Perfect repairs! One honeycomb blind was completely broken and two had tangled strings. Jorge fixed all three and they now lift smoother than when we first bought them! He was here the day after I called him, on time, worked quickly, was polite and knows his business. I also received a mini-lesson on why the strings keep tangling and how to help prevent it. Great experience.

Work was done on time and professionally. Jorge took the time to insure that I understood the operation of the remote control and was more than happy to share information on the Hunter Douglas blinds that he prefers.

We hired Tucson Blinds and Shutters after receiving a full refund from The Blind Guy for inferior quality and service on our plantation shutters. Our previous neighbor had used Tucson Blinds and Shutters and highly recommended it. Jorge, the owner, was very professional and offered a product that far exceeded the quality of Hunter Douglas blinds we had installed previously. We found his service to be professional, timely and an excellent product. I highly recommend this company for blinds and shutters.

Jorge is a consummate professional and did a great job for me. He did not try to up-sell me on our initial visit, in fact, he tried to steer me to a less expensive product rather than the lite-rise functionality i wanted. He is knowledgeable about the product line and answered every question I had. My home is old and I'm sentimental about it but it did indeed pose some challenges updating to modern window shades. All of the pertinent factors were taken into consideration and adjustments made to provide for me the exact products I wanted, installed in my very old home, exactly the way I wanted them. Jorge did the measuring and install himself. When I wasn't totally satisfied with the way the shades over the glass sliding doors looked, he came back the next day and redid that install to my complete satisfaction. Retrospectively, I should have listened to him...he wanted me to put verticals on those particular doors but I dont like them so I insisted on horizontal blinds...funny. It was my fault and still he modified it to look wonderful! I think he sorely underestimated the time it would take to install and complete all the little modifications necessary on almost every window, but he didnt adjust the cost at all. It took him hours to get it right, but he perservered and these new window coverings make me very happy. Additionally, cleanup was professional too. It made more of a mess than I expected, but he cleaned it all up like a boss before he left I plan to add another product (sun screens) on the exerior of the SSE facing Arizona room windows that take a real beating from the sun - that will have to wait until the spring. I can assure you I will use this company do do those window coverings as well. I plan on having

Excellent. Jorge knows his business. We really needed guidance for the best product for what we needed. He made it easy to decide by showing the right products. Jorge measured everything carfully and the windows look great. He carries quality products with long standing guarantees on workmanship.

After reading positive reviews on Angie's List, I called Tucson Blinds & Shutters to schedule an estimate. Jorge was able to get me on his schedule within a couple of days. He arrived promptly, was very pleasant and professional, and showed me a wide variety of options for the blinds that I wanted to replace. I made my selections, he measured everything and I paid a deposit of 50% of the total charge. He said it would take 2 or 3 weeks for the blinds to be ready, and that was an accurate estimate. We scheduled an appointment for installation and, once again, he arrived promptly. It took him only two hours to remove the old blinds and put up the new ones. Again, he was professional and pleasant, and the new blinds are great. I will almost certainly contact him again when I'm ready to replace some other blinds in the house. Note that he doesn't accept credit cards, so you need to pay by check (or cash, I suppose).

Jorge responded immediately to our request to come out and provide a quote. He was here the next day. We hired him and were advised it would take 2 - 3 weeks to get the blinds and screens manufactured. He called within two weeks to advise us he was ready to install. He came out two days later and completed installation in 2 hours. We are very pleased with his product and work.

Everything went very, very well. George was arrived when he said he would for the measurement and installation. He kept us informed of order progress. We received several bids and George's was the lowest. Installation went perfect and we are extremely happy with our new shutters. Thank you George and Alex.

I called Jorge and he made an appointment for the same day to give an estimate. He provided options and we chose indoor wood slat blinds and exterior shade screens. He was available by phone with prompt responses regarding my questions after our initial meeting. He installed the blinds and exterior screens within 2 weeks. We are very pleased with this service and would highly recommend to others. Jorge is prompt and professional and his work is excellent. I would give him the highest score.

This guy is amazing!! He ordered and hung some new blinds for us. I shopped around for prices before I contacted him, and he not only was the most reasonable, but he is so knowledgeable and personable, plus he'll do the job right, as he takes pride in his work! He wants the customer to have what they want. I found him here on Angie's List and I'm so glad I joined this site because I don't think there is anybody else who could even come close to Jorge (the owner of Tucson Blinds and Shutters). He is prompt, has a great attitude, you can ask him a million questions like I did, he's professional, and knows his blinds. The blinds that I got today are actually the best-looking blinds I have ever seen! A friend came to visit me and commented that our blinds looked fantastic and she wanted to know if this company was also in other states so she could order some too. when you call, he will come out to your home with his books and give you a quote. Then he orders the blinds according to his measurements and specifications and he will contact you when they come in. Then he will make an appointment to come and hang them, which doesn't take long at all. Boy, do they look good!! All this for the most reasonable price out there!! Thank you Angie's List!!! I'll always use Jorge from now on for my blinds or shutters!!!!

The price was reasonable, the installation went very well. The windows look great. I will definitely use Jorge again when I am ready to do the last remaining room.

He did a very good job, but he had to come back to block some light that was coming around the blinds with other material. Overall a very good job.

wAs very professional and he actually tightened my wood blinds that were loose.

They replaced 5 blinds, including 2 very large blinds, to make 2 bedrooms darker in the mornibg.

We had new shades installed by Jorge and his assistant. The shades arrived on time and were installed in a very short period of time. I have already recommended Tucson Blinds and Shutters to two friends who are considering purchasing new window shades.
