledgeable. Helpful with design ideas. Responded quickly to my questions or concerns. The team of between 1 and 5 landscapers was impressive. The gent who laid the flagstone really knew what he was doing and took the time to cut and lay the stone. It looks fabulous. The grout lines are perfect. Eddy sent a second crew out to check for irrigation leaks when I voiced concern. They worked diligently for 1-1/2 and found 5 leaks. One leak was in the larger 1/2" tubing. I just opened my latest water bill and it dropped by $37! Thanks, Eddy and your team. Excellent job!!!

+ 5 moreSupervisor (Eddie) came out every morning to check on and supervise work by the crew and make sure everyone was on the same page for the day. He was always accessible by phone or text for concerns or questions. Sometimes there were multiple crews working at the same time. The men showed up promptly everyday. They were knowledgable, skilled, and they did beautiful work and often made suggestions for improvements as things went along. We had one brief interruption in the progress of the project when there was an issue with the availability of the pavers we wanted. Eddie recommended another manufacturer with a similar paver that we could get right away (we actually liked the color better). Once the project got started, they worked on it continuously until it was completed, They were very accommodating. We were impressed with their attention to detail and very pleased with the finished project.
Description of Work: We moved into a house with a large yard that had been not taken care of for almost a year. We needed all the old calcified, corroded, uneven clay tiles removed and replaced with concrete pavers in the backyard and patio area. We also wanted an old large, unsightly built-in gas barbecue removed from the yard in back. We needed the grass area in the backyard enlarged and new grass put in (along with a sprinkler system). The whole yard (front and back) needed tree pruning, plant trimming and general clean up, We wanted new, energy efficient LED yard lighting (the old light bulbs were very costly to run and replace, and the wiring was old). We wanted the irrigation system to the plants and trees replaced (the old system was non-functional, inefficient)). We also wanted to replace the main irrigation lines (tubing) with PVC piping that would last longer and be more durable. .We also needed some new landscape rock to fill in bare spots.

After talking with other landscape/hardscape companies, Tucson Professional Landscape was by far the most responsive, professional, courteous organization to work with. Eddie provided us with ideas where we needed them but also respected our desires and listened to our needs.
Description of Work: We wanted to extend our patio from the portico by the house to around the pool, providing us with additional living space in the yard. We will have them back once the weather turns warmer to do the landscaping now that the hardscaping is finished!

The team worked very well together and appeared to have a lot of pride and enjoyment in getting the job done to our satisfaction. The men were polite, friendly and amazingly quiet considering they were cutting stone. The full crew was focused on our project alone and they conformed to all our HOA construction requirements. When they left we had a beautiful new patio and our property was left in great shape.

I am most impressed by their integrity...they started and completed the job within the time frame outlined in the contract and there were no hidden surprises or costs. I was also impressed by their responsiveness and punctuality. Equally impressive was their low key sales approach. They did not attempt to impose their vision of the project but rather how to incorporate my vision into the final product. TPL's pricing was extremely competitive. I received multiple bids and their bid was the lowest. I would certainly recommend TPL for your landscaping needs.

+ 1 moreProject took about 3 weeks. The contractor met with us initially, helped us with the design, took us through each step and was very flexible with changes and tailoring along the way. The lead contractor met with us during construction and reviewed the work of his employees. They were very quick to repair or change anything we were not 100% satisfied with. We are very happy with the results. My only concern is billing. They need to be a little better with providing customers with an itemized dollarized final bill. What we received was an initial contract and then a couple of handwritten change orders that we signed. It was a little confusing figuring out the final costs after all the changes were made.

+ -1 moreTucson Professional Landscaping were wonderful! Eddie came out and gave us an estimate for our backyard and showed my husband the various types of artificial grass that would be available. He, then, came back out to our house on a Saturday to go over the yard plans with both me and my husband (where the grass would go, the type of grass, the border). They began prepping our yard on Monday morning and finished up on Thursday (when the grass came in). Eddie called a week later to set up a time to come back to go over the warranty details. The yard looks great! The kids love it and the dogs love it! We are extremely happy with the whole process and with Tucson Professional Landscaping!!
