Description of Work: They replaced a kitchen window that was broken in the hail storm. They called prior to the appointment to ask if they could come earlier than the |original scheduled appointment. I was very pleased with Palo Verde Glass |& Screen and would use them again.

Description of Work: They replaced a broken window and were supposed to replace all the missing screens in our 2 story home. They were extremely responsive and came out to measure & provided an estimate very soon. However, they had to postpone the actual completion of the job by several weeks (bumping into Christmas) because of employees illness. They did show up when they said they were going to show up finally, but the installer said they were short 1 screen. Frankly, by that point, I just didn't bother having them return to replace it because of the holiday timing.

Description of Work: Palo Verde replaced the glass in 12 windows. The prior windows were minimal quality, double pane, original construction installed by A.F. Sterling. The seals had failed over the past few years. We installed higher efficiency glass but did not want to go to the expense of replacing all the windows and frames. Palo Verde provided a very competitive bid versus two other contractors. From signed contract to installation was only a few weeks. Although the original installation date was pushed back one day (not a problem), the installers arrived as then promised, early in the morning and completed the job that day. The two installers were pleasant to have working on the house, very skilled in their job, and cleaned up completely after the job was done. The only snag was that one small window came damaged. A new window was ordered and installed a week later. I would gladly recommend Palo Verde

Description of Work: I purchased a home that had no window screens or screen doors. I contacted Palo Verde Glass and Screen and Ron came out and took the measurements and told me I would be contacted the next day with the price. When a week had passed and I heard nothing, I called them and they apologized for my paperwork getting buried. I accepted their price and they booked the installation right then and there.Everything ran smoothly, I love my screens and my screen doors. I would use them again...
