The company estimator showed on time and within two days of initial contact. My job was booked within 2 weeks due to work load. The day of the repair their worker showed up on time, did a wonderful job replacing the glass and did an excellent job removing the broken glass particles from my patio. I would definitely call them again.

The office called and confirmed times and dates. Scheduled the replacement when getting estimate. All went great.

It was easy to make an appointment with Palo Verde Glass. They came quickly, and were on time. We were provided a detailed estimate via email in a timely basis. The only complain was their estimate was double of the other provider, and we received additional work on our windows.

A garden window is a window with glass on the front, sides and top. It extends out from an exterior wall about 12". It has metal shelves/grates where herbs, plants etc. can be grown. Removing the window was problematic as it was built into the house and removal caused some damage to the stucco around it. Palo Verde Glass replaced it with a quality sliding window and screen. One day later they repaired the stucco. The repair job matches identically with the existing house stucco. I am very pleased with the entire project. The people who did the work were friendly and professional. Eventually, I intend to have Palo Verde replace all of my windows.

Bad...the only positive was that the rep showed up when they said he would....He came in and showed me samples.I made a choice of color. There was no price list for material or labor and when I tried to get a ballpark figure to know what to expect, he became dodgey. I wanted an estimate for 5 and 8 windows....all of them were rectangle and of average size except 3 that were arched at the top.. He said the arches would make the price a lot more expensive ,but still wouldn't give me any idea. Surely this isn't the first time they've done screens or ones with arches to not know a price range. Finally after repeated badgering he threw out 1000 to 1200 dollars but couldn't be sure til he measured and went back to the office. He took measurements and told me that he would email me a quote in a few days....That was 8 days ago.Never head back. He didn't even bother to leave me his card.....Guess my job wasn't big enough to bother with..

Came out the next day I called for an estimate. I ordered the material that day and the installer installed the glass one week after I ordered. Both the estimator (owner) and the installer were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend their services. I have worked with other glass companies and not had nearly as good of service.

I called and made an appointment for the owner to come by and give an estimate. I then made a deposit. Later they dropped off some samples so we could chose our screen color. I then called and made an appointment, and paid the the balance. They came a few days later and installed the screen. It looks great and the price was reasonable. I would use them again.

Prompt estimate and service turnaround. Work crew were courteous and completed job in a prompt and efficient manner. Pricing was fair for the work completed.

I first contacted this company by way of Angies list and requested approx cost for replacing the window in my kitchen. I received very fast responses from them and they gave me a very competitive price for Milgard Vinyl slider. So I decided to hired them to do the job and it all went very well. The window job was completed within 4 weeks of initial contact, the office workers, estimators and installers were all a pleasure to work with.

Screens for the most part were OK except for a couple that had some sag to the fabric. These seemed marginal and I did not complain. One week after installation a screen came out of the front window. I tried to replace it but a pin that holds the screen on the frame failed. Call to have the installer come out and fix it. Palo Verde said that they will get it fixed the next time someone was in the area. It was going to be at their pleasure not mine. The same installer arrives (not an employee but a subcontractor) and guess what? No one told him to bring the one cent replacement pin with him. Its unbelievable that a "professional" does not carry a spare one in this truck. Palo Verde again waited until it was convenient for them; another 3 weeks until the installer re-installed the screen with a new pin. Today the screen comes out of the window again. Apparently the installer never entered the house so he could not have gotten the pins pushed down all the way as I did when I had to do their job. They shold have been sure the retention pins were pushed down from the inside and not just barely attached by just installing them from the outside. Overall what a half-assed job for good money. Will the screens last, not I expect not. I hope they are not the best Tucson has to offer.

The owner of Palo Verde Glass came out to look at our windows and give us and estimate. After scheduling a service appointment, two men came to my home to repair a bent window frame on the large front window. It would not close due to the net frame. One of the servicemen took the window and repaired the frame quickly (10 minutes) so that it was restored to perfect, working condition. He didn't damage the glass at all, which we knew was a risk. The two men worked side by side removing and replacing three smaller windows in the dining room. The did a great job. They were on time, friendly, professional and very competent. I would definitely use Palo Verde glass again n the future.

Our experience with them went very well. We are very satisfied. They told my husband to call if we needed anything. I called them back because we had a tiny leak, and when I called them, they came back very promptly.

Easy to deal with, and quickly came out to provide measurements and an estimate. About 2 weeks later, quickly installed the shade and looks good. Would hire them again

it didn't go at all. Vendor backed out on coming to my home to do an estimate. Said it wasn't worth the long drive

On time, did the work efficiently and the new window looks great.

They came out, and did some patch work, and installed the window panes and they did a good job. I haven't had any leakage yet. They were pretty efficient. We did have one problem, and he came back to take a look at it. It was a problem with the window frame and it wasn't related to their work. They were just bad window frames. Their price is in line with the other competitors. I would use them again in the future.

They came out three times to fix the screen doors and after the third time still it didn’t work. I ended up fixing it myself. The fix was not that difficult. The handles were fixed at the right place, which was the main problem. They were nice people but I am somewhat neutral in recommending them. They were not awful but they were not great either. The workers were very polite and responsive.

Measurements and installation were scheduled and accomplished on time. We are very pleased with the work.

Work was done in a very professional and efficient manner. They have excellent communication and customer service. Highly recommend this company!

contractor showed up on time, had good ideas and provided a professional quote. decided not to use a contractor but to DIY.

They were very responsive and came out quickly to give us a quote. They replaced seven window screens including one for a patio door, replaced the rollers on our patio door, repaired three window locks, and replaced a bathroom window glass with frosted glass for privacy. Work was done in a timely manner. Everyone was great to deal with.

Could not have been a better experience. Ron came one day to look at what we needed, the office called the next day to schedule the work, and they came right on time this morning to do the job. The new screen looks great and is even a better match for the door than the original screen - and it's higher quality so the dogs won't be able to scratch through it as they did before. Very professional and easy to deal with - I would heartily recommend these folks to do this type of work.

Each time they were on time, very professional with everything, the installation was very good, and the price very competitive.
