They were great. They gave me suggestions on different things I could use. They showed up quickly and when I asked them to. They estimated 2 weeks for the blinds, and it was a little less than that. They were available to install them as soon as they came in. They were very prompt with all the orders and delivery. They did a very nice job on the installation.

Terrific all around. Jorge was wonderful to deal with. He is very knowledgeable, patient and courteous, and there was no hard sell. He spent over an hour to explain our choices thoroughly and brought samples of everything. He gave us a quote and stuck to it even though the manufacturer's price had gone up without notice to him. The blinds arrived well within the predicted time frame, and he and an assistant came and installed them promptly. I made a couple of last-minute requests (shorter brackets on the french doors, a different color pull cord on the shade, transparent wands on the blinds) and he was more than accommodating. The blinds and the shade are beautiful. I could not be happier with the service and the product. Highly recommended!

The owner showed up promptly to provide the free estimate. It was helpful that we had been looking at cellular shades at Lowes & Home Depot, so already knew what features we wanted. He brought a wide array of samples & was good about letting us take our time to make a selection that worked for us. (i.e. he never tried to tell us what we wanted, which was nice.) His prices were fair/reasonable compared to online pricing we had done, so we placed our order. Items arrived & were ready to install 3 weeks later. We had only one mix up, in that we chose one color for the living room, but changed our mind. Both colors were written on the invoice. On the day of install, the wrong color shade is what had come in. I reminded the owner of the discussion & changing the color selection. He remembered the discussion, looked at his invoice & saw where he had written both down but ordered the wrong one. He apologized, put the wrong ones up so we had something to use while we waited for the correct ones to be ordered/received. When they arrived, he was able to come by the same day & install them in minutes. The owner is very pleasant, professional & courteous. We'll use him again when we are ready to continue updating our window treatments.

We comparison shopped and Budget Blinds, Tucson gave us a better quality & price ratio. We purchased through Budget Blinds. The first contact with Tucson Blinds & Shutters, but there was no follow up to try to secure my sale. I would look at Tucson Blinds & Shutters again, but would always be comparison shopping and would pick the best product and service at that time.

I'm very happy with everything. In the future, I'm going to order some more blinds, so I can replace all the blinds in my home, and I will be using Tuscon Blinds and Shutters LLC.

Jorge was very professional and courteous and provided us with really nice wood blinds for our new house. He was prompt and we are very pleased with quality of the blinds as well as with his customer service.

We needed to replace old cloth-type shades on the two large living/dining room windows. Jorge came out to give an estimate at first for plantation shutters, or wooden shades. We really didn't want to spent that much. We got another estimate that was even more. So we decided on the S-curve verticals and their estimate for those were much more reasonable and affordable. I was able to meet Jorge in Tucson, since I was near there at the time, to pick out a color and pay him about half the price. A couple days later, I called him back to ask about also putting verticals on the narrow front door window, since it was in the same area. He added that to the order. He called once the order came in and an appointed time was set up about 2 weeks after the order was placed. He arrived promptly and quickly installed the 3 sets of verticals. They look very nice and block out the light better than regular "C" curve verticals. He even left extras for replacements if needed. Jorge was very easy to work with every step of the way.

They were wonderful. They were efficient, and courteous. Our experience with them was very good. They were also excellent on clean ups. We recommend them highly. Their price was competitive.

The owner, George, answered the phone when I called and said he could come to my home the same day. George arrived on time and was very polite and informative. He advised me that the blinds only needed lubricating with silicone spray and did not need replacing. He did not charge me for his service call and did not try to sell me unneeded blinds or service. I will definitely call him in the future for any blinds or shutter needs.

After reading the reviews on Angie's List, I called Tucson Blinds and Shutter. Jorge scheduled an appointment with me to discuss how best to reduce the heat and glare from SW facing windows, and also how to give my guest rooms protection from the sun. He was great; very professional, and no hard sale.

They were good. I was surprised, their prices were very reasonable. It was less than what I thought. It was like, less than a $1000 to clean many large windows. Everything was locally made and a one guy business. He was very punctual, and got everything done. I will definitely call him back. I did not want to do all the windows then because I was not very sure how bad it is going to be with the quote. I have some other ones that need to be done then I will have him come out and do them as well.

Jorge came to our house (10/10/2012) to give us a free estimate on getting black out blinds for the bedroom and replacing two window blinds for the living room. After picking out want we wanted from a very large selection of blinds, he gave us an estimate. The estimate was so reasonable that we added bilinds for the dining room, offince, and for 2 windows in the guest bedroom. He said it would take about 3-4 weeks to get all the blinds after he placed his order and he would call at that time to install. He called us on 11/2/2012 (3 weeks) to let us know the blinds were in and to set up an install date. We decided on Thursday, 11/8/2012. The appointment was made for noon and he said it would take 3 hours. On Thursday, 11/8/2012, Jorge arrive at noon and he installed all the blinds in just over 2 hours. He was very professional. He cleaned up after himself by sweeping the floors and removing all packing material and we also requested for him to take the old blinds, which he did. He was very friendly and courteous. He made sure we knew how all the blinds opened and shut and we our maintainence. He also told us if we have any questions, concerns, or problems to call him. The blinds look great and are very easy to maintain and they do not collect cat hair like our other blinds did. We are very happy with our blinds and Jorge's great service. I would definitely uae him again. He is a locally owned family busiiness which is also a big plus because I feel it is very important to support our community in any way we can.

Representative showed up promptly and took accurate measurements. Reviewed products available and answered all questions. Several weeks later, about 2 weeks past the time we were told to expect the shutters, the representative called that they were ready. Installation was promptly completed. We were disappointed in the work installing the shutters. Some of the shutters do not go evenly back onto the other panel or wall. When asked, the installer said that was because there was a one eighth slant in our walls so we would have to buy the inexpensive magnets to keep the shutters from just flowing open. However it was only when we pointed out the problem that the representative even acknowledged the problem. It would seem that for the small price of the magnets given the large price of the shutters, that the representative would have first told us of the problem, and then voluntarily offer a solution. In conclusion, we are satisfied, but that is all.

The warranty went as planned. No complaints.

He was on time every time, was pleasant, and did great work. I am very satisfied with the product.

He came at the appointed time, showed me a few options for brackets. He had all the equipment in his truck. He wasn't friendly, but he wasn't rude. He stepped on the children's toys. But in his defense, they're kinda everywhere.

He came to my home in a few days after my call. measured window, showed options for what i wanted. told me blinds would be ready in 2 weeks or sooner. it was ready in 2 weeks and one day and installed the next. i am happy with the blinds and service. he also arranged for the small side blinds to have both a draw string to pull up the blinds and a string to 'open' the blinds without raising them. This was a special request as they normally only put one or the other on blinds that are small.

The cost was very reasonable. They were very professional and smart.

2 hours work etc. We are now having George install new shutters in three rooms. He is a most amiable young man, polite, clean, knowlegeable 110% reccomended.

Tucson Blinds and Shutters replaced a patio blind and two window blinds. They also replaced the screen doors at the back.
