I contacted the company via email & Deb responded promptly. Told her my problem, gave dimensions, and we set up an appointment. The service team arrived as scheduled and got right to work. This is an older manufactured home, so the window glass was not easy to remove -- but they did an excellent job. They replaced the glass, calked the edges, and cleaned it. They were also able to not have to remove the screen on the other half of the window, which worked out well. They were efficient, professional, & easy to work with. Would recommend this company without any reservations.

Owner/contractor showed up and acted like he would rather be anywhere else in the world than at my home giving me an estimate. When he was done I asked him about how much it would cost and he said I would get an email in the next day or two telling me the cost. About an hour later I got the estimate in an email and the cost was laughable. I contacted another company the same day and they completed the project in just a few days at a fraction of the cost.

I was very satisfied with every aspect of these services, from initial contact to the free estimate, through completion of the jobs. Communication with the company was quick and efficient; technicians were always on time, were respectful of me and my property, did the work within the time frame given, and left the premises clean and neat. I was completely satisfied with the quality of the materials and the work.

It went well from the start to finish. They responded to my inquiry quickly, had a quote to me the same day, and replaced the windows a few days later. Impressive from all perspectives!!

I have used Palo Verde Glass and Screen on two different occasions. The first being when I remodeled my master bathroom. HUGE under taking. The mirrors in the bathroom were very large and had many intricate cuts and angels. The original glass company that was hired did a terrible job. The mirrors that were delivered (having to be ordered 3 separate times) had been totally measured wrong and the installers broke them during each installation (hence the 3 different orders) My neighbor recommended Palo Verde Glass and Screen. I called the office and spoke with Debbie Prince (owner). She was professional, courteous and highly knowledgeable. The appointment was made for the very next day – not a week away like the other company. Ron Prince, also the owner, came out and not only took measurements but made patterns. The mirrors came in the next week and they fit PERFECTLY. The installers did a fabulous job, were professional and pleasant. Ron even showed up to make sure all was done correctly. They even cleaned up their mess. AND, not only was the Palo Verde Glass and Screen quote spot on, the price was less than the original glass company. After installation, Debbie followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was correct, that I was happy and if I had any questions. The 2nd time I hired Palo Verde Glass and Screen was when I needed to replace 6 large east facing windows in my patio room. I called their office and made an appointment. I spoke with Cindi. She also was very courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Again, Ron the owner came out to measure the windows and assisted in making the right choice of which type of windows to order. He LISTENED to my wants. Windows came in exactly when I was told they would and the same installers came. Again, they were professional and pleasant. And Cindi followed up with a phone call. The estimate was made quickly and the price was fair. The work was done professionally and the installers were tidy and courteous. Will certainly use this company again.

They did a great job. I am completely satisfied.

Good at first. But then due to delay in receipt of new sliding glass screen door all screens were replaced except the sliding glass screen door. I was called and advise the time window would be 2pm to 4pm on a Friday afternoon for the new screen door. I arrived a few minutes before 2pm and stayed until 4pm. The installer was a no show and no one for the office call to tell me. I talked with someone in the office the following Tuesday and was advised I would be called when the reschedule was determined and also called when the work was done. Neither of these follow up actions occurred. I found out the work was complete when I received the email with a PDF of the paid receipt.

The office was accommodating and helpful. The technicians sent out to install the windows were prompt, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure I understood the features of the windows and the warranty. I would highly recommend Palo Verde!

The first issue I noticed was when they came to pick up the patio door to re-screen. The scheduler said she would have someone arrived right at 7:30. By 8, I had to leave for work. By 8:40, someone called to let me know they were picking it up. That person had no idea the 7:30 arrival time I had been told, and luckily they were able to get it without me being there. The installer arrived and had my patio door screens and 4 windows screens, but there are 2 window screens per window. I am fine with this design, but I was very annoyed that one was missing. The person who did the quote should have clarified if he thought someone wanted to have mismatched screens. One of my windows has just a bug screen. Why on earth would someone only put screens on some of their windows? That obviously didn't make any sense, but without a detailed estimate, I didn't realize the mistake had been made. The installer put everything on within the time frame he advised to and had me look at them to make sure everything was correct. He said I wouldn't be charged labor for the additional screen, which I appreciated. However, given that they clearly made a mistake on the estimate, I didn't want to purchase another screen from them. Someone else gave me a quote, which technically would have been cheaper if they were quoting me accurately! Either someone made a stupid mistake, or they tried to swindle more money out of me. Either way, I won't be purchasing my final screen from them and don't intend to work with them again. I don't recommend this company.

The process took a long time because of the unusual model and the security door, but PVGS kept to the schedule originally promised, kept me informed and delivered at a very reasonable price. They were professional and courteous.

The repair was great and well done. Great customer service.

The owner and the staff were outstanding. This is the company to call for all your glass related needs. The owner, Ron, came out personally to review the job. His staff were on time, friendly and very professional. They left everything clean and debris free. "Hire This Company" You won't be sorry.

We left the screens to be re-done in 80% on our patio for pick up because we were going to be out that day. The screens included 2 patio door sliders. When they brought the redone screens back for installation, the patio door screens were missing and they claimed they never had them. They denied ever having picked them up. We had no proof that they were part of the lot, our bad for trusting them. It's extremely unlikely that someone else would have come onto our property and walked off with those two door screens. If you use these guys, make sure you document what screens they take away and re-deliver!

Workers were even a little early! They were efficient, workers very kind and did a great job. I wish I had done this earlier. The outside looks so nice.

They were very responsive and professional. I went with another company whose quotation was less.

The owner was the one who came out to do the estimate, and he was there when he said, and was easy to work with. The work done was quite good. My earlier provider (from nearly 10 years) ago, didn't center the screens very well, but these folks got the size exactly right, and it's perfectly centered on the window, with more clamps holding it in. They look good, and appear to be very well installed. Couldn't be happier

Called Palo Verde and described the broken glass. They explained to me how to pop the window frame out of the sliding rails. I brought it into the shop, picked it up fixed about a week later. Friendly service.
